Marc Mejnartowicz will now be my favorite go to guy for all of my plumbing needs. He was prompt and on time, courteous and listened to my needs and concerns before making suggestions that would best suit what I needed. The quality of his work is above and beyond as he replaced all the piping and fittings under my sink and replaced two kitchen sink drain assembly units. He also cleaned up after his project and left everything clean. . Everything is brand new and his experience with plumbing is not to be questioned. Thank you Marc and you can guarantee that you will be highly recommended to friends and family.

Raps Plumbing & Heating did an excellent job. I spoke with dispatcher Chris who helped me set up my appointment and let me know which technician would be coming over for the diagnostic visit. Technician Marc came over to assess the problem and told me what needed to be done. He also explained everything to me and how he would do. After hearing that I decided to go with Raps Plumbing & Heating for the fix and have Marc to do the job. The next visit technician Marc and Matt came over and performed the job. They were able to do the job quicker than I expected and they didn’t leave any mess behind. I have had a couple service technicians in the past for repairs and fixes and I have to say that I was completely satisfied with the service and work that Marc and Matt did. They are professionals, respectful and they get the job done right.

I needed to have my 16 year old hot water heater replaced and called Raps Plumbing for assistance. Marc was fantastic and was able to break down my options for replacement. The install went fantastic and Marc and his apprentice were great. They communicated the progress of the installation frequently and gave me some tips on how to increase the pressure of my water flow. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks Marc!

This was my first time using this company and I was extremely happy. Dan, the plumber who came, was very honest with me and very helpful with my pumbing AND heating issues. He had the exact tools that were needed to fix my broken sink hose as well as a new thermostat. He arrived at exactly 10 like he said, and was very cleanly. I will definetly be calling again in the future!

Raps Plumbing & Heating provided excellent customer service and repair. Making the appointment was simple and the plumber arrived within the scheduled time. I loved that I received an image of the plumber arriving to my home because I knew who to look for. Marc came to assess the three issues Iwas having and not only did he understand my complicated plumbing, but he was honest, not only about pricing, but the various routes we could take and how I could cut costs. This is how you retain customers! He provided me with an estimate for the entire job which I was satisfied with and then he promptly got 2/3rds of the repairs done, as I didnt have what was needed to finish the last part of the job that day (it was agreed upon that I would provide the item as it would save me money). Marc was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding of my needs and the definition of a professional. Thank you Raps and Plumbing, and Marc, for a job well done! I wish I could give a 10 for all the help and assistance Raps provided for my hot water problem, The response time was amazing Matt W arrived within 20 minutes of my call to the office. After a few minutes of diagnosing the problem and discussing the different options Matt found the issue and reset the hot water tank relay unit. AMAZING!!!!! in less that 1 hour from phone call to the office my hot water tank was up and running!!!! Matt was so professional and helpful he took the time to explain about the unit, what to watch for ,how to prevent a future problem; suggested a sensor and if something happens how to shut off the water. Raps is my Number 1 contact for any future heating cooling or water heater issues!

Mark responded quickly and arrived on time. We also appreciated the fact that RAPS sent a notification ahead of his arrival, with his picture. I am sure this would be a reassuring message for anyone living alone.We had a major backup from the sewer line. Mark did a thorough inspection and determined the likely cause to be a problem at the connection to the city sewer. RAPS called the city for us and the problem was later resolved by the city. Mark s professionalism meant that we did not pay for any unnecessary services and he followed up later in the day to ensure that our system was operational once again.I would recommend RAPS and Mark for timeliness, professionalism and fairness in approaching our problem.

We just had Mark Alterio from Raps over to help address a clog in our sink/washing machine drain line. The line was original to the house and had been told previously from another company it would need to be replaced. Mark reaffirmed this was the case and provided us with an estimate that seemed on par with the level of work that needed to be done. He was patient in explaining what needed to be done and what he would do to address the problem.Within a few days he and an assistant were back at the house and wow, what a nice job they did. Mark was thourough, ensuring the job was done right and exceeding my expectations. They were also the neatest plumbers I have ever met, not leaving a trace of any of their work behind. To top of off- they were also some of the nicest people I have met, even taking the time to talk to our children when they asked a few questions.I was fully satisfied with their work. All around top notch company very professional and clean. They gave me a couple options for what I could have done in my place all at excellent prices and just knocked it out of the ball park. After they finished they cleaned up the entire area nothing left behind and really made sure I was taken care of I would never go to another company for any of my Plumbing or HVAC needs.
