Have you ever had so much in home repairs happening all the time...and just one more thing to add the topper to that chaos is OMG we have a plumbing drip by the water meter. Just enough to send your imagination into a tailspin and leave your pulse racing on big bucks being spent.I called several places... nobody could get here for days. Until I called Dynamic. From the gentle voice of Leah on the other end telling me not to panic, and Nate can see you tomorrow morning...was just what I needed to hear!Nate and Natalie showed up. Found the root cause of the problem (which turned out to be something I hadnt even noticed)...an easier fix to the issue. Everything went smoothly.. problem got fixed...and it didnt cost an arm and a leg either.HUGE sigh of relief!I will definitely use them again, and cannot sing their praises enough.Please, do yourself a favor. This is an absolutely wonderful Small Business. After a lot of digging on a Saturday, I finally found a plumber local to the Monroe area And not some scam company just advertising to be from Monroe. I called expecting an answering machine and a real person answered!!! I gave the verbal information I was able to over the phone, I was given a phone number to follow up with text messaging. By Monday evening, I had my water heater replaced and hot water in my home again. Absolutely stunning!!!!

Look no further for your plumbing needs! Ive had Nathan with Dynamic Pipe Solutions out twice in the past few months for two separate issues. From the time I placed the call in the evening, Leah was incredibly helpful in assisting me over the phone to stop the flooding I was panicking about upon finding. She followed up throughout the evening and immediately the next morning via text, keeping me updated on my emergency appointment. The next morning Nathan arrived promptly to fix the issue. He was friendly, professional, prompt and answered all of my questions and was in and out faster than I could have hoped for. This week I had a different leak I called in for an appointment. Leah once again over the phone tried to help me stop the leak itself until my repair appointment. Nathan arrived in a flash today to repair the leak and did so quickly.Ive had a terrific experience with DPS and am so glad I found them after emergency plumbers left me hanging. Their pricing is very reasonable and I felt that Nathan and Leah were empathic, kind and so helpful during my multiple plumbing emergencies.

Amazing service! Amazing work! We had a horrible leak in our crawl space because we didn’t know the previous owners Jimmy-rigged our kitchen sink plumbing. We couldn’t get any companies that we had contacted to even come out and look at it for weeks. Imagine you own a brick ranch home built over a crawl space with about 30” clearance from ground to the bottom of the floor joists. Now imagine you are 94, legally blind, hard of hearing and live alone. Because of your bad hearing you did not hear that your main waterline coming into and through that crawl space had ruptured and was spraying water into the crawl space. Imagine too, that your sump pump had quit operating and by the time your son (me) came over for a visit, heard the water leak and peered through the access hole to the crawl space, that the water had collected to a total of 3”-4” over the entire area of the crawl space. Imagine your surprise.First call was to Ash Twp water department. They responded immediately and got the water turned off in a matter of minutes. The second, third and fourth calls were to local plumbers. I described the problem and unfortunate conditions to each company. Two companies declined. The third, Dynamic Pipe Solutions promised they could get on it first thing in the morning. They showed up. We reviewed what and where we believed the problem was. Nate, from DPS looked under the house, curled up his nose and said, “this is not gonna be fun.” Mud, water, cobwebs, cold and crawl space. A nasty combination. Nate first diagnosed the sump pump to see if it would run. No luck, the pump was shot. Nate came out, specified the type of sump pump he would need and then disappeared under the house again to diagnose the leak. I left for Ace hardware to pick up the pump.When I returned with the pump Nate was still under the house working on repairing the leak. Due to the placement of the leak and available space to work he had his hands full. After one trip out to get some more material, the repair was complete and Nate was a muddy wet mess from head to toe. The Tyvek suit he put over his clothes kept the mud off his clothes, but he was soaking wet from the middle of his chest to the tips of his toes, inside his waterlogged leather boots. Imagine that was you. What frame of mind do you imagine you would be in? Well Nate was still smiling and joking and took a great deal of time to explain the leak, its cause, and the repair. We called for the water to be turned back on. While we waited Nate replaced the sump pump so we could get the water out. This took two more trips into the nasty conditions and he had it in and pumping.One more trip under when Ash township turned the water back on to verify his repair was effective, and it was.Patient, pleasant, and professional, Nate performed admirably under some of the worst possible conditions. No hesitation.Dynamic Pipe Solutions is Nate’s company and the service he provided was top notch, the best. He was recommended to me by my daughter who had some plumbing trouble last year. Had I not had his number, I may still be trying to find a plumber willing to take on such a job.If you need a plumber you should call Dynamic Pipe Solutions.Leah, who works the phone, was prompt and thorough. She kept in touch with both my dad and I through the whole ordeal, and was pleasant at every turn. Thanks Nate and Leah.You are the only plumber in my phone from this day forward.

