Amazing service, from start to finish. They had to come in and fix the mistakes of the last person I hired.It was intense and I was terrified that the floor was going to need to be ripped up... but Eddy (the plumber on the job) was able to solve the issue. He definitely has some super power skills and patience.He knew how to find and special order a part , and was able to fix the bathroom toilet and sink. We were very happy with the repair work done on our furnace. We have had quite a bit of problems with this install however they have been great to come out and address as needed. Our build was at the end of Covid, supply chain was a mess and keeping good employees was a challenge. So we give a bit of a pass re our issues. As long as they continue to address problems quickly and leave with all well done then I’m happy to give the 5 star. Hopefully this is the last glitch.

Im the middle of a Montana cold snapI went into work and the thermostat said it was 52°. That is not normal for our office. I called several Heating places and they were telling me they were 5 days out. I called Right Now Heating & Plumbing and they got to my office in 2 hours. They diagnosed the problem, flew the part in by overnight special delivery, plus they loaned me 2 heaters to keep the pipes from freezing. The tech was great, polite, clean, fast and knew his job. He did what he said he could do. A great guy! RIGHT NOW HEATING & PLUMBING is the number I will call first from now on. They saved the day! Thank you!

Joe gave us the estimate for the work we wanted. Tony and Jeremy did a wonderful job of installing a new electric hot water heater, bathtub faucet and a Flo Smart Water Shutoff. Tony handled the electrical wiring and appropriate breaker. Jeremy installed the Flo Smart and helped us with the Flo Smart App to gain the full benefits of it.

The kitchen sink in one of our rentals became clogged and we contacted Right Now Plumbing and Heating located in Missoula. They had an opening the following day, evaluated what needed done and worked on getting us a bid. We have used this same company to replace a furnace and a hot water tank in two different rentals. They have given us reasonable bids and do honest work. We trust this company in Missoula and recommend it to others.Two days later: Our kitchen drain line was plumbed wrong many years ago and we needed new plumbing from the kitchen sink to the main sewer line in the house. Although we were told they were booked for at least one week, two days later, they replaced the pipes. Our tenants are happy and Right Now Plumbing and Heating is our #1 plumbing company. We have used 2+ other companies and they either over charge or haven’t done satisfactory work.

The technician was on time, communicated before and after and explained the situation as it unfolded. Unfortunately the repair was very difficult to identify and correct. Jeff and his helper (didnt catch his name) had me with water in no time. Nice young men and very professional. They did a great job and I would recommend Right Now Plumbing to everyone. Our one-piece toilet went kaput on Labor Day weekend & since we only have one bathroom, we needed help ASAP! We heard back from Jason within an hour of calling & he was at our home in less than an hour after speaking with him. Fixing the toilet required removing it from the wall, very complicated repair so Jason suggested replacing the toilet so we agreed. We were able to get a new toilet including installation (not a one-piece this time) within 4 hours of Jason arriving & for less than the cost of fixing the old one. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable & communicated everything he was doing. He did a beautiful job and we will definitely use Right Now again in the future for any plumbing & HVAC needs!

My husband and I retired back home to Montana and bought a home and being retired military, don’t have any real experience with home ownership. Needless to say, we purchased a home in the Bitterroot Valley that “appeared” to have been lovingly and capably cared for over the course of their 20 years in their home. The home inspector found nothing concerning and the house was ours. Not long after, I opened the cabinet under the kitchen sink and found an ocean of water sitting there and we had noticed that there was apparent water damage under that sink plus a couple others, that the owners assured us had been fixed. Long story short, it was the first of many, many, many water emergencies. My parents(who have lived in the Bitterroot for over 30 years) gave us their plumber’s contact information and we gave them a call. They couldn’t make it out there for 2 weeks or more. My parents backup plumber said the same. We left messages or spoke with nearly every plumber in the Bitterroot but no one came to help. That is when we looked to Missoula. Right Now Plumbing took our call immediately and had some one at our home within a couple hours. In fact, they answered every call, no matter the day, the time, the problem. And when they told us the whole plumbing system needed replacing, we did our due diligence and got bids and second opinions and everyone agreed the plumbing was gone and had to be replaced, but no one could touch Right Now’s price, quality of materials or schedule. Needless to say, we never call anyone else. EVER. And they continue to be the kindest, most ethical, most efficient group we have ever worked with and their work is absolutely the best. I know this is a long review but for those of you who know what it’s like to be taken advantage of because you are new in town or not a native, rest assured, Right Now Plumbing under the expert supervision of Joe as the owner, makes working with them an absolute pleasure. From their plumbers to their office employees, you will find the kindest, most professional group of people just waiting to make your life better. Joe and his crew were great! They installed a tankless water system and it wasnt easy to do in our old house. They hauled away our regular hot water heater, and ran into all kinds of problems installing the tankless unit. The codes seem to change every year, but Joe made every change required by the city code inspector, even to the point of hiring an electrician. As Joe said We tackle every problem until its done right. And, even with the extra code work, they stuck with their original estimate. Highly recommend!

Right Now installed a new water heater for us a while back and we were very satisfied with the work, the price, and the customer service experience. Recently the valve failed (manufacturer defect, not a result of workmanship), and we were without hot water during the coldest week of the year. We called them around 10pm on a Friday and spoke to a real human being who put us on the list (many more pressing issues with folks all around town with busted/frozen pipes). Within 24 hours they had come out to replace the likely suspect- thermocouple. When that was not the issue they had to order a new valve, with an eta of 2-3 days. Which is not the end of the world, but also not ideal. The next morning they reached out to say they had the valve and were out to our house first thing, and they had us up and running in no time.I cannot say enough about the customer service we experienced! It was below zero outside, there were much more pressing plumbing issues around town, it was a weekend (and I believe they just had a skeleton crew working?), and still they were responsive, friendly, professional, communicative throughout the process, and beat their own estimation by 3 days! Right now will be getting all of our business for any future plumbing needs. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I cannot speak highly enough about the positive experience we had with Right Now Plumbing and Heating.My wife and I bought our first home in September, which came with a 60 year old furnace and a home warranty to replace it. Of course, as soon as the weather got cold our 60y/o furnace just wasnt cutting it. Their diagnostic technicians were friendly and patient with us each time they visited. Chella, who worked with us from their office, took multiple calls from the warranty company, advised us, and kept us up-to-date on any progress. During this time, Right Now Plumbing and Heating even loaned us several space heaters, free of charge, so wed have a warm home.When we were finally approved to replace the furnace, Right Now Plumbing and Heating scheduled us immediately. The replacement technicians were friendly and considerate of our family, as we worked from home. Best of all, they did a great job of replacing a very old and very rusty furnace and installing the brand new one. Finally, a day after our furnace was replaced, Chella called to check in and ensure everything was working well.We are so impressed by the professionalism and the business model that puts people and community first. We were in a vulnerable place with a furnace that wasnt working and a warranty company that didnt want to replace it. Right Now Plumbing and Heating did everything in their power to correct that for us and help us stay warm. In the future we know who we will call when we need help.

Had a broken main water shut off, and requested a ball valve to replace the old broken gate valve. Work was quick, efficient, cost effective, and Alex was great. I highly recommend.

Right Now Plumbing did an outstanding job in my home today. From the time I called at 8:30 am, Jordan ran and got a new pump (just in case) and hustled out to Superior and had me up and running again by noon (thats including two hours of travel time). Everything was explained clearly so I know what to look for/avoid and Jordan couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. FANTASTIC company! Thanks Right Now! Plumbing HEROES!
