Isaac quickly and neatly fixed a leak from one of our tubs that was spilling out into the ceiling on the lower level. He also diagnosed and put in an order to fix another leak which actually caused some of our ceiling to collapse. Very appreciative of his quick work and the friendly way which he carried it out. I’m terrible with names, but I think the other one was Miles? Sorry for probably getting that wrong. He was very nice and a hard worker as well.Update: Isaac and Miles came back two days later to fix the broken supply line in our shower and demo our tub and move our drain to the center to prepare for a remodel. They did more than they had to do and left the place very clean and ready to move on with renovation. We are signing up as members and will continue to use Plumb Tech for any needs that should arise.Update 2: Jeff also came over and mapped out our septic lines to find a great place to tap in for another toilet. Very helpful, communicative, clean and hard working. Just like always.

I was looking to replace a 33 year-old water heater and did some shopping around with quotes. Plumb-Tech not only provide great estimates, they showed me options for a heat pump water heater and worked out the cost effectiveness with me. They took the time and living out of town, they were able to come out to our place so timely! The installation was painless and it was so nice to meet Issac. He did a great job. I plan to contact Plumb-Tech again for all my plumbing and heating needs.

He got my kitchen sink unplugged quickly and shared some of his knowledge to avoid future issues. My only gripe was the dispatch fee for living in Hamilton, but I also understand why it exists. Isaac was incredibly helpful when I called for help with identifying the source of a leak in my kitchen. After initial troubleshooting, he found the cause of the issue and helped with getting a replacement faucet (the source of the problem). When Isaac showed up for the install with Miles, both were respectful, professional, and knowledgeable when they arrived to install a new kitchen faucet. Five stars to both Isaac and Miles!PlumbTech always does great work and sends polite, knowledgeable techs. Additionally, I never hesitate to have one of their employees at the house if my husband isn’t home - I always feel safe and respected by their staff. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I cannot recommend Plumb Tech enough. I needed my main water valve replaced. I had initially contacted a company I had gone with before, but their quote was astronomical. I called Plumb Tech out of morbid curiosity. It was quite a pleasant surprise. The estimator quoted me half the cost of the first company and didnt try to upsell me. (They didnt know about the first estimate.) I have an old house so clearly I have a lot of old issues, but I really only wanted to deal with the one issue at hand. Their technician, Isaac, was also awesome. He was very fast and very efficient. He had the new water valve installed in under an hour. He was also super clean and neat. He clearly takes pride in his work. Everything worked out great. plumbing isnt cheap, but what they charged me was very reasonable. I highly, highly, highly recommend Plumb Tech.

Jeff has been here with Jacob twice, and did an exceptional job . The first was a sink drain that had not been used in several years and he found it was rusted shut. He persevered, used multiple tools to succeed in opening the pipe up. Today he quickly diagnosed the issue that had flooded my bathroom and cleared my main line efficiently even though it was the very end of the day. It was very much appreciated. I look forward to his help with any future issues that arise in my very old house.Justin was professional, efficient and friendly. He replaced a bathroom sink/vanity that had been unusable. Also fixed 2 kitchen sink leaks. He explained what he was doing, any obstacles and their solutions. I used Plumb-Tech recently for a hot water heater replacement and would highly recommend them.

What I valued most about my interaction with Rayson was, he was willing to explain in detail what the repair entailed, how it would proceed and what things looked like when he was done. Often it seems someone will blow in at 100mph and complete a repair and leave just as fast and I hardly have any idea what happened. Another thing I was impressed by was Raysons willingness to run through 2 other big plumbing issues that are going to become bigger problems down the road. He wasnt selling me on the repairs, I specifically asked about them and Rayson was willing to take the time to again run through what doing the repairs will look like (time and expense wise). This given me confidence in Plumb-Tech as a whole and I will be contacting them again to move forward with these other items. Thank you!

Rayson came to Hamilton from Missoula in about an hour and a half from my initial phone call. They were very professional and very efficient. They discovered the source of the leak and had it fixed in a couple hours despite the difficulty of access.I will call them again and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

I had previously called another plumbing company but they would not service my area down the Bitterroot and suggested Plumb Tech and after looking at their many many five-star reviews we made the decision to have them come out and try and fix our problem with extremely low water pressure throughout the house. I had originally spoke with Olivia at their office who set up the appointment for an estimate and she informed me they were running a special that day which saved me some money I was very appreciative of that! When Jason came out to do the estimate he was very professional and did everything he could to try and address our problem. He did a fair estimate for a fair price and was back within days to perform the work agreed upon. Before he arrived I spoke with Leah at the office to confirm the appointment and I asked if they had any veteran discounts and she said they did and took 10% off of my bill! When Jason was out here performing work he was very professional and able to explain in detail the whole process. He did unfortunately cut his hand on the job which needed six stitches. It happened at an unfortunate point in time when the pipes were disconnected and we didnt have any water but he made sure we were taken care of and had his brother Jeff stop by real quick to finish buttoning it all up. Jeff was also very professional and very knowledgeable, Jason after getting six stitches put in his hand came back to our house to make sure we were still taken care of, the dude literally had a nasty cut that wouldnt stop bleeding but was able to go get stitches and came right back at it to take care of his customers! We have another estimate for some more work to be done, I may do another review after that work is completed as well. So far though Plumb Tech has been nothing but great and their willingness to work with us on price was amazing! Both Olivia and Leah in the office were professional on the phone and Jason and Jeff were both very professional and knowledgeable the entire time. Highly recommend!

Scheduled service for the water heater in the house we recently bought. Since we have used Plumb-Tech before we decided to call them for the project. Long story short -- hot water heater had internal problems so our technician Justin Henkins suggested we replace the water heater. We scheduled the install for the next day and Mr. Henkins arrived on schedule, installing the water heater in minimal time. He was professional and did excellent work. UPDATEI was just recently contacted by plumbtech again. It turned out the job was coded wrong or something of the sort, leading to an incorrect charge as stated below. They were apologetic, and we got it sorted out. The actual amount charged was far more reasonable. I am happy to bump them up to a full five stars with a strong recommendation.We have used this company several times now, and have always been very appreciative of the work theyve done and the people on the job. My issue is their flat fee system. We recently paid over $500 for a job that took at most 1.5 hrs and what couldnt have been more than $50 in parts (and I believe Im being generous in both those estimates). When I called to ask if there was any way to discuss this, I was told a manager would get back to me. That never happened. Like I said, I like the people and the work, but its hard to justify using them in certain situations when you could end up paying double what I believe other plumbers that charge an hourly rate would cost.

Brandon confirmed that was what he thought but wanted to make sure it wasn’t leaking from the tank where it was attached to the toilet. It was not. He said the bolts may be loose, so if that was the case he would replace those. The bolts were mainly plastic and were loose causing the toilet to rock and break the wax seal. He replaced the bolts with metal ones. He was knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. He was personable and it was overall a pleasant experience. Will do business again with Plumb-Tech.

Plum-tech responded quickly when our hot water went out. We needed an entire new instant hot water system. Josh and the scheduler worked hard to get a new unit ordered and installed within a week. We really appreciate the effort they made and the excellent result.
