Our toilets and tub backed up and flooded due to a blockage in our septic line. I called at 9am and a tech was at our house by 130pm. He cleared out the septic line in the freezing cold and got us all up and running again. We were thankful and relieved to have it all taken care of in such a short period of time. I would recommend them!

I came home after a 16 hour work day out of town to a failed sump pump at 11 at night. After calling around 15 or so emergency plumbers, the only one I made contact with was Plumbers Service. The lady on the phone was awesome and within 30 minutes I had a plumber at my home.Tim P was our technician and was awesome. He explained thoroughly what he was doing and was in and out in under an hour. Cant say enough good things about him.I manage a roofing company and understand the difficulties with emergency services. These guys have their system down. To say I’m impressed and happy would be an understatement.This company is a 10/10. I’ve got their business card on the refrigerator from here on out. Thank you again for everything you did to save us from a near disaster!

These folks deserve 10 stars. I had root blockage, which another company (whom I will NEVER be using again) failed to fix about a month ago. Drains started clogging again within a month. I called Plumbers Service about 8AM, and their tech, Tim, was here by 1PM. The work was EXCEPTIONALLY thorough, including using a sewer camera to make sure all the roots were gone (this did cost extra, but the cost was reasonable). He kept going back in with the cable machine to make sure the roots were all cleaned up.I’ve never experienced such a night and day difference between that other company and Plumbers Service. The other guys spent maybe 15 minutes snaking the drain, I guess water slowly draining out was enough for them, which is why it clogged again in such a short time. Also, the price was much more reasonable, and well worth it with Plumbers Service. I also like that I’m supporting a local business, which is very important.I have some other drain issues (floor drains) and will be calling them back once things thaw out!

We had a backup in our basement after hours, I called Plumbers Services and they were able to send Mike out about an hour later.The receptionist was very helpful and courteous. Mike was great, he gave us a rundown on what was happening and kept us in the know the whole time he was over. He had a great attitude and did an awesome job for us even though it was past his bedtime.10/10 would recommend!

We had an emergency plumbing issue the other night, and Plumbers Service was the only one to answer our call. They were beyond professional, on time, and they were very reasonable on cost. We had Jeremy reply to our call, and he was the best. He was very professional and knowledgeable on our issue. He was very polite and courteous of our home and even helped us clean up some of the mess that had happened due to our plumbing issue.We will absolutely be using Plumbers Service in the future as well as referring them to friends and family in the future. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Plumbers Service, in spite of a series of delays due to supplier issues, stayed in touch on a regular basis. When we were finally able to move ahead, everything happened as scheduled. The crew arrived on time, prepared and ready to go to work. They were friendly, competent and finished on time. The price billed was competitive and matched the price quoted. There was a need to follow up, after the first application and they came back to make sure the work was done properly at no extra charge to me.I highly recommend Plumbers Service to anyone who needs sewer repair.

The woman who answered the phone was very professional and she assured me this company was the best. Gave me a next day appointment, but called an hour later and said two guys just became available and they are on the way, awesome. Tim worked in 85 degree heat in a rubber suit in my crawl space for hours trying to clear my drains. He refused to give up. Unlike 3 other plumbers this week. His partner ran the machine in the sun all that time. The price was worth every penny! Oh! and they gave me a senior discount. Definitely call this company if you need a plumber.

My sewer started backing up Monday morning and after making a dozen calls to other companies, being given vague estimates as to when or even if they would even be able to come, and getting ghosted by another company during my service window, I called Plumbers Service on a local plumber’s recommend. I’m so glad that I did! They booked my appointment quickly for the next day (with an option to do it the same day if I wished), stayed in contact before the service, and Jeremy walked me through the entire process as to what the problem was (severe tree roots in the pipes) and how to keep proper maintenance so this issue can be avoided in the future. All the staff I interacted with were incredibly professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable considering just how bad the problem was. I highly recommend Plumbers Service Inc!

As a Regional Manager for Licensed adult foster care homes when you find something amazing with great staff you stick to it! This has become my go to for any plumbing needs, not only has the staff been amazing and perform excellent work. Tim one of the emplloyees has come out to the home multiple times is very patient and courteous with the residents and staff. Also provides information to staff in regards to care and things that should be donw and things that should not be done to keep taking good care of our plumbing! Today I call them out for an emergency knowing that I can trust them 100%. This has now been passed along as the preferred plumbing services for the homes in our area.

