    Phenomenal service. Our home is only 5 years old and we are new to New England and septics. Our septic was backed up, an emergency, and they arrived within 30 minutes. Was able to take care of the problem in minutes and didn’t even charge me for emergency services. They are now are go to for any issues!!

    Highly recommend!!!!. Called because I was having issues with my water heater they were able to get out here almost right away and gave me a free estimate. Call back a little later in the day and they were back out here within 45 minutes to complete the job. Really clean, fairly priced and quick work. Also very nice guys who installed the new tank and made sure I was up and running before heading out. Try them out!

    Josh did a great job replacing my 4 HVAC dampers. When testing the installation he discovered that the wiring was incorrect and promptly diagnosed the problem and rewired it correctly. I ask a thousand questions and he patiently answers them.Jack diagnosed my A/C leak and promptly ordered a new coil. He and his colleague also assessed a leak in my hot water tank and are replacing it in 1 day. I appreciate the rapid response and moreover the solutions and quality work. Did I mention it is 90 degrees and I’m without A/C? Nice to have the support of Wetherbee.Eric and Joel did a great job replacing my hot water heater. They worked as a team even though this was their first time working together to help remedy my situation quickly. Very clean and professional results.

Most recently, we had a water pressure problem that required a new hose from the well to the house.     THE POINT: CALL WETHERBEE FOR YOUR PLUMBING AND HVAC NEEDS!THE BACKSTORY: Wetherbee is fantastic! First time we called them was around 8pm on a Friday night when we had a toilet leaking water. Joel called us back within about 20 minutes and, despite probably trying to get home to his family on a Friday night, came out to our house instead. Turns out our toilet is from the 40s and has no regular water shutoff so what should have been a quick job turned into him courageously venturing into our ancient cellar, turning off all the water, cutting and replacing a rusty bolt, and generally saving the day. He even fixed our loose doorknob on the way out! A true hero, honestly.This week, Wetherbee installed mini split A/C units in our 220 year old house and we could not be happier with the work! Despite the challenges posed by a home of this age with three floors and plaster walls, the finished product is incredible. The mini splits themselves are truly life changing! Our house went from 86 degrees inside to 78 degrees in a matter of hours and the humidity decreased to under 50% in even less time. Window units cannot compare to mini splits and even central air poses problems that mini splits can solve since we have the ability to control temperature room to room. Josh & the very kind blonde man whose name I never did learn were patient, considerate, professional, and highly efficient, always going out of their way to answer every question and take our opinions into consideration for every aesthetic choice they had to make. The outside of our home, which was quite the patchwork of wiring, looks amazing. The tubing used for the wiring actually makes our siding look better, it looks like a nice trim! I would recommend Wetherbee to anyone, any time.

    Joel and Asa(?) were great- Joel was able to fix water pressure issue on kitchen faucet and then helped dx issues with shower water pressure.     We had water running all over our kitchen floor. We had a dishwasher installed this week, so, we thought the leak was with that dishwasher.Your men quickly diagnosed the leak was with the refrigerator water line leaking. They shut off the water to the refrigerator, we’re going to order the part, and be back the next day to install it.They were very helpful….as always. They’ve been here before.Any plumbing issues in the future…..Wetherbees will get my first call!A couple weeks later, we heard a heat vent pipe fall in our basement. Turns out mice caused it.     I do not give 5 stars out often but I have used this company 3 times in the last 6 months for different things. I needed help with my furnace, they got me a new one installed quicker than I expected. I had a minor issue with it 2 months later. The owner was at my house fixing the issue with hours of my call. I recently had a septic pump die. Many people told me what I needed to do but no one I spoke to provided septic tank installs. Wetherbee not only matched the price, but was able to get the pump installed within 48 hours of me calling them.If you like good people providing good work on time and at the price agreed upon, this company is for you.

    We moved into a new house that gave us the opportunity to reach out to Weatherbee for what I will call our Frankenstein. Cliff note version; We had the seller replaced a valve. He already had an estimate for, was never ordered or authorized. We okayed it, theres more than that wrong with it just to get heat going to the zones in our house. The techs that arrived today did a phenomenal job of making it work so we can have heat while they draw up some recommendations for replacement.I could not have asked for better technicians.     Our 8-year-old Rinnai combi boiler has never seemed to run for a stretch without some sort of problem cropping up. The latest was a water leak which went on for a couple of weeks before I decided to call in a plumber...yet again. The outfits I had been calling in to service the Rinnai just didnt seem to have the expertise or desire to deal with this particular unit. I had heard some good things about Wetherbee Plumbing & Heating so thought Id give them a try. Josh came in and pinpointed the leak problem and recommended some new parts to fix it. He came back a couple of weeks later and intalled the parts, and the boiler is running like a champ and putting out some serious heat. This is the first time Ive felt confident that the Rinnai will give us heat and hot water without yet another breakdown. Wetherbee is a good company to work with. Very happy.

    Great Company! responded fast when water heater went while I was out of state. The office lady Hika was very friendly and personable. Heater was researched and under warranty. Installed new one and took old one away in just about 1 hour. However, the repair men that came out had NO personality or customer service skills.     I’ve had Wetherbee come to my house a few times so far and have been very happy and impressed with their service. The first time was an emergency when my boiler broke on a holiday and my prior service company wasn’t answering their emergency line. It was very cold so I was happy they came out!Whatever the problem, when they leave I feel that I’ve gotten an honest assessment of the problem and solutions and they’re patient and nice about explaining the systems to me.
