    Jeremy replaced my old faucets on Sept. 11. He was prompt, and called me when he was on the way. Jeremy was polite, efficient, and professional. He did the work in less time than I had expected. He also took a minute to advice me on future work I may be facing. Jeremy would be my first choice for doing any future work. A true five star professional.

    I am a homeowner that had several plumbing issues that needed to be fixed along with an annual furnace inspection, none of which was an emergency. I called Thomas Plumbing and Heating on a Monday thinking it would be several weeks out for service, but to my surprise they would be able to provide me with service the same week on Thursday.On Thursday when Jeremy arrived, I asked if he had been updated on what needed to be done. And yes, he had been informed of exactly what was needed to be serviced. They were service furnace, kitchen sink leak, outside facet leak and toilet issues. Jeremy is very pleasant and professional at his job. Jeremy takes the time to clean up after and takes away all the old parts that need to be discarded. He was able to service all my plumbing issues, and he also made recommendations/options on a few plumbing issues with the toilet and main water line that will be a cost savings in the long run. I highly recommend Jeremy and Thomas Plumbing and Heating to anyone needing plumbing and furnace service.

    These guys are the best! I bought a bit of a project house and Jeremy has completed our annual boiler service for the last 2 years. He’s patient and explains what he’s doing, doesn’t try to oversell on unnecessary services, and talks about the good things with the system instead of just all the bad. I’ve been into their shop for parts once or twice and received the same excellent service. No talking down to me for trying to do things myself, they just make sure I have all the parts I need. Thomas has my business permanently!

    I had a power flush toilet that I had not been able to use for weeks because it wouldnt flush properly. I got a prompt appointment and on-time visit from Thomas Plumbing. While Brandon was examining it, it started working -- probably an airlock or something that cleared. No charge for the visit -- whew! Ive used Thomas before and am glad they are reliable.

    Thomas Plumbing installed my boiler when my house was built (documenting inspections and valve replacement from May of 1987, etc). I called this morning unable to light the pilot light thinking the thermocoupler needed replacing cuz it would immediately go back out every time! Initially their schedule was full for at least a week, but I got a call today @ 4pm and they arrived the same day as my call!! I feel so blessed to have such excellent customer care from this well-established business. THANK YOU, Brandon, (the repairman) from the bottom of my heart! This old lady can stress less now. 👏🙌👏🔥🥰

    When two of my bathroom faucets stopped working properly, based on a friends recommendation, I called Thomas Plumbing & Heating. They were able to schedule me a visit by a tech within a week. When Jeremy the tech was here, he quickly ascertained that the problem was with the aerators at the tips of the faucets. Aerators replaced, problem solved. While he was here, I asked if he could help me with a loose kitchen faucet fixture, and he gladly helped with that, which turned out to be a lot more work than the original reason he was here. Jeremy was professional, his work was great, and he showed me how to fix the kitchen faucet issue myself in the future if it arises again. Ill definitely hire Thomas Plumbing & Heating to fix my next plumbing issue.

    We had a sudden, unexpected, and quiet leak in our main water line on July 4th weekend and had to turn off the water to our house. Jeremy of Thomas Plumbing & Heating came promptly to solve our problem by replacing the defective pipe with new, and also installed another, more reliable cut-off valve for added protection. He did a beautiful job working in a very tight spot and saved our weekend. We really appreciate his help and that of his company both of which which I recommend.

    My landlord had to call and find someone to checkout my water heater. It was not heating up completely and I barely added cold water to have a hot shower. They were able to get Thomas Plumbing and Heating to get me on their schedule. They put me in for a week later but said if anything opened up they would give me a call. The next morning they called, stopped but, replaced the element and did both, because it is not uncommon for the other to burn out soon and then drained the water heater. Jeremy was the tech that came out. He was very professional and worked quickly and cleanly to get the job done. I would recommend Thomas Plumbing and Heating and Jeremy to anyone needing service.

    Highly recommended. We had issues with our boiler not igniting properly. I called and they were able to have someone out within 4 hours to troubleshoot the issue.Nick called ahead of his arrival. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing, and provided a few recommendations for us as well.     In November, I had no heat in my home after returning from a family reunion out of town. I called Thomas P & H on the weekend as my daughter and I were freezing and living in our basement while the upstairs of our home was in the process of getting remodeled. Mike was so kind and walked me, through over the phone, on how to check my furnaces pilot light so that I did not incur a big bill. I was very grateful for this.     In a day when its nearly impossible to find a good plumber on short notice, we were pleasantly surprised that Thomas P & H was available within a couple of days to address our offices plumbing issues.     I highly recommend! Thomas Plumbing was easy to contact, were excellent at communication, and provided great service. I had drain issues with our house, and we had moved in only 1 1/2 years ago, so had no idea what the problem might be. Mike and Nick were awesome! They explained every step and looked at all the variables, and gave excellent recommendations to remedy the solution. Turns out there were lots of roots in the pipes, and a slight belly in one area under the house. They cleaned out the pipes with fancy equipment and showed me the process. It all made so much sense and Im super pleased. Its nice to have our plumbing issues solved and made aware, so we can plan for the future. Thanks again to Mike and Nick!

    Helpful, knowledgeable staff and the ONLY store in all of Missoula that had the part I needed after 3 days of searching store to store. Everywhere I went I was told I needed to call a plumber to open the wall and replace the plumbing because they didnt make the part I needed. These guys had me in and out in less than 10 minutes with what I needed for less than $20!

