Shout out to Taylor and Alex, they were both very professional, kind, and willing to answer questions. We did have an incident where in there was some slight cosmetic damage to my vehicle but they seemed very sorry and quick to take action to rectify the situation the accident happened today (3/25/2024), but it seems that they are willing to cover damages and anything else needed. Accidents happen but I am extremely happy too see that they are willing to take ownership. I will keep you all updated with the status of the repairs, but I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.Update: 3/26/2024This company is FANTASTIC, They have handled the me with great attention and attitude, the minor damage to may car is slated to be repaired as of 4/1/2024 and they are also helping me with a rental.I will definitely be calling them again in the future for all my plumbing needs.Update 4/16/2024My vehicle has be repaired and everything worked out on that end.The water heater installed has been operating but my hot water has been very cloudy, after some research and reaching out it appears that there is some extra air in the tank causing this (think of pouring carbonated water a lot of bubbles but if you let it sit it clears up) I gave it 3 weeks to try and let the tank acclimate but no improvement yet, the company was willing to listen to my problem and make it right and installed and expansion tank in hopes this will correct the problem, I will give it another couple of weeks and hope this clears it up. Big shout out to Taylor sticking with it and installing the unit, I will update again to let everyone know if the issue has been fixed.Update 4/22/2024So the issue with the cloudy hot water is still going on. I put a call in this a.m. and they sent a tech straight out. They serviced the water heater (by replacing the anode rod) which was pretty worn, which was a little odd as the heater was a new unit, but so far so good 👍. It seems to have fixed the issue, Ill give it a week and see how it goes.

My elderly parents had multiple issues show up all at once. I called first thing this morning and they had someone out no less than an hour later! Our plumber, Jay Brown, was AMAZING! He didn’t even blink an eye at the list of things needing to be checked/fixed. He was very respectful to my parents who both have dementia and to me. I have used All Plumbing for a number of years and have never had a bad experience with them. Every one of their employees from the office to the field are so professional and understanding. If you need a plumber, there’s no one better! And, if you get Jay? That’s even better!

Had an issue with a leaking overflow drain. Plumber came out and wasn’t too keen on listening to what my wife was saying about the issue and essentially shut her down. Cut a hole in the wall to see the drain and then claimed there wasn’t an issue or that the issue was fixed. Charged us over $200 (they don’t patch the hole btw 1’x1’) only to discover the drain was still leaking a few hours later.They were quick to call and schedule a new plumber to come out the next day. Mark listened to what we had to say about the issue and allowed my wife to demonstrate the leak. Mark fixed the leak and was super friendly the entire time.We were originally displeased with our service and interaction with the original plumber, but you can’t allow one bad apple to ruin the name of the company as a whole.

We absolutely love All Plumbing. We just bought a house with several issues with plumbing and each time we have called, they were very quick in sending someone right over. Bobby and Jay came over on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to fix the master shower which had little water pressure for the hot water. We had a smell coming up from the shower and tub drains and they were able to figure out the issues and solutions to prevent further issues. My family and I had a tragic loss this past Tuesday. Due to that family and friends have been in and out of my house then visiting and paying their respects. The kitchen sink started backing up so I attempted to find the problem and fix it myself. Unfortunately I was not able to. With recommendations from a google search and my mother, Deleta Gee, I called “All Plumbing” this morning at 0730 to fix the drain and to replace 2 outside water spigots. I was thinking it would be at least a day or two before a plumber would able to fit me into there schedule. So when I received a phone call from All Plumbing at 0741 asking if I was at home and that they could send a plumber out now, I was surprised. Then, at 0758 I received a text notification that David Throckmorton would by my plumber and a picture of him was included in the text so I would know who was going to be at my private residence. This immediately made me feel that this company had there stuff together. David arrived at my home around 0805. He was extremely kind and professional. I explained what was happening with my plumbing and that I also need 2 outside water spigots that I wanted replaced. I was very impressed with this company “All Plumbing”. They checked all the boxes: 1) Good Quality, 2) Good Value, 3) Professional, 4) Responsive, 5) On Time. I always tell friends and coworkers that good help is hard to find, that is was I try to do a lot of things myself because I am OCD about high quality work. In the future I will not think twice about calling All Plumbing to fix, repair, or install anything plumbing related. This is a Top Notch company.

Turns out I had a few leaks throughout the house and the guys were able to locate and fix them fairly easily. The job was done quicker than I expected too. I appreciated their attention to detail as it helped keep my family and I safe. I felt the cost was quite reasonable with the amount of work that had to be done. I would also like to note that the lady who deals with appointments is always helpful and friendly too. This isn’t the first time I’ve used All plumbing and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

We are very satisfied with All Plumbing. Prior to using All Plumbing, for 2 1/2 yrs we used a company because they were described as the “best”. When All Plumbing left my house after 6 hrs yesterday, I had quite a list of tasks, I was blown away with their services the entire time they were at my house. I was so mad at myself for not using them before now. This company is everything that our previous plumbers are not. I got tired of our previous plumber’s disrespect with communication, as a matter of fact, communication was nonexistent on their part, saying they would be there that day and 3 days later no plumber and no word. So, with All Plumbing—- First off, they came when they said they would. Secondly, the communication was top notch from the initial call to job finish AND even after they left, they 100% care about customer satisfaction. Thirdly, Taylor gave me estimates before starting the job and as things changed throughout the job. I had the receipt emailed shortly after he was done. Fourthly, they wore shoe covers to protect my floors, every single time they came in and out, like seriously I don’t think any repair man has ever done that, that’s called Respect & Consideration! Fifthly, the job got done and done right! Honestly, I could go on & on & on about how professional & work consciousness this company is! We own a rent house as well, from now on All Plumbing will be the only plumbing truck that will be parked in our driveways. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with their services. If you do not have a plumber or are not satisfied with your current plumber, you will not regret giving them a try. We did not even know that the plumber, Taylor, was the son of the owner until right before they left. Family owned and well trained and a son well raised. And let me just add, that just because a business is “Family” owned, does not mean they are a good business! Let my failure to recognize this for they past 2 1/2 yrs be your gain.
