From the very start, Natan and his team provided a comprehensive review of our storm damage and laid out a plan to complete the job. Even suggesting a GAF solar shingles system (newer to MN) that we are choosing to try. Work was completed in a professional manner with great crews for siding, roofing, garage doors, gutters, and covers. We are anxious to see how the additional cost of the solar shingles versus the estimated savings will eventually be realized - energy and taxes. Also, thank you to Bonnie Koste and her team at American Family Insurance for coordinating all the necessary claims.

We used Estate Claim services for our roofing. We had some leaks after a big storm, and had Natan come out and take a look… and were extremely happy we did! He took a look, pointed out where the failures were happening, mentioned that we probably needed to replace the entire roof on account of the damage and age. He walked us through everything: helped with claims, navigated meetings with adjusters, and oversaw the roofing team. It could not have been a better experience and were extremely happy with the results. We didn’t have a roofing “guy” before - but we do now with Natan Gutt.

Our roof received some hail damage but because it was a very old roof I was doubtful that it would be covered under our homeowners policy. But Jim Forey advocated for us and we ended up getting a settlement that far exceeded my expectations. The work was contracted and completed rapidly and the crew was fantastic. They worked very hard with minimal intrusion and when they were finished our yard was neater and cleaner than it was before they started. We are extremely satisfied with the service and the roof (a tricky 1890s Queen Anne) looks great. Highly recommend!

Estate claim services and Jim Forrey did an excellent job. Jim was very thorough from start to finish and always responded to any questions I had. I had a full upgrade roof replacement. The crew that did the install was very careful not to damage plant surrounding the house. Jim also came back after the job was finished and got up on the roof to make sure everything was done and walked the yard to look for any remaining nails and debris. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Mark, the sales person for Estate Claim Services, stopped by our home to ask if he could inspect for hail damage. He found we had damage on the roof and siding, and about 15 min. later, a claim was filed. He did most of the work in preparing the claim and within a couple days our insurance set up an outside company that visited and verified the damages. We had a great roofing crew and about a week later, another great crew for siding. The work they did is neat and precise with attention to detail. Both Mark and the production manager, Jake, were attentive to questions we had throughout the process.

I never had to talk to the insurance company or arrange any construction.The roof (house and garage) was installed in 10 hours and the siding was done in about 8 hours.There was minimal disruption to my routine and cleanup was complete.These guys are legit. He put up a tarp right over where the water was leaking into my house. Natan knocked on our door from a referral. We had roof and siding damage on our home. We signed with him that day. Our insurance was difficult, that was all worked out. 4 different teams came out. Roofers, siders, electricians, gutters. Every team was professional. Answered any questions we had. The end result was more than we could have hoped for. From beginning to end Ill give them all including Natahn a 10 plus.