    Plumbing repairs needing to be done the week of Thanksgiving is never a good thing– especially when the company is already backed up. I asked to be put on a waiting list thinking there’s no way they would get to me this week. However, a couple of days later, Brandon called me to ask if it would be possible to come over in the next 10 to 15 minutes.Brandon was professional, smiling, and extremely courteous. He assessed the problems and made the repairs quickly. He even gave me some maintenance advice to help prolong the life of our plumbing lines and fixtures while he cleaned up after himself.AAA+ service. I’ll be calling these guys for all of my plumbing maintenance needs.

    My garbage disposal stopped working, and my kitchen sink was clogged. As a fairly new homeowner, I was clueless about what to do. Thomas Plumbing responded quickly to my emailed inquiry and was able to fit me into their schedule within a couple days.Brandon unjammed the garbage disposal and showed me how to unjam and reset it myself should it happen again. I appreciated the information and felt confident that I could solve the problem next time. Given the simplicity of the task, he only charged me a consultation fee, too.     What great service! My heat wasnt working, and Thomas Plumbing prioritizes people who dont have heat. I called in the morning, and they came later that same day. They are extremely competent and knowledgeable. And the work didnt cost as much as I thought it would. The cost was fair. Deserves five stars. I have heat and no leaks.

    Mike was scheduled to come take a look at our leaking kitchen sink on a Friday afternoon to analyze the problem and develop a solution and then slated to complete the work on the following Tuesday. He called on Friday morning to see if wed mind if he came early due to a cancellation. While here, we discussed several possible solutions to our issue and he took the time to complete the work same-day. So not only was he early, but he eliminated a separate appointment and got us up and running right away. Very pleased with his service.

    The fire went out in my gas heater yesterday morning and it was FREEZING outside and getting colder by the minute in the house. I called Thomas Plumbing & Heating (as usual). They said they might not be able to come for a day or two, but after only an hour or so Brandon called and said he was on the way. He cleaned the tubing, checked the filter, and tested for gas leaks and CO. Back in business in no time. We have depended on Thomas P&H for many years and theyve never let us down.     Thomas plumbing is somewhat fine. Found some very hard to find GSR PVC fittings there back in 2014. They do alright work. They moved all the PVC fittings into the shop garage which kinda changed. They used to have PVC fittings in wood bins in the rear of the retail store. Not No Longer ! Couldnt find some of the PVC fittings I need since they moved them into the back garage. I used to like Thomas plumbing in 2014 or before but now I think new owners taken over. Not the same Thomas Plumbing. I still might give them a chance. I’ve bought hard to find PVC fittings in 2010 and 2014. I maybe should ask next time I come around.Thomas plumbing isn’t too bad. I might try again to look for oddball PVC fittings! I’m not giving up on Thomas Plumbing and Heating. They seem to be still a good plumbing parts place! They been in Missoula since 1978!

    Never fails, plumbing problems occur after hours! My sediment filter blew up Friday afternoon at 445! After several calls to other business(s) advertising 24/7 service didn’t answer or return calls (thanks notRotoRooter) Ms. Thomas (second generation in business) answered the phone, requested pix and arranged service. They would have come out that night but I’m baching it with my family on vacation so I could live without water overnight. So Sat AM it was. Lead plumber arrived with fully equipped truck, great attitude, s___t ton of experience and his son; I’d interrupted their weekend together. 2 hrs later I was WAY better off than before: improved part, improved installation and we went over the whole boiler room. Also, I lost a TON of weight, mainly due to a much lighter wallet :). Seriously though, while rather pricey I still regard this as a good value for service due to the experience and professionalism of all involved. So call these guys for plumbing work but just be aware quality is not cheap. Pay once, cry once. Thanks guys. JSJ

    My shower was leaking for over a month while I waited for another plumbing company to come take care of it. After they finally arrived they gave me an outrageous price for repair as they wanted to remodel my entire shower. I figured I would give it one last attempt of trying to fix it myself.I had heard of Thomas plumbing from a family member and was told they were the best plumbing company in town. When I arrived they immediately helped me figured out what part it could be and what to look for. After returning home I was able to locate the part and bring it in for a matching replacement.     I have used Thomas Plumbing & Heating a handful of times over the years. Usually for DIY repairs around the house or on one of my rentals. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Selection seems to be pretty good too. Pricing always seems high compared to other plumbing supply stores, but I feel like I am paying for their customer service and not just the product.They were my 3rd & final stop today finding a vacuum breaker repair kit. Again, they had what the other 2 supply stores didn’t. Thank you TP&H!

    Thomas Plumbing just replaced my boiler and water heater for us. It went out in the middle of the night, and their on call technician Nick came over and had to shut it down due to a carbon monoxide leak. The following day they were able to get Jessie and Brandon over to get my family heat and hot water. Not sure what we would of done without them. Thanks for taking care of us so property. During this time of social distancing and general mayhem they came with masks and gloves and I totally professional attitude and fixed the problem the correct way.     I would like to commend your staff on a job well done!Karen was a pleasure to work with and quickly arranged for someone to come and help with my hot water heater malfunction, she talked to Nick & Mike and arranged for them to come out the same day.Nick & Mike checked in with me before they headed my way to give me a heads up they were coming. Upon arrival they both listened to my hot water problem and we worked through that since I had replaced the elements, that the thermostat was the problem, because we had power to the tank, but not the elements. They had thermostats with them (have 2 / 50gal. Hot water heaters) we replaced them powered everything up and all was good. They were courteous and professional, wearing their masks the entire time. And they worked together very well. Nick’s experience and knowledge helped diagnose the problem with hot water back flowing into the cold water line, we fixed the problem and added a ball valve so I don’t have to crawl under the house to isolate and clean out my hot water heaters. I now have the best hot water to the master bath shower, tub and faucets that I have had in years.
