I was told I would receive a call 30 minutes before the arrival of the technician so I could get home from work and I did. Mike Peterson was on time, professional, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly. He took the time to meticulously check our system, make recommendations, get us up and running with heat again and review the next steps. Just had an HVAC check with Michael from Air Temp. Him and his apprentice were fantastic. They went above and beyond, even finding a gas leak that had nothing to do with their service check. Thank goodness for them today! Michael addressed any issues and was super efficient and just a really great guy. I felt very comfortable with them in my home, and the booties are a nice touch as well. Advice to Air Temp....do what you can to keep Michael because techs I have had in the past were not nearly as good or worth keeping!

Zachary and his team installed a beautiful new air conditioner for me and a new digital thermostat. They were very professional, friendly and polite. My old air conditioner unit was sitting in dirt and mulch but my new air conditioner was put up off the ground and I can tell you, my home is colder than its ever been. I love it. I want to thank Air Temp Solutions for their quick response. They even lent me a floor air conditioner to use until my new air conditioner was installed in just 2 days from my initial call. I will definitely use Air Temp Solutions in the future and I recommend them totally. Hard to find a technician with more honor and compassion than Jesse nowadays. He responded on a Friday evening to my parents house for the A/C not working. After running diagnostics on the unit, pressure, refrigerant, air flow… he determined the unit was working properly and that my parents just didn’t have thermostat set low enough. He took the time to contact me and explained the situation. Not only was he friendly and professional, he lowered the service charge to a special price the company was offering. Thank you!

We have been using Air Temp Solution for our HVAC and plumbing issues for about 5 years. When we were told we needed to replace our 17 year old heating system because it was no longer safe we were shown photos from inside the system where cracks would allow carbon monoxide to enter our home. We had already been given the information that our air conditioning system was obsolete. We were given options as to just replacing the defective part, just replacing the heating system or replacing the entire heating system. Because of the age of our system we chose to go with a new system. We were asked numerous questions to determine exactly what our needs were and then offered 3 different levels of systems to choose from.
