My only regret working with Dan Hanson Remodeling is that my project wasnt longer so we could have spent more time interacting! From beginning to end, Dan was thoughtful, friendly, and client-focused. My husband and I struggled to zero in on what exactly we wanted with the budget we had, and Dan patiently saw us through three or four entirely different project ideas before helping us achieve our dream space. Our carpenter, Matt, feels like a member of our family now. I cant say enough positive things about Dan and his people!

We worked with Hanson Remodeling to finish the basement in our 1908 home. Our experience with the company was excellent, Dan Hanson and the team working on our project were wonderful.Throughout our project, Hanson Remodeling was dedicated to being on time with the original calendar and when there were changes or delays, they were clearly communicated. Matt Johnson was the lead on our team and he was consistently excellent with his communication and quality of his work. We were always notified when there were any changes to the usual workday schedule and when we could expect Hansons partner builders/contractors to be at our home. Dan Hanson was also available and very responsive whenever we contacted him directly. We cant say enough about everyone at Hanson being very professional, courteous, available, and clear in their communications with us at all points of our project.Hanson was very good at creating the space we wanted by carefully listening to our wants, needs, and expectations on how wed be using our completed basement.Hansons quality is outstanding. There was never a moment when we thought anyone working at Hanson was doing work that was good enough. Hanson really made us feel like we were at the center of what they do, and my family has no regrets regarding the project we took on.We highly recommend Hanson Remodeling for your home projects!

We worked with Hanson Remodeling to finish the basement level of our 1909 home. With Dan’s frequent communication and transparency, Ranishas inspired and thoughtful design, and the teams consummate professionalism, Hanson Remodeling transformed our dingy, unfinished basement into the social center of our home. With their extensive experience working with houses like ours throughout Minneapolis, they had a clear sense of costs and time expectations from the outset and there werent any surprises later on in the project. Despite serious supply chain issues and everything else that happened in 2022, the project was completed in a very reasonable time frame and we are ecstatic with the final result. Everyone on the team that passed through the house every day was respectful and approachable, a standard modeled by our lead contractor, Matt. We definitely look forward to working with Hanson in the future on other parts of our home.

The crew at Hanson remodeling did an amazing job on our project from start to finish. I would highly recommend their services for any project on your home.They are especially excellent at communication and project planning. Additionally, they did an outstanding job of cleaning up at the end of every day to leave our space as livable as possible.Everyone we interacted with from Hanson was friendly and responsible. I would hire them again in an instant. Cannot possibly recommend them enough.

Working with Hanson remodeling was terrific from start to finish. The design component/service was customized to your needs. The team began by getting to know your style, preferences, intended functionality, budget and most importantly you! Upon establishing scope/intent of project, conversations were held regarding product/color/finish selections. The team provided 4 or 5 samples of each combination and assisted with coordination ideas/themes as necessary. It was great to see/touch the material in your home and yet not being overwhelmed with options. The final component was the most impressive part. Based on your selections 2 or 3 computer designed images of what your final product would look like were provided. Each option had a slightly different layout or component displayed to provide those visual learners a chance to see their project come to life. My finished product looks nearly identical to the computer image created before project even began. Hanson Building and Remodeling completed my project on time and within budget agreed upon. They took accountability for any mistakes and were flexible on any misunderstandings. The crew was professional and I intend to use them again for future projects.

Everyone was great to work with. Starting with our first meeting with Dan Hanson to bring to life our idea of adding a garage stall and building up to add a porch, sauna and laundry room, we felt like Hanson Remodeling would do a great job with our project. Our designer Karla was easy to work with - she listened and had great suggestions for things we werent sure about. The lead carpenter Josh and everyone else at our home was respectful. Shout out to Harry - he did outstanding work on the finish carpentry. I highly recommend Hanson Remodeling - they wont disappoint!

I worked with Hanson Remodeling this past winter for a half bathroom addition and was extremely happy with not only how the project turned out but also how easy they were to work with. I worked with Dan, Rebecca, and Grant and all three were so great to work with. From the beginning of the project to the end I felt comfortable with each step and completely confident in the work that was being done.Dan was very responsive from the start and took plenty of time to answer my questions and made sure I understood the full process of the project.Rebecca turned my little space into a dream and was so helpful in helping me pick out the design from not only a functionality perspective but also was able to give it the style I was looking for. She made it easy to see the vision when I dont have a design bone in my body.Grant was the lead on my project and was so great to work with! He stayed right on timeline and also spent plenty of time explaining steps to me which was appreciated.I would HIGHLY recommend Hanson Remodeling to anyone looking for a trustworthy local company. My only regret is that I didnt do this sooner!
