If I can give 6 stars, I would. I was by ANOTHER plumbing company that my main water line was leaking. Since the water line goes under my driveway, they referred me to Cody at USA Pipe Repair who can burrow under the driveway to add a new water line. Cody came out the same day I called, assessed the problem, and informed me that I actually do not have a water line issue. He did a more thorough assessment than the other company, and showed me that it was a broken sprinkler valve that was causing the water leak. Instead of paying $4500 to add a new main water line to my house, I will pay $250 to fix the sprinkler part. I am forever grateful for this honest and thorough assessment. I will ALWAYS go to Cody for all future plumbing issues. Cody, you are an honest and competent man! Thank you so much!!!

I was very pleased with the promptness and service provided. I found that our waterline was leaking somewhere between the meter and the house late on an afternoon. I received contact info for USA Pipe Repair from a local plumber. They were onsite the next morning, provided a quote in 15 minutes, and started repairs that afternoon. Utilizing their directional drill, they bored underground from the meter, under the driveway and up under the house to completely replace the line. So much better than trenching or digging. I was very pleased with the level of service, responsiveness, and quality of work done. I used USA Pipe repair of Midlothian and could have worked with a better company. Each time I called, Tiffany was pleasant and answered the phone quickly to coordinate visits when I was out of town to obtain a quote, confirm date of install, and the team that came out to replace the water pipe to my house did the job with very little disruption to my yard and landscaping. I highly recommend this company.

Septic pipeline Absolutely the best company Ive worked with. After dealing with sub-par companies through Homeserve 4 to be exact I decided to pay out of pocket. This company was amazing found the issue noone else could and fixed it quick like and in a hurry. Great quys great owner easy to deal with and explained to me every stage of the repair and showed me. If you dont use them youre wasting money.

USA Pipe Repair was great to work with. We were able to get in touch with them and book a day/time very quickly, and get a cost estimate. After the work was completed and there was water leaking, they were honest with me and said I needed to either get a new garbage disposal (they would do this also if needed and told me what it would cost) or remove it. And they fixed it on the spot. We appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism, and work. Thank you for taking some stress off our shoulders!

Recived a water bill that was way above my normal amount called the water company they found the leak on my side of the line. Called USA pipe repair they were out within one day and drilled in a new line with a small hole in my front yard gave me my invoice on the spot. Price was real reasonable! Gave me a tip to take my invoice to the water company and they may reduce my bill, with the reduction actually paid for most of the the waterline. 😊

I cannot say enough great things about Cody and his expertise that saved me beyond what I could have ever expected!!! He responded to my desperate voicemail on a Friday morning, squeezed me into his end of the week busy schedule, giving up his Friday night (working in the dark) and Saturday morning to fix my busted sewer line and delivering the best service, knowledge and hard work at the best price my ears could have ever been told. I recommend him and his team whole heartedly and will use him again as my go-to problem solver!

I was referred to Cody by my plumber Bradley Mechanical, because my main water lines are under my driveway. I called Cody and within 90 min he was at my house, looked over the job and gave an estimate for a water leak that has saturated/puddled in our side yard. He said he could come out Wed morning to run new pipe, I was not expecting service so quickly. However, later in the day the office manager called to advise they had a postponed job this morning and could be here Tuesday at 8am, at 7:59 they pulled into the cul-de-sac ready to work. within 2 hours they were done, my leak is no more and my water pressure in the house is back to normal. They only had to dig a 2x2 hole near the meter fish the lines through and then clean it up. You cannot even see where they worked... I am very impressed and will surely tell everyone of the fast, professional and reliable service.

I worked with USA Piper Repair a few weeks ago regarding a sewer line issue at my house. During the process, I worked with multiple people, including technicians and office staff. We definitely had some bumps in the road related to estimates, timing, and work needed, but I will say this - USA Pipe Repair went out of their way to make things right. Tiffany assessed the situation, identified where some issues occurred, and absolutely corrected the situation. At the end of the day, it says a lot about a company that they were willing to admit some things could have been done differently and to go out of their way and make things better. Tiffany turned a somewhat sour situation into a positive one and I think that speaks volumes about the company. Thank you, Tiffany.

Ive called in USA Pipe repair 3 times. They did a great job fixing a hose bib, coming out quickly for a water heater leak, and to replumb the house. Professional and courteous, always answer calls. Minimal sheetrock repair needed for the replumb, added a few nice extras such as relocating house shut off valves, toilet connections, frost proof hose bibs. No surprises with their bill and fair priced.

I needed to change the hose on my dryer and clean the ducts. When I moved the dryer, I noticed the floor was wet and discovered that the pipe leading from my hot water heater was dripping. I called the company on a Sunday, they set my appointment on a Tuesday per my request. When Ryan, my technician, got here he immediately saw the problem and offered to do a free walk around if there were any other problems I had. The hallway (guest) bathroom has been causing me issues off and on for over a year. Different plumbers would come in and say they fixed it only for the problem to persist. Ryan located several key problems and fixed them, AND he also reconnected the hose to my dryer for me and put it back in place. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
