    Kyle was excellent! He did an outstanding job while at my home. He was very professional and curtious. He explained every step in detail while checking my lines. We walked through my home where he identified all the lines and explained its purpose. Kyle kept me updated about my appointment and let me know when he was on his way.     Needed help on a Sunday, Kyle showed up within about an hour and got us taken care of. He is clean and courteous, very professional and a nice guy to work with. He was contentious about keeping the work area clean, which in this business is much appreciated. Price was reasonable too.

    Contacted Standard Drain to help with a sink that wasn’t draining properly. They promptly responded by text and got me scheduled. When they showed up, the renters turned them away bc of the early hour, saying the drain was working fine. They were super nice and professional about it, not charging me for their time despite my offer to compensate them. Will definitely call again if we have any drain issues!

    I called Standard Drain Cleaning on a Sunday morning. They answered immediately and Kyle was at my house within half an hour. I was desperate, as the drain to the city septic system had backed up into the house.Kyle went to work; it was not an easy job, but he persevered and saved the day.He was competent and courteous, and the charge was very reasonable, especially for a weekend. I highly recommend Standard Drain Cleaning!!!

    Kyle with Standard Drain cleaning will be my go to guy here in Missoula. I first contacted him when I bought our house and he did a quick efficient job snaking our lines while being friendly and personable. He later helped out my dad snake his lines after another plumbing company said it was impossible to snake and that he would have to rip out his basement wall to remove the clog. Kyle and his crew were able to remove the impossible clog in a short time without doing any demolition work.Kyle has always been friendly, fair, helpful, and prompt with me(even calling me back when he gets done working on other jobs late at night). He also has a great price and has never tried to tack on unnecessary costs.

    We use Standard Drain all the time for our rental properties, hes always wonderful to work with, prompt and knowledgeable.Kyle stands out from other drain cleaning companies due to the wide variety of services he provides and the relationships he has built with other contractors in the Missoula area. We can call him for a clog and if it needs to have the main line replaced, hes able to do that too. Which makes some of the stressful situations we come across less stressful.Definitely give Kyle a call!

    Kyle and Sean arrived right on time. They dealt with a drum trap in plumbing over 60 years old. It only took them about 45 minutes with no spills or mess whatsoever. Definitely a good call.

    Hope that you never need these guys, but if and when you do, they really come through. they were there within an hour of us calling and got a very difficult job done for us in a way that a regular plumber would not be able to do. High tech and effective. They were a pleasure to deal with and cleaned up after themselves. I would post pics, but it was too gross.

    I called on a Friday night around 8pm. My call was immediately returned and the owner listened to all of the issues and took his time explaining the possible solutions.On Monday morning just slightly before our scheduled time SDC pulls up and within 30 minutes weve located a potential issue and have a triage plan for future issues.I saved his number in my phone, I wont need a different drain clearing service.

    Highly Recommend, These guys showed up within an hour of calling and they were very professional! They cleaned and camera our sewer lines, they even hand dug up the septic lid so we could camera between the tank and seepage pit, then located the seepage pit so we didn’t have to dig up the whole yard looking for it! Saved us a bunch of time and money. Will definitely use again!

    We had an emergency situation last week with sewage backing up in the basement. Standard Drain came to our rescue and responded to our after-hours callback request very quickly. They rearranged their schedules and sent the right equipment and personnel to our door. I highly recommend Standard Drain for their fast and professional service. Their staff is knowledgeable, and their prices are fair. I hope we never have to deal with a clogged sewer line again, but if we do, I will definitely call Standard Drain.

    We had a clog in our kitchen drain rear its head very violently and suddenly and of course every plumbing and drain company was pretty booked out. After contacting Kyle, he slotted us into his already busy schedule at the last moment. While addressing the issue, he and Levi went 100% above and beyond what I could have expected. They cleared our drain and even updated our 1950s era plumbing without hesitation and for a lot less than I expected. I couldnt recommend these guys highly enough! Super great to work with, professional, honest, and very skilled. Go with Standard, you wont be disappointed.

    My wife and I opened Orangetheory Fitness here in Missoula a few months ago. One night our toilets, showers, and sinks all stopped draining. I tried calling 15+ plumbers after hours and Kyle was the only one to call back.
