I called Gibson this morning with a leak that I needed taken care of, and they graciously worked me in this afternoon. Austyn was professional, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. Gibson helped us out quickly a few years back and it is good to know that they still have the same great service levels and people.

I returned home after a two week vacation, to find a portion of our basement under water and a $400.00 water bill. I called Gibson Plumbing after a recommendation from a friend. I spoke with Austyn who was very courteous and understanding of my concerns. Dan and Austyn came out timely, surveyed the situation that afternoon and returned the next morning and made repairs. I have never dealt with a vendor that was as efficient and professional. Their bill was considerably less than I had anticipated. This company is professional and honest. I hope that I never need a plumber again, but, if I do, I will call on them again.

I had a pipe burst during cold weather on a holiday. Gibson plumbing was working on a nearby house and added me to an already packed schedule and had it fixed so quickly. I appreciated the flexibility and price was reasonable for an emergency on a holiday.

I cant stress enough how accommodating, helpful, and responsive Gibson Plumbing has been. I was having issues with an outdoor hydrant that had water pooling around it from underground, and I had a pipe in the shed that only leaked when I turned on the hose faucet. I also had some general maintenance and operations questions about my water filtration and pump system.After exchanging a few texts, Dan and Austyn came out to diagnose the problems and take note of what parts were needed to fix everything. When it came to the questions I had, they were very patient and took their time explaining how everything worked.They got back to me with a quote in a couple of days and came out to repair everything the following week. I highly recommend reaching out to Gibson Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I already have them in mind for a future project!

Austyn from Gibson Plumbing came out to repair a broken pipe at my moms in Sultan. Because of the chaotic weather weve been having in the area they were swamped with so many emergency calls and were running behind because of the damages they found at their jobs before our appointment. Austyn called me a couple of times to let me know of his situation at the other homes and was very apologetic. I reassured him that I understood and it was not a problem. Upon arriving he found that the burst pipe was not in the wall like I had thought it was, but under the house. He crawled under there in the freezing cold weather and fixed the hot water line.We as costumers need to remember just how hard these guys work in the elements to provide top quality service and customer satisfaction!!Kudos to Austyn and the other techs at Gibson Plumbing!! They will be our go to plumbing company from here on out!!!

RESPONSIVE, ACCOMODATING, HONEST, DEPENDABLE AND FRIENDLY.I searched for a plumber to repair a kitchen faucet that would no longer provide water when turned on. I received a number of responses in a fairly short amount of time, but GIBSON PLUMBING was the only one who could accommodate me on the same day.Dan came out in the early afternoon and diagnosed the problem as the cartridge. He removed it, cleaned it and put it back in. Hallelujah…it started working again. However, when it stopped again the next day, I called him back and asked him to purchase a new faucet and install it. He was here the next morning. He is definitely my “go to” plumber!

Amazing service!!! We had a humidifier in the attic go haywire and started flooding our attic and two levels of our home. They scheduled an appointment to come out and cap off the line for the next day and set us up with a water damage specialist that was able to come out in a few hours. All of this happened while they are slammed with calls due to the freezing temperatures.

Best experience I have ever had with a plumber and saw zero cracks! 😂 In all seriousness,not only did I find out afterwards, that we had gotten a good deal, but Daniel from Gibson Plumbing was really helpful (even when the owner of our rental was dragging his feet and making the whole process more difficult for him). He walked me through what the issues were, gave me some options and was really kind about the whole thing. I’m sure many can relate to hiring some sort of specialist with a skillset you don’t have (hence why you are hiring someone for the job!) and to have them come and talk down to you, and/or you just know they are trying to take advantage of you. This experience was the complete opposite and Daniel actually went above and beyond. For all the women that either live alone, or have a spouse that can’t always be there when you need someone to come work on your house, I also know how nerve racking it can be to have a stranger come into your home. Although, just as a safety precaution, I always make sure my neighbor is home and close by if I have to have someone come work on the house when my husband is gone, I never once felt uncomfortable any of the 3 times Daniel had to come by and he was really respectful. This one was a win all around and I highly recommend!

This company bailed me out of after midnight with a bib replacement gone awry. The first fix didnt quite get 100% there and Dan and team were out the following afternoon and sure enough got it to the finish line. The kicker is what they charged was INCREDIBLY fair compared to the ridiculous gougers you will find out there. OUTSTANDING

Gibson plumbing fixed plumbing in our unfinished basement. Our utility sink would cause flooding. Dan fixed that and fixed our drain. The new fitting was defective so he came out right away and replaced it. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick!

Dan repaired our main water valve coming from the street into our house ( PRV and shut off) and got it done quickly and efficiently. I called him late the night before and said he could be out to us first thing in the morning since we didnt have any water in the house at all ! he showed up right at 8am on the dot :) so nice and professional. I have recommended him to all the neighbors and everyone is extremely pleased with his work !!
