Chris @Sharp Improvement was recommended to me by someone. What a blessing that was! We had plumbing problems and Chris came over immediately after I called him. His Operations Manager, Michael, brought a crew to begin the repairs.They worked diligently to resolve the problem. Chris and his team are courteous, professional and stay on task until the job is done. I will definitely call Chris and his team for any future plumbing issues.

Chris and his team saved us a serious headache. We had a construction company come out here in Monroe that did sub-par and not to code work, and one of the biggest issues was plumbing up to code. Chris and his team came out and fixed it in short order. Have a larger project to replace our drain system under the house, going to be using them for this job! 5 Stars highly recommend these honest and good folks!

I had my sump pump go out over the weekend. Was looking for a plumbing company to use. Going through some reviews on this company I saw where the owner wrote the he puts Our Lord Jesus Christ first in all he does and that’s a main purpose in life. So I decided I wanted to use this company without looking at any others after reading that. They hold a high standard of work and equipment and don’t settle for anything less than excellent. They sent over Michael Carr as the technician and he and his helper were respectful, courteous, and hard workers. I recommend them for any residential or commercial needs

Chris and his crew are excellent plumbers. We bought a house and have had to call them on numerous occasions. So much has been revealed since buying the house and big issues lurking. We are very pleased with the quality of service and product!We had a bursted pipe above our garage. We shut the water off and called Chris @ Sharp improvements. They were quick to respond and when they arrived, they noticed that our hot water heater was leaking. They fixed the water leak, put in the best hot water heater, they rerouted the water line with a new facet and placed it in another location which is much better. Ive known Chris for a while and his work is excellent! They will show up and do a great job! His company is labeled right specialist and their work is exemplary!Jerry Hewatt

Chris was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Chris explained to us the previous plumber installed our outdoor drainage incorrectly causing the water not to flow down as it should. He was able to fix it within an hour. Highly recommend Sharp improvements.

Found a leaking water heater in my crawl space today while searching for an HVAC problem. Made a call to Chris on a recommendation. He answered promptly and said he would be here in 30 minutes and he showed up on time. He went under the house and inspected the problem and pointed out multiple issues with the existing plumbing and both water heaters. He came out and explained the problem to me and provided pictures so I could understand exactly what was wrong. One water heater was ready to burst and the other wasn’t too far behind being 15 years old each. He explained what needed to be done and we discussed price and the quality of work I could expect. Once we agreed, his guys were onsite within 30 minutes and went to work. They removed both older water heaters (the one actually burst while they were removing it) and made all repairs and installed the new water heater and were cleaned up and gone within 2 hours.I’ve seen a few comments from people mentioning prices are a little higher than others, well you get what you pay for. Quality materials aren’t cheap. Experience isn’t cheap. It’s nice to meet a man who shows up when he says he will, explains what is wrong and what is needed to fix it and is honest that it will cost a little more but he will ensure it is done right, and then does exactly what he says he is going to do. Paying for that is peace of mind in my opinion. Highly recommend this company!

I needed repair services for two of my locations due to continuous toilet clogging issues. After calling several other companies, Chris was the only person who answered my call the only person capable of doing the repairs I needed in Monroe. He and his staff showed up right away and were able to identify the issues and fix them immediately. He kept me informed of everything that he was doing and provided me updates even outside of normal business hours. Not only did he fix the issues I had but he also went above and beyond to find the root cause of the issues. Ive had other companies come out and only resolve the immediate issue at hand but never went further to ensure I wouldnt encounter thesame issues in the future. He is person I will use from now on. I highly recommend him and his company!

Chris has done numerous projects for me. I am extremely pleased with everything he has done. I will not use anyone else. His price is fair. He returns every phone call within 15 minutes, gets to you sooner than later. I have called him on Sunday Night after 9:00 PM before and he has been willing to come right then. You are dealing with the owner. He takes great pride in all his work and works very hard to make sure ,you, the customer is happy..This is the company to use. He is a professional.

