    Jacob and Walt did a great job of finding the score of a random leak and mold in our ceiling. It was a broken pipe. In just a few hours the fixed the pipe and had the toilet reinstalled. Very important for a house with only one working bathroom. They even took out the trash at the end. Thanks for a professional experience!

    We had a leak coming from our shower on the second floor coming into our living room. John Gherman was our technician. He was able to make it to our home earlier than expected. Called in advance to make sure that we were available. Our repair required cutting into drywall. John was very careful only to cut out as much as he had to to find our issue. Once he did, the repair was quick and easy. John was very professional and likable. Was also impressed with the cost of the repair. Very reasonable. I would highly recommend John and 1 Tom Plumber.

    Our toilet tank was leaking and I called One-Tom Plumber. We had used them before and they were wonderful. This time Larry came out to help us with the leak. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that was wrong and he fixed it!!!! No more leaks!!! I still can’t believe I found this awesome company. Their prices are very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!! Thank you Larry for doing an excellent job!!!

    I would highly recommend this company. Sonny explained everything he was doing, took photos, and emailed them to me. He was very patient, up-front with the pricing, and worked hard to fix my sewer issue. I feel Sonny does honest, hard work and I wont hesitate to call them in the future if I have more issues.

    We called because we had a leak under our shower in the crawl space, they answered he phone quickly, made us an appointment for two days later, only because the next day was a holiday, and gave us a two hour time slot to expect their arrival.I received a text at the beginning of that two hour time slot that the technician was on their way and sure enough, two minutes later they were in my driveway! Needless to say, I was already impressed.Andrew was very friendly, explained everything in a way that made sense, and was very mindful of not making a mess in our house. What was supposed to be a simple leak fix turned into him going above and beyond and not only identifying a much larger issue (practically none of the other drains under the house were ever glued together and a few were slowly leaking), but he made sure we were aware of the issue and was more than happy to fix the problem while he was already here!He was here for about three hours, (Andrew, if youre reading this, sorry about that!) and was just as friendly and professional as when he arrived. I will absolutely be requesting Andrew in the future and I will not hesitate to call 1-Tom-Plumbing in the future!!! Thank you Andrew and the company for the quick and excellent service!

    We were so pleased with the service! I had called and asked them prior to our appointment for the plumber to call me and go over everything and I’m happy to report that Sonny did just that and he did a fabulous job and we felt it was a very reasonable price. He even sent photos and a video of the work. Definitely will call on them again!

    We had a busted pipe in our home and unfortunately there was a blizzard coming to the Northern Kentucky area! Thankfully we called 1-Tom and they picked up immediately, despite it being after hours. Representative, Adam, came into the rescue providing excelling customer service, identifying the situation, and providing a solution with a simple fix! I highly recommend using 1-Tom for any faucet leaks or any problems and strongly recommend Adam for his professionalism and service to the surrounding community

    Cameron is really good he found everything the was messed up with my bathroom sink. 100% recommend. He came to my house with he was wearing something in his shoes. I really like that I just clean the house and the shoes covering keep his dirt in there. Everything was so professional.

    10/10 best service I’ve ever had. Especially last minute on a holiday weekend. Came sooner than estimated time. Super friendly. Super easy to talk to. Explained everything.     I had a water heater issue that I could not tackle myself because I am not comfortable working with gas. JONATHAN from 1 Tom Plumber came out and helped me fix the issue. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He has a lot of experience with gas water heaters and all other plumbing issues. We ran into a problem with the replacement equipment that was installed and he had to take it all off and re-purchase then reinstall, and they did not charge me anything extra! I was extremely thankful for that.If you have a plumbing issue at your home or place of employment I recommend you call 1 Tom Plumber, they will work hard to satisfy your need!!

    I had a late night emergency and Terrence was dispatch to assist me with my issue. He could not have been more professional, polite and helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly advise me what the immediate solution would be and it would be a flat rate, and he offered options for long-term Solutions because I have cast iron Plumbing in my home and and it will need to be replaced sooner than later, thats not just his opinion thats my opinion its an obvious situation. This is my first time using 1 Thom Plumbing but I will most definitely be using them for my future plumbing needs. He was in and out and less than 30 minutes and everything is back to normal and working as it should and I cant thank him enough.

I’m not knowledgeable about plumbing and having a person willing to let me speak on the problem without interrupting or dismissing my observations was pleasant.He performed his work while making a minimal mess and cleaned up afterwards. Although the problem was not able to be fixed, he explained to me why clearly and with empathy why he couldn’t fix it.     Thankful for these guys on short notice on a Sunday evening to be able to come out and snake a clogged main water line. They answered the call with a live person when the other 2 calls we made and had to leave voice mails that never called us back!They were here within the hour and Kyle was very kind and professional and explained everything as he went.     Brenden and Max were awesome and went above and beyond! I was very fearful of this repair as Ive heard horror stories about main water line repairs to the house. Reliable Leak Detection came out first (which was a great experience as well .. different review). After Reliable pinpointed the leak, Brenden and Max got to work. They were very patient and informative as I asked various questions about the repair. What could have been an all day repair with half the yard destroyed, turned into a very small dig and just a couple of hours to repair. Although I can think of a million different ways I wouldve rather spent that money, Im confident in the repair and glad I was able to work with them to get it fixed. Never take your water for granted and thank you Brenden and Max!

Trusted them enough to allow them through my home without accompanying them. Ryan B called me within a few minutes and we talked through it (conversation was a little rough to start with, but likely due to me). Problem is resolved and will 100% use them for future problems based on each level of the company being polite and knowledgeable to deal with (including what I believe is one of the ownership group). They said they will discuss with accounting to decipher why the billing came out so high.First plumber came out and missed the leak. We called them to come back out again as we noticed it was still leaking. $150 after hour fee, I’m ok with. However, they charged us $430 for replacing the wax seal, bolts and less than an hour’s worth of work. The pricing is outrageous. $580 for $20 parts and minimal labor!
