Tub Guys were referred to us by a family member who was really happy with their services. I called a couple times prior to the appointment for a quote and questions about prep and time needed for the project. Shane was quick to answer or respond and answered my questions clearly.Shane was on time, professional, friendly and fast. He arrived around 9:10 am and was done and cleaned up by 10:50 am. He gave us clear instructions for after care. Payment was easy. I couldnt be happier.

Had a crack in the tub, one company quoted a repair, Shane didnt recommend that kind of repair. He stopped over, took a look, and strongly recommended a replacement tub opposed to repair. Mind you, he doesnt sell new tubs or replacement, he had customers best interest in mind. He offered a repair service, but thought there was risk. I very much appreciate honest company, so I would highly recommend him.

He explained the work he could do but ultimately advised us to replace the tub based on the nature of the crack. This is not work he does, and it is always helpful to receive this sort of advice from someone who doesnt benefit from the decision. There was an unexpected issue with the tub (a hole in the outer wall of the steel somehow), but he had no issue repairing it. Very respectful and nice guy as well. I got a prompt and accurate quote from Shane over the phone, and Patrick came and refinished the tub in my house a few days later. He was professional and friendly, and did a beautiful job making my tub look new. He explained the process and options to me, finished the tub while I went out (it is smelly!) and let me know in advance when he was going to be done. The tub looks great and has a five year warranty.

We had our tub refinished 5 years ago as part of a remodel. It looked great and we were very satisfied. Twice since then weve had minor chips near the drain. Both times, Shane or Patrick came out and fixed it without a charge. I am very impressed with their work and how they stand behind it. Refinishing our old tub was a great way to save money on our project without sacrificing the look and quality of the finished product.

They did excellent work refinishing our tub. The worker explained why we have have experienced some chipping from other vendors doing this work in the past. I was pleased with the quality of his work - it really looks awesome and the 5 year guarantee is a great way to stand behind their product. Lastly, I was pleased with his clean up after the job, not any dust or clean up for me. I forgot our gentleman who did the work but enjoyed his thorough explanation during and after the process. I would give them 10 Stars if I could. I truly cant believe how awesome my tub looks thanks to the Tub Guys. For the amount of craftsmanship and time spent doing the work - this was VERY well priced.

Not only is he knowledgeable about his product, he is also very attuned to the needs of and committed to the satisfaction of his customers.Firstly, Shane rescheduled my appointment to allow me to make a family function this morning. Then, during the initial meet and greet, which includes an explanation of the refinishing process, he sensed my hesitancy in proceeding with the project at this time. I had not done my homework and he could sense I needed more time.What a refreshing professional interaction in todays environment where pure profit drives the actions of many people. Shanes experience/knowledge combined with excellent customer service is a winning combination! Dont hesitate to call the Tub Guys.

Shane has refinished many tubs for my projects and for clients of mine. He is very professional, responsive and very talented at what he does.Dont replace your tub if you can refinish it! Every time I tile a tub surround, the tub then looks like it is dirty because everything else is so fresh and clean. This is $$ well spent to finish a job and is only a fraction of the price to replace the tub.

I hired Patrick to refinish my bathtub surface because it was beat up and gross looking. The start time was for 9:00am CST and Patrick arrived right on time and ready to work. He was very clear on what he was going to do and explained everything to a tee. Very friendly guy and easy to communicate with. He started at 9:00am and was done by 1:00pm. I work remotely and had meetings while he was working, he noticed I was on call and stopped working so I could communicate with my colleagues. Very respectful move on his part. After final inspection for me, he noticed a little spot needed to be touched up and I didnt even notice it at first. Just goes to show that he cares about his work and reputation.

I had the best experience with the tub guy! I have a vintage cast iron tub that was a terrible mauve color that I wanted all white. The tub guy came and disconnected and removed my tub from my bathroom, and a week later returned the most beautiful white tub I had ever seen. There was a small imperfection on the side of the tub that would be exposed to the bathroom. I showed them the imperfection when they delivered and they explained to me it was actually the cast iron that was not completely smooth. But they were great and told me not to worry about it as they would sand it down and re-do that side. They came back a couple days later and worked a full 8 hours in our backyard on the tub until it was completely smooth and perfect. I would highly recommend this company because they are timely, honest, professional, great prices, and willing to do anything to make sure the customer is happy! I will be using them in the future for our cast iron sink in the laundry room!

I spent a lot of time looking for someone to resurface my tub, get it done in a short time due to a deadline required by my sons upcoming wedding, and assure a quality job was done! Apparently this time of year is busy for the tub resurfacing industry and, as a result, I was messed around with by several clever schedulers who promised to get the job done on a specific date only to call back multiple times (after missing their appointments without prior notification) with a series of reschedules. Than I found the Tub Guys!!!! Not only was Shane able to slip me in to a date that matched my expedited needs, but he did it without one single reschedule and kept me informed on what was happening. Than along came Patrick, the Irish Miracle Worker, who did a fantastic job of making our tub (with its decade old resurface) look new again. Patrick was professional, knew his stuff, was efficient, and, as a bonus, was congenial. I should have contacted these guys from day one. Theres a lot of BS on the internet, but this is not an example and is absolutely true. I cant recommend these guys highly enough; if there was a 10 star rating, I would give it to them!!!

Had Patrick from the tub guys out to spray my tub for a bathroom remodel at my home. The first time somehow had a bit a debris in the finish but Patrick had no problem coming back out to check it out. He ended up sanding it down and re-spraying it. The second time it came out great and when the bathroom is done its going to look stunning. The best part about the company is that even though there was a snag the customer service was great. We have an old claw foot tub that had chipped paint and a lot of dings in the finish. In a half day, The Tub Guys were able to repair it and get the finish to a gorgeous state as you can see from the pictures. Really amazing work in the amount of time and a reasonable amount of money.