SHARP was absolutely amazing to work with. I have an old (100 +) house that gives everyone that tries to fix things a run for their money. I had a leak that needed fixing and Chris came to check it out. Not only did he tell me we could fix the leak, but he pointed out to me a dangerous condition of my water heater, some thing I was completely unaware of. Once I realized that I needed to replace it me that it was a danger, he not only gave me options to replace it, but help me to shut it off and make sure that it was not putting my home or family at risk until I could figure it out. I didn’t have to wait days for the leak to be fixed, he sent a crew out the very next morning and also surprised me with a replacement water heater to fill in until we were able to do the tankless that I settled on. This alone was an amazing gesture, but what sat the team apart was the fact that my house did not spare them complications, and gave them a run for their money as far as previously poorly done plumbing and pipes. What was expected to take a few hours ended up requiring much more skill and ingenuity than anticipated. The team stayed upbeat and positive the entire time and was amazing at conquering whatever my stubborn house could throw at them. Chris came to check on how it was going and made me feel very confident in the process. At the end they left no trace of being there and I was able to have hot water and no leak! I look forward to working with them in the future and recommend them if you have any plumbing needs. Thank you so much you guys! This is a team that is not only professional, but genuinely cares about the people that they are repairing for and not just the job that they are doing.

I had standing water in my front yard which was causing my utility bill to skyrocket and I had made the mistake in the past of using the cheapest guy who ended up causing more problems so I was pleased when I found Sharp Improvements who was licensed and insured and ended installing a new water line in one afternoon. The owner of the company was very skilled and went above and beyond to help me! I couldn’t be more pleased with Chris, I refer him to everyone! Thank you again 🙏🏻

We had a large leak appear on a Saturday Chris was able to come out to our house within an hour. He identified where the leak was coming from and was able to get it to stop. His guys came back out on Monday and did all the repairs needed. This is a great company everyone is so kind and professional. We will be using them again in the near future!

We had most of our house plumbing back up all at once and start flooding a bathroom toilet and tub. We called and Chris was able to come over within 30 minutes on a Saturday night. Only took an hour for him to figure out the issue, remove a toilet and rooter the whole trunk line, replace toilet and clean up after himself. Very prompt, quick, clean, and professional. No complaints and glad I called them

CHRIS COMES TO THE RESCUE! Over the weekend my septic tank overflowed. I called every business that came up with septic tank services from Conyers to Loganville and even Watkinsville. Not one of those business picked up the phone. **CHRIS ANSWERED MY CALL** ...I know he was busy, I see him and his trucks all around town coming to the rescue for other folks. Needless to say, Chris showed up the same day. Dug up the septic tank, pumped and fixed the issue. All within 24 hours of calling him.!!**WHY THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PRICELESS**!! :To have a urgent system failure 48 hours before leaving for vacation is extremely stressful.To have someone attend your needs with the urgency as if it was their own problem is priceless....the crazy thing is, I never told him how urgent this was for me.Chris Delles is part of a dying breed of humans with unshakable work ethic. You can count on him.

2 GREAT EXPERIENCES!Just before July 4th weekend, both the owner (Chris) and his Operations Manager (Michael) replaced an underground pipe that had broken in half from the weight of large tree roots. (They cut the roots (which was not easy) and then rerouted the new pipe away from the tree.) It was a hot, sweaty, and very successful project! Both Chris and Michael are extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and proficient at what they do!Today, Michael (and Damion) came to investigate a low-water- pressure issue. It took no time at all for Michael to diagnose the problem and make the repair. (Throughout the process, Michael answered all my questions and explained why the problem most-likely occurred, along with preventative tips on how to minimize it happening in the future.)I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHARP IMPROVEMENTS plumbing professionals for anyone needing reliable and efficient indoor and outdoor plumbing replacement and repairs!

I have used Sharp Improvements for a year now, here in Monroe at my property Skyline Trace Apartments and my property in Jefferson, GA. Maple Square Apartments. My residents loves quality of service they receive every time. Sharp Improvements are very professional, they make sure they explain to my residents what they are about to do, then explain afterwards what they have done. Chris Dells and his team are Amazing, they get the job done right the first time and done quickly. When I call Chris I know I never have to wait or worry about the level of service my residents or myself are going to receive, because it is always first rate and top notch service. Chris came out in the freezing weather on Christmas Eve to get our water working. The pipes to our well tank had frozen and resulted in a busted filter cylinder and busted connectors. He worked long and hard to replace all with commercial grade parts that should never break again. He did any outstanding job. He was friendly and courteous. He even came back and cleaned out our water line on our refrigerator b/c the water and ice maker stopped working after the freeze.
