    Sergio came to replace the leaking faucets for my little old corner sink in the bathroom tucked under my stairs.He replaced the old lines to the sink and then had to saw off the bases of the old brass fixtures. He replaced them with new bronze -colored ones that I had gotten by looking on the internet when I couldn’t find a bath store that carried faucets without a mixer. He is a great guy, pleasant to work with and highly skilled. I have been using Plumbing Solutions for over twenty years and have always been satisfied with their fine work.

    This morning we woke up to a pipe leaking in our home. I called Plumbing Solutions and they responded quickly. They sent Reuben Perez, a technician, within 15 minutes. Reuben quickly assessed the problem. His price was reasonable. He also made recommendations for other work we could consider at a future time. I would highly recommend Reuben and Plumbing Solutions.

    Elijah came to our house for a sewer issue, he was very informative and explained our situation perfectly.     I called Plumbing Solutions when my kitchen ceiling started leaking water. Within 15 minutes of placing my call they texted me that a technician was on way, complete with the technician’s name and photo. When Eli arrived at the house, he assessed the situation, found the source of the leak, and gave an estimate. He finished the repair quickly and cleaned my kitchen floor when he was finished.     I cannot recommend Plumbing Solutions enough. Called them in the late morning and explained that I needed to pick up my kids from camp so they sent Eli an hour later so it wouldnt be a rushed appointment. We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom and after running a few tests running the bath concluded that the knobs and faucet needed be caulked and a loose tile needed to be grouted. In other words super simple solution and my ceiling didnt need to be opened up and thousands spent.     The plumber Luis and helper was very thorough on the installation. When they came into the house put down a runner on the floor to protect it. Explained what was done in detail including the cut off values. When finished they also cleaned up with no problems.

    I called Plumbing Solutions last evening when we realized that our hot water heater (HWH) was on the verge of failure. Eighteen hours later, we have a new HWH, with a leak detection system to boot (the HWH is on the 3rd floor!). Needless to say, Plumbing Solutions was incredibly responsive and the service by technicians Eli and Luis (Senior) was fantastic. I cant say enough good things about those two gentlemen and the rest of this operation. I will be using them again and can happily recommend them to others.

    OUTSTANDING COMPANY!!I had a moderate leak from toilet supply line which needed immediate attention. Got a mailer from the company on Monday, called & spoke to Karen.     I called them at 12 pm, within an hour Eli was showing me the damage to my water heater. He told me all my options and at no point was he pushy to close a deal. At 4:30PM the new water heater was up and running. Out of curiosity I called one of their local competitors and told them what I was getting and the price, they told me the best they would have done was $300 more than what I was charged. This Plumbing Solutions really puts the customer before the dollars and that’s very admirable in these days. I’ve already refereed them to my family and friends to them.

