Last week my hot water heater rusted out and flooded the garage. Mike from GPS Plumbing replaced the water heater the next day. His work was spotless, he arrived on time, and the job was well priced. Better than that, he returned the next week to replace the kitchen sink which was nasty, the garbage disposal was broken, the hot water dispenser was broken when I bought the house a year ago, and the faucet was dripping. The result was perfect!!! Again, Mike was on time, did an excellent job for a reasonable price. I’d give him more stars if I could! Highly recommend.

Mike from GPS Plumbing has consistently provided excellent service. Over the years, Ive had two leaks in the water line between the house and the meter, and on both occasions, Mike was incredibly helpful in locating and repairing the issues. He is highly knowledgeable, resourceful, and skilled. He was on time, easy to work with, and his prices are fair. Mike truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done impeccably. I highly recommend him!

We had Mike of GPS Plumbing replace our gas water heater five years ago in our house in Monroe. He was quick to respond and get the job done quickly. Recently we found that an outside faucet was leaking, thanks to the City of Monroe suggesting our bills indicated we may have a leak. Again Mike was quick to respond and replace the leaking faucet. So, Mike, while youre here lets just install another faucet on the other side of the house for convenience!Oh what a terrible crawl space I have! Next day; DONE!I highly recommend Mike, GPS Plumbing to take care of your plumbing issues.

Mike from GPS Plumbing has been out to my home twice, and Ive been quite happy with his work both times. The first time I found my household PRV leaking, and Mike came out and replaced it the next day since I could only stop the leak by turning off the houses water supply. More recently, one of my toilet tanks started leaking at a bolt penetration where it connects to the bowl. Mike had me send him some photos of the toilet, so hed know what he was dealing with and what replacement parts he needed to bring, and made sure I had the leak stopped and had other working toilets in the house so that I didnt need an emergency call out. I actually decided to have him replace the hardware and gaskets on all three of my toilets, as they were all equally old and worn, and also asked him to replace my garbage disposal with a new one Id just picked up. He did all that work in only about 3 hours, for a fee that matched his estimate and that I felt was reasonable for the work he did. As long as I live in Monroe, Mike will be my go-to guy for any plumbing work I need done!

Mike with GPS Plumbing is absolutely the best!I first had Mike out to our home back in 2013 to repair our utility room plumbing for the washer and sink. I remember being impressed then with his abilities, professionalism and the replacement parts he used. He does not use the cheap parts that the big box stores use. When he does a repair, he uses top of the line parts and is very versed with the use of PEX. Since his first visit, I have had Mike out several times as we had a total gut and remodel to the rest of our home. Mike is the one we went to do the entire re-plumbing of our home implementing PEX everywhere, new hot water tank and the relocation of that tank to the utility room, re-circulating pumps, all of the kitchen and bathroom fixtures, toilets showers....and the latest was the re-wire of our garage and adding a second panel where Mike came out and transferred our well equipment into and along one wall of the garage with all new equipment and whole home filtration with UV and a very cool water meter! It really is a work of art and anybody on a well can appreciate having new well equipment with total filtration. Not only that, he figured out why our water pressure was lacking and fixed that issue and now the pressure is amazing. In this repair/rebuild of our well equipment, he also repaired a problem with our well and put in a very cool yard hydrant for use on part of our property for guests staying in their RV when visiting.Our next project will be the outdoor shower on our deck by our hot tub and the only one I will have out is Mike. Over the years of having him out, I have gotten to know Mike pretty well. He is really is the best out there and if you want the best working on or repairing the biggest investment youll ever make, then give him a call. Youll be glad you did and you will have peace of mind knowing he did the repair.

We have contracted GPS plumbing as needed since January 2013. Mike has replaced several water heaters, replaced failed angle stop valves, replaced a faucet and repaired a bath tub / shower valve. All the tasks were accomplished properly in a single service call. Labor and selected Material quality is excellent. Work Ethic is excellent. Mike is efficient. We have coordinated and scheduled work with GPS in advance. Mike arrives on time and is ready to repair. Mike keeps a work space neat, cleans and removes dunnage as a repair is accomplished. Mike communicates before he starts, as a repair progresses and when he finishes. After a repair is completed, it is tested and inspected. I have been pleased with Mike’s quality of work and Professionalism. We will continue to contact GPS Plumbing, Inc. for our plumbing needs.

Mike responded quickly with the cost for the job, and I was fortunate to get an appointment for the following day. I had a broken pipe in my garage just above the turnoff switch and below the pressure release valve. The first couple of plumbers couldn’t get out me and everyone was referring me to Mike with GPS Plumbing in Monroe. I had to have three estimates for my insurance. The other two plumbers were coming in what I thought was way too high for what I needed done. All three plumbers told me exactly the same what I needed done. The first thing that I liked about Mike was that he could estimate the work without coming to the house with pictures and text. He sent me his estimate and it was way under the other two like almost $1000. I hired Mike and he kept me informed throughout the day when he would be out here so I could go about my day (#2 thing I liked about him). When he came to my house at the time he specified I liked him right away. Well mannered, professional and easy person to talk with. He already I knew what I needed before he came. So he looked and explained again why I needed to have the things done that I needed done. Throughout the process we chatted about life and what he was doing to my plumbing as he fixed the repair. We had a water in the wall between our living and garage. This happened on a Saturday afternoon. We called GPS and Mike came out within an hour. We did shut the water off before he got here. Mike was very professional and quickly located and repaired the water leak. He was very attentive and answered all our questions. Recommend him for all your plumbing needs. Well done Mike.

