We recently had Miller’s Nu-Tech install a high efficiency boiler in our house. We had three heating and cooling companies come out and give us estimates. Miller’s was, by far, head and shoulders above the other two. Noel came to our house three times to assess what would serve our needs the best. He brought Joe, his hot water installation expert, to determine if and how we could create two zones in our house to heat our primary living space and not always the whole house. Noel walked us through the pros and cons of three different options to help us make our decision. By the end of the process, we we had developed a level of trust and felt we were getting what we needed, not what he wanted to sell us. The installation went well and the crew was sensitive to our space and cleaned up when they were done. I will recommend Miller’s Nu-Tech to anyone who is looking for a heating and cooling solution.◦

I have used Millers a few times. They have always taken good care of me. This time my hot water tank lower element burned. When I called they just happened to have a tech in the area and within 20 minutes he was here. He tried to replace but was unable to. The next afternoon he worked late just to make sure I had hot water (replaced tank). Thank you for always looking out for your customers. It is rare these days.

We came home from my parents home late last night and it was cold in our home. It was down to 63 degrees at eleven oclock at night. I called the 24 hour emergency service number for Millers and talked to the guy and we decided to have them contact me in the morning. It bottomed out at 59 degrees. Noel came out and did a lot of stuff to my furnace and finally found out my gas valve was stuck closed. He went back to the shop and returned with a new one, installed it and now we have heat once more. We purchased a new 96 efficiency furnace, upgraded from a 90 efficiency one and a new central air unit, both Trane units two years ago.Noel and Millers Nu-Tech are the best. They would have come out last night if I had wanted them to, but an extra blanket worked just fine, AND it kept some tech in bed with his wife for the night, too.I will NEVER go to anybody else for my HVAC needs or any plumbing or electrical work either. Highest recommendation. This company is prompt, communicates well, offers a great product and does great work. Theyve installed a furnace/ac at my home, my office, and my parents home. I help manage some apartments and they just did work for me on a Sunday to ensure the tenant had heat. I will always use Millers Nu-Tech!

From the initial meeting with the owner, Neil Miller, to discuss a new furnace/humidifier/air conditioner system installation, Miller’s Nu-Tech was all about high level customer service at every turn.The 2 day installation and subsequent follow up was an overall exceptional experience.This company honestly is a bit more expensive than others, but is well worth it.The technicians: Brett, Ed, Joe and Matt (front office) and Bridget (back office re: rebates) are all personable, respectful, honest and took the time in explaining options available with costs in mind.The technicians always had cleanliness and safety in mind especially of concern now with the current COVID virus situation. They even wore face masks in a large open basement when nobody else was in the vicinity!Highly recommend Miller’s Nu-tech Plumbing and Heating. There is no need to research further!

My heat went out on midday Sunday and called them first thing on a Monday. Before 9:30 a.m., I had a serviceman (Joe) working on my boiler and had heat again before 11:00 a.m. Millers installed my AC, did some additional boiler work for me and have always serviced my boiler. They have always been friendly and leave things they way they have found it. There prices are reasonable and comparable to other places in town. I would highly recommend them.

He went out of his way to get this job done, and I really appreciate it. The last experience they installed a garbage disposal and it turned out to be noisy called first thing the next morning and they sent a tech within an hour and fixed the problem. Brought them some sample pieces and explained what I wanted. The new pieces fit on the old like a glove and I couldnt be happier with the finished product.

Called these guys on Monday they were at my house on Wednesday, identified the problem very quick, explained everything so I understood it, the guys were super friendly and polite with very reasonable pricing. Millers Nu-Tech takes great care of my HVAC and Plumbing at my house. I use their annual HVAC maintenance program and also rely on them for emergencies. This January when a kitchen plumbing issue caused a leak through my cabinets and into the basement, Cameron from Millers came and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. Cameron is courteous, knowledgable and thorough and walked me through all of his work and some important tips before he left. Millers and Cameron are my go-to contractors for the household.

Water heater went out, called around the next day for quotes. Millers was one of the only places in town that wanted to give a quote over the phone during a pandemic. Person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Their prices are very reasonable and not over the top unlike some other plumbers in town. They also had a water heater in stock and where able to install it they day. The plumber that came out to do the install was nice and courteous, and installed the new unit in what seemed like no time at all. Ill definitely be calling Millers again in the future for any other plumbing or hvac work.

Called them out on a Sunday when the furnace wasnt putting out heat. Turned out to be leaves in the intake, about 10 minutes into the required 1 hour call. Tech educated us about the furnace codes and did our yearly maintenance during the remaining hour. Even corrected the summer/winter switch on the whole house humidifier for us. Very happy with their tech and companys service. Will be using them for our periodic maintenance that we never got around to setting up, glad to find a great company for the future needs from a emergency service call.
