Alan is always punctual and easy to talk to, explaining in laymans terms what is required and completing the work in a timely and tidy manner, with no hidden cost surprises. Alan Ruane Plumbing is outstanding! Quality of work is exceptional and everything is neat and orderly. Alan is prompt to respond, shows up on time and it’s great to work with someone who is so knowledgeable! We’ve used him a few times for problems and also for updates. Would give more stars if possible!

Alan was referred by a friend and then coincidentally, another friend in my condo complex who also is on the board! I was overwhelmed with estimates all over the place for replacing the same exact hot water heater. Some places even charged 70-170$ just to come out and give an inflated estimate. Alan was responsive, honest and amazingly efficient and gave a fair price. I have already recommended him to a neighbor! Lesson learned to stay away from Home Depot and chain HVAC places and go local with Alan & son!