Mike did outstanding work on our well conversion and replacement of the pressure tank and hot water heater. He was responsive to communications, timely in his work, and kept us informed during the entire process. This was not an easy job. The line from the new city meter to the house had to traverse very rocky terrain. His sub had the right equipment to dig the trench, and Mike sleeved the water pipe for protection from vibration against the ground and rocks. The ground was restored very nicely. Inside the garage Mike single-handedly removed and disposed of the old pressure tank and water heater and installed a new propane-compatible water heater that looks and works as advertised. Amazing customer service and well worth it. I highly recommend GPS Plumbing.

Mike has now saved us from disaster twice in emergency situations. The first time we had a pipe have a big leak late at night and we were going on vacation the next morning, he was the only one to answer my very many phone calls, he came out at MIDNIGHT and replaced the whole pipe and set-up. Second time he was able to make time to get to us early with another bathroom pipe with a hole in it and fixed it right up. Customer service is awesome, he remembered our house and situation from six months ago, hes very personable, and he goes above and beyond simply fixing plumbing issues, looks to help prevent future busted pipes. Weve had bad experiences from other plumbers so we are extremely happy to have met Mike, very trustworthy, highly recommend him, and we will continue to utilize him.

Figured out I had a water leak between the meter and the house. Mike came out and verified that was the case. Said we could find and fix the leak, but the line is over 45 years old and he said it would just find the next weakest point and start leaking again. With his recommendation, I decided to have the line replaced. Mike had a crew come in and replace the line. He hooked it up to the house and even rerouted plumbing inside the house, so that the shutoff valve would be easier to access (it was in the crawlspace, for some reason). Mike even had to cut out some concrete to get access to the new line. He and the crew did a great job. No more leak! I would definitely use GPS Plumbing again, and highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike was very professional. Two other reputable companies placed bids on the job, but only Mike at GPS saw the whole picture and included in the bid essential features overlooked by the other two companies. The two new water heaters were installed in a way that was technically brilliant and showcased Mikes absolute mastery of the principles of fluid dynamics and his consumate knowledge of the equipment and systems he installs. I am very happy and highly recmomend GPS.

Blown away by quality of work and customer service. Mike was extremely easy to communicate with and schedule the project at my house in Monroe. Within a week of contacting him, my project was completed. All other companies I talked to were 3-4 weeks out for a bid. HIGHLY recommend GPS plumbing.

We had an urgent need to fix a plugged toilet at our guest house in Sultan. Guests would be arriving soon, so we called GPS Plumbing. Mike was so attentive and he came out the next morning. It couldnt be unplugged with the snake, so he removed the toilet, only to find a piece of wood lodged in it. The toilet was also damaged, so Mike got a new toilet and installed it that afternoon. He did a great job, we couldnt be more pleased with his service! Thank you so much for coming to our rescue!

I could not be more happy about spending money on a plumber. No wants to do it, but if you have to you hope its a good experience. Mike replaced our water heater less than 24 hours after calling him for an estimate. Workmanship was top notch and he used very good parts, and he went above and beyond by fixing poorly plumbed pipe fitting that started leaking, due a poor DIY by the previous home owner, at no extra charge even though he had to wait an hour for the glue to set after everything else was done. But wait theres more! He also took the time to show us were the main shutoff valve at the street was for our house and he hauled away a old toilet that I was going to take to the dump all while sticking to his original estimate. Great experience and Im happy I want with a local option instead of one of the big guys.

We woke up to a broken water supply line, and called GPS plumbing. They picked the phone right up, came out and got our water restored. We ended up replacing the entire water line (we had had a leak before, and knew the pipes were substandard). Mike from GPS gave us great service, had the new line horizontally drilled, which didnt impact our landscaping. Mike suggested replacing the old line with Perspex, which wont freeze and break. We had dreaded replacing our water line, but GPS made it fast, reasonably priced, and easy.

Over the weekend we woke up to a slow pipe leak that occurred overnight that had done some damage to the ceiling. Mike at GPS had done some work for us last year and I liked the work he did. I reached out to him and he quickly got back to me! Mike talked me through this problem for about 15 mins even though he was out of state at the time on vacation, he even offered to have me call back with any more of my silly questions. Since he was out of town I reached out to a few other plumbers but was not thrilled with the lack of response or online ratings. We like his work so much we decided to go a few days until he was back in town since we had the leak isolated. When he got back the work was quick and professional despite being in a terrible spot for him to work. I don’t plan on ever using another company for any future plumbing needs!

We cant more highly recommend Mike and GPS Plumbing! When our hot water heater blew late Friday morning, I had pretty much written off hot showers through the weekend. But Mike returned my call right away, put a fair bid together after looking at the pictures sent, and braved Friday afternoon traffic from Issaquah to Bothell in order to have our new Rhreen tank up and going by 7pm.
