We began working with Bannochie Builders in September to discuss constructing a deck in our backyard. Gary was quick to respond to inquiries, completed several site visits to verify what we wanted out of a final product and get our buy-in, made suggestions for some of the details we hadn’t considered, and made the process easy.Construction on our 20x14 deck took approximately 2 weeks, and Gary kept us updated on the day’s progress and plans for the week. Overall a great team to work with, and we were happy with the competitive pricing.We are thrilled about the final product!

Gary and his crew came and did a deck repair - new boards, stairs and rails. He was the best value by far and his work is impeccable. I would highly recommend him and his team to everyone. He is very hands on and does/oversees the work himself so as to stand behind the quality. I would call him back for more work in a heartbeat.

I cant say enough good things about working with Gary. I found out that my family and I were going to need to move for work and he came in on a new garage build that had already started. He had great ideas of how to streamline the project to save money and even spent a lot of his time to meet with the city to review the changes to make sure there wouldnt be any issues. Gary is just a downright good guy and a top notch builder who has the customers interest in mind. Id give him way more than five stars if i could.

Gary and his team did an incredible job expanding and replacing our preexisting deck. They were great to work with and provided an excellent product. Gary was on site every day and ensured that everything was done perfectly. Everyone that visits our house and sees the deck asks for Garys number! I will definitely be using Bannochie Builders again in the future. Highly highly recommend!!