    I’m so glad I found Plumbing Solutions. First of all, the company’s customer service is superb! Luis is a wonderful tech, very professional and efficient. I had no water pressure in my shower, and Luis checked everything and explain what repairs can be done. The new part needed to be ordered, and he ordered it on the spot.     The service person, Reubinhe was on time and very professional and friendly and solved our leaking pipe under one sink and gave advice about finding our outside water shut off. We had just moved into the house and were clueless. He pulled out the fridge and found the water line to it, something we were unaware of.     Had a leaky kitchen faucet and had put off a bathroom water leak for the longest time.     Our upstairs bathtub faucet handle stopped working Sunday night. The water kept running and would not stop. I frantically started searching for plumbers and came across Plumbing Solutions. It was late evening but I called and got the answering service. They took my info and had the tech call me back within 5 mins! I was so pleased at the prompt response. I had shut off the water supply so the tech informed me they will reach out first thing in the morning to help get this fixed and true to their word, I got a call at 7:30 am. Tech Luis and Elli came to help replace the handle faucet cartridge and even helped fix the bathtub faucet that was protruding (badly done by the builder) Luis and Elli both were extremely respectful, kind and courteous. They came covering their shoes and cleaned up the bathroom after the work was done. I am so glad I found this amazing company who gives you the care and attention as a worried customer.     I have used Plumbing Solutions twice in the last year and have been satisfied with their work. The first time we asked them to quote a couple of small projects including a leak from the main water line, clogged sink and replacing leaking outdoor spigot. The estimator provided us reasonable solutions to fix 2 of these issues on our own!A couple of months later, we had them quote us for a new hot water heater install and were pleased with that work as well. Along with the permits, they sent us paperwork with clear instructions for a rebate.The estimator both times was very knowledgeable. The installers were on-time and kept the work area clean.     Luis Torres Jr. came to my fathers house in Monroe Township after I scheduled an appointment to determine where a water leak was coming from that was impacting the master bedroom.     Thanks to Covid our working from home did a number on our toilet. All those healthy home cooked meals did what they were supposed to and the toilet just was not prepared.So we had some clogging issues. Tried the usual plunging methods, chemical cleaners, auger, snakes... etc. The clogs kept happening.Finally was time for a plumber. We found Plumbing Solutions and they were able to come same day. Given a window of 12-2 our tech showed up at 12:01. He was here for about half an hour and got the toilet where it needed to be. He also made sure the sink and bathtub were performing perfectly.He then let us know what to look for, what better brands to use (goodbye two ply, we will miss you), some maintenance ideas and absolutely no more flushable wipes.The cost was significantly lower than expected and the value of what we got was great. While I hope to not need them again, I know who to call for an issue.

    I have been using Plumbing solutions ever since they came out in the middle of the night and saved our house from being flooded during Sandy.     Sergio is our plumbing angel! Our townhome is 45 years old and much of the plumbing, including the 3 toilets and a vanity, were original. Whether outside or inside, if there was an outlet to water: IT WAS LEAKING and/or READY TO BURST FROM CORROSION. Sergio and his partner explained each area in terms I could understand, providing guidance on products and what to look for in the future as far as identifying problems before they become huge. While copper piping is not inexpensive, the peace of mind knowing that our home narrowly escaped significant water danger is something we cannot put a price tag on. As we have in the past, we will always call Plumbing Solutions for our plumbing needs and will continue to recommend them to our friends and neighbors. We have learned that plumbing is an area that you cannot cut corners on; if you do, those corners may be waterlogged!

    If you EVER need a plumber I demand you call Don and his company! i had a serious problem in my home called 3 guys none could find the problem. Don himself came out and did some investigation and found the problem and fixed it, not a cheap fix but it was a big problem and had Dom not found it I would still be in trouble. I have since used them they are NEVER late always clean professional and i would trust his guys in my home if they were working and at had to leave. Not once have they tried to sell me something i didn’t need. I demand you use them as plumbers unless they get so busy that when I need them they can’t come.

    I started using Plumbing Solutions many years ago when I discovered a small amount of water in my vanity coming from my bathroom faucet. When the contractor I was using at the time could not respond for a matter of days, I contacted Plumbing Solutions and in a matter of hours I had a VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE / VERY PERSONABLE / VERY PROFESSIONAL technician (Brenden) arrive and performed a thorough inspection of the problem, advising me every step of the way, and giving me a cost effective / cost efficient solution to make the proper repairs. Every step of that process felt as if someone from my own family had assisted me from beginning to end to find resolve to my issue. Plumbing issues can be a very scary thing because unless you have first hand plumbing skills knowledge, you have to put your full faith into a company - much less an unknown company - as they were to be the first time I used them. It was due to all their efforts that ever since that first time, I only make one phone call for all my plumbing needs. Today was no different. I had a slow amount of water trickling in my toilet tank over the weekend and called 15 minutes after their office opened on a Monday and while it wouldve been easy for them to tell me they didnt have anyone to send - due to my short notice - Karen - who is a true asset to this company bent over backwards - as she normally does - to squeeze in a technician (Sergio) to send over and help resolve my issue. The professionalism set by the company is second to none - telling you in advance who the technician they will be sending over is (complete with their photo) and wearing booties (without being asked) the minute they walk into my residence. In this day and age where you hear horror stores about how contractors have taken advantage of customers - Plumbing Solutions always makes you feel like youre a part of their family.
