Excellent service. Rickie is so professional. He came to my house and assessed the situation...and within 24 hours...the problem was fixed. When I returned home, I couldnt even tell workers had been in my home. I was amazed. This is the second time Ive used Kelly Plumbing and both times I have been incredibly pleased. Five stars for these guys!!!!

I had an issue with clogged up comod, they came on time and had to go on the roof and blow it down with some kind of pressure, i think it was water pressure, and got it unclothed, they charge me for an hr which was 138.00 and it was fair.

There are a lot of plumbers in Ouachita Parish, but like everything else, you get what you pay for. Over the last 25 years, I have used Kelly for a wide variety of plumbing issues, and theyve been in business longer than anyone else for a reason. While they provide basic plumbing services (eg, rotor-rooter, toilet/hot water heater replacements, etc) that perhaps a number of competitors can perform equally well, what sets them apart is their internal expertise for the more challenging problems when the need arises. They are indeed a full service plumbing operation with a dedicated team of professionals.In my case recently, they utilized one of their experts who efficiently troubleshot and noninvasively repaired a cold water slab leak, much to our relief! My wife and I were so impressed with their expediency, proficiency, practicality, communication, honesty and friendliness to boot! This has been my consistent experience with Kelly Plumbing. I cant recommend them highly enough!