I will give this company 5 stars for a handling my complaint promptly, professionally, and to my satisfaction. The service itself is only one part to a great customer service.The initial work this company done for me had to be reevaluated based on further research. The further research was initiated by me. I needed to speak to a management/owner about this research. The owner Jeff of the Plumbers Service company returned my call promptly. He was very calm and open to listen what I needed to say. He handled the conversation very well and we were able to come to a very satisfactory solution of my situation. The owner appreciated to know how I felt and what I saw as a valuable feedback. I on the other hand appreciated the open minded approach, willingness to listen, and an honest effort to solve my problem. That is why I give 5 stars to this company.

Two guys worked on my house (Tim and I think the other was Chris) clearing a main drain pipe blockage. They were knowledgeable and did a thorough and clean job. I appreciated that they shared a few tips on how to keep the drain clear in the future. They cleared the drain pipe and vent stacks and explained really thoroughly what they found. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

I have called for cleanings multiple times due to my house being old and roots growing in the sewer line. Each time I have called, the receptionists have been very kind and helpful and have been able to schedule prompt service. The technicians are courteous and knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure they leave their work area as clean as they found it. I finally got the money together for a sewer pipe restoration that consisted of lining the pipe. Work was scheduled and completed promptly and again, the technicians were very knowledgeable willing to answer any questions my wife or I had. You guys are fantastic, thank you!

Not only did George spend an hour auguring my main drain, he was able to give me a diagnosis as to why I was having issues (lack of pitch which caused buildup).Will use in the future if I ever have a plumbing issue, and would highly recommend to anyone. I felt that pricing was fair for the 2 hours he spent on my drains...

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with this company. My toilet would not flush and and was backing up into my bath tub and floor drain. Because it was late in the evening I did not expect the company to send anyone out right away. I was so relieved at their prompt response and timely arrival. The gentlemen said my drain need to be cleaned out and quoted me a reasonable price. They worked well into the night, about three hours, and were so respectful of my home (they even cleaned my tub!). EZ Plumbing has a new customer for life.

I have used several plumbers over the years to resolve tree roots in my main. Of all used, Plumbers Service was the best service Ive received. When I originally used another plumbing company to clean my main, they could not complete the job. This plumbing company referred me to Plumbers Service stating they are the company they go to when they cant get the job done. George came out and did a very thorough job and at a fraction of the cost that Ive paid in the past. Their customer service (Sheri) was very detailed about their pricing and services - no price surprises!

I contracted Plumber services to video the connections between the roof conductors, sump-pum and the storm drain system. They arrived on time and not only did what they were contacted for but went above and beyond to explain the whole title draingae system at a commercial building approximately 90,000 ST. The team was very pleasent and most importantly extremely patient with me since I bombard them with several questions. Money well spent. I recommend using their service.

Im continually impressed with Plumbers Service. They have come to our house for 3 different projects and each time they were on time, their plumbers seemed to actually care about doing a good job, they prioritized making as little mess as possible, and they explained things thoroughly and made suggestions on what we can do to avoid having further plumbing service. I also have to give them credit for actually answering their phones on the weekends and after-hours which a lot of the plumbing companies Ive called in the area dont do. Further, Ive price checked them against competitors on each of the occasions Ive needed plumbing work and their pricing cant be beat.

Chris, our service person was very knowledgeable, thorough and took his time ensuring we got our plumbing concerns resolved. Overall the process was quick and Chris was very efficient. Pricing was fair, especially when the first visit was on a weekend. They accommodated us for an emergency visit 2x. They have a 90 day guarantee, so if for some reason persists they will come out again quickly and make you a priority. We werent charged for the 2nd visit, since the issue was caused by the original (same) concern. The staff who route calls are friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. We will use them for annual maintenance moving forward. This company and A & R Plumbing are two companies we would recommend again and again. Honest, fair, and knowledgeable.

Called them because we were pretty sure there was a collapsed pipe after AJ Danboise came out and inspected. Tim Patrick showed up and could’ve just started snaking and running cameras and charging me $500 but he took the time to walk up and down the street to find main sewer and then dug a little hole in the back yard to expose the top of a very full septic tank!!! Love that he took his time to check all options. $125 later and no collapsed pipe, just had to empty septic tank. Weird that we didn’t know we had one but that’s a long story. Thanks Tim, I would recommend him 100% of the time!!