Had a few companies come out before to clean the sewer line due to poor drainage. Usually would be a few months to a year before slow drainage again. After coming out and inspecting the line, Dynamic Pipe Solutions thoroughly cleaned it with several passes, which is more than any previous company had done. Then they re-inspected the line to verify all was clear. Great work, very professional and thorough, and knowledgeable as well.

After the blizzard our water heater stopped working. When we called here they were very nice and professional. Even though the plumber had a busy schedule they fit us in promptly and he made sure to come and fix our water heater even after 5 pm. He figured it out quickly and gave many other valuable advises to prevent more problems in our water heater. He was easy to communicate with and responds right away about his schedule. I would recommend his service to anyone.

Despite Lowes dropping the ball with a brand new dented tank. They took it back and got a whole nother one and made sure it was in perfect condition. It was a problem with the new product out of the box. We called Nate the very next morning, he was actually out that day/replaced the unit. Absolutely impressed with Dynamic Plumbing! My basement began flooding with heavy rains then my toilet stopped flushing. They answered right away everytime I called. I was able to schedule same day even when everyone was having flooding after the ice storm. He didnt try to up sell anything to me and even recommended against what was really just a bandaid solution but couldve been a very expensive bandaid if I had done it. Made sure to thoroughly clear the entire access drain inside and outside ( it was pretty clogged ), along with the clogged up toilet. He caught the toilet in the basement was causing flooding in the floor drain which couldve been completely overlooked since the upstairs toilet seemed to have been the main culprit initially. They were very understanding and polite the entire time. Compared to the company who I used in the past ( which was a good company just always left a huge mess), you wouldnt of even known they were there no mess at all! Everyone I spoke to was kind and professional.

AWESOME! Simply awesome experience with these guys. Ive had bad experiences in the past with the larger companies so i tried to look for a family ran company when i researched plumers online. Im so glad i did and that i hit a home run with my choice.I called this morning to have them come out and to my surprise they where there by 230pm. I had issues with a toilet backing up in my elderly moms room (which might of helped with the immediate appointment but who knows..) so it was really important it get fixed right away. Well it turned out i had a lot bigger issues than i first thought. Our technician showed us pictures of the issues they were finding as they went along, which was totally appreciated since everything was under our mobile home.... yeah i wasnt gonna join him if at all possible. LOLAfter the problems where all identified they then stayed until well after 8pm to finish the work! I know shocking right!They were completely professional, courteous, on time, and they went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right in a single day! I highly recommend these guys and will be using them exclusively in the future...BillyOh i almost forgot it was a total surprise when it came time to pay for it all. It was a lot less than i thought it was going to be. (I would of payed more but dont tell them..lol.. have you been under a mobile home? much less worked for hours under there?) and then they left the bathroom cleaner than what it was before they got there! Exceptional. Cant say enough good things about this company. The company was quick to respond to my call, sent out people to make and assessment and got an estimate over to me in just a couple of days. The two gentlemen that came to my house were pleasant and respectful. They stayed late until the job was done to the highest of standards. Very reasonably priced compared to the various other quotes I received from Monroe Area plumbers. Would recommend without hesitation.
