I have used Triangle Plumbing twice now, and they have delivered service above and beyond both times! My home is more than 100 years old, and the folks at Triangle consistently bring experience, expertise, professionalism and patience to my often frustrating projects. And all of this at a price more reasonable than any other plumber (or contractor!) I have worked with in the Richmond area. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!

I had a very large ($25k) sewer issue that I entrusted Triangle with. OMG, am I so happy that I did. Nick (one of theowners) personally addressed and was involved in every aspect of the technical and logistics of the repairs. He interceded on my behalf with the City of Petersburg, taking his own personal time, and proved they were ‘wrong’ and pointed them to City Code that forced them to share in the solution. I, and three other homeowners, would have had to bear the cost of a $150k repair without him. Can’t say enough.Highly recommended and the work they did was perfect too. They provided both interim and finalized solutions. He also worked with me on the bill, and ‘ate’ several charges given the overall situation.I will say it again, highly recommend.

Have had two good experiences with Triangle. First was leak in inherited home that turned up just before putting on market. Called Triangle on recommendation of Realtor. Got a quick response and very good advice on all the considerations.Now, our 1961 home has developed an upstairs in-wall leak that resulted in water dripping through kitchen ceiling. Nick was here the next morning, which was amazing enough. Then we got some demolition and a repair on the same day. Also very good advice on restoration services and insurance considerations. Highly recommended.

I called Triangle Plumbing after spending over a week without water in certain areas of our home. From the moment I called, the customer service was great. I forgot who I spoke with on the phone but he was very nice & professional. They were able to have someone come out to take a look in less than 24 hours. He was only here for about 10 minutes & provided my husband with more information about maintenance & other things that can be done to prevent the same thing from happening again. We’ve only ever had great experiences with this business. Each time we’ve called, they’ve sent out someone same day. All the employees are very kind, and take the time to answer our questions and provide a lot of detail w/ photos surrounding the diagnostic and work done. 4/2/24. I had a broken leaking toilet and had another company come out for repair yesterday. I was quoted $1300 to repair the toilet as well as my main water value which they said was broken. I was devastated and did not authorize the service. Today I called Triangle at 1:30p and on the same day just a couple of hours later, Nick appeared. He reviewed everything I’d been told by the “other company” and literally said, I’ll be right back I need to get something from my truck. All I needed was a new little gasket and an adjustment inside the tank and voila! Nick fixed it in under 10 minutes! He then showed me the proper way to shut off the main water line. Thank God for hard working and honest people like Nick AND for Triangle plumbing! A very service oriented and ethical company! A customer and fan from this day forward! They were absolutely amazing! We had them come out to take the tree roots from the pipes in the crawl space in 2022 and later on had them price other things that needed to be competed in our home. When we were finally ready due to another back up they came out to assess our situation and had the work completed very quickly. We ended up replacing all of the pipes under our crawl space due to aging. As always they were considerate, patient, kind and timely. They are my first call for Jesus forbid any future problems lol.

I had a plumbing emergency come up when my water filter decided it wanted to just literally fall out from old age. I called Nick and within the SAME day had technicians (Patrick and Doug) call and let me know they were heading my way on my schedule!! Excellent service. Got a call from Boston Joe an hour before the scheduled service window saying he could be out at my house in 20 to 25 minutes. He showed up at the time like he said, and was friendly and expertly knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix the items I needed fixing. He walked me through exactly what was causing the leaks, and why those leaks happened and promptly repaired everything I needed repaired in around an hours time. Signed up for Triangles advantage plan due to how excellent the service I received today, and how he explained pricing for everything is. I ran into an issue last night when I tried to fix a faucet and I lost a piece in the wall cavity. I called multiple places last night to see if they had the piece and no one carried it. One place even wanted to dispatch someone out to my house and charge a dispatch fee without letting me know if they even had the piece.I finally called Triangle and I’m really happy I did. They took my info down, gave someone a call to confirm if they had the piece and called me back within 5 minutes. The two people I spoke with last night were great. They scheduled me first thing in the morning with a technician named Joe and he came out within his window (closer to the beginning of the window) and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a great person to work with.Highly recommend this company for any plumbing need you may end up needing in the future. I know they’ll be the first ones I call moving forward.Thank you!

With all of the plumbing issues that I’ve had, I’ve pretty much used every plumber in Richmond over the last 5 years. Without a doubt, Triangle has been the best company I’ve worked with. They were incredibly accommodating and rearranged their schedule to make sure our issue was resolved quickly. Their quote for the service was at least 10% lower than other companies in the area and the work was outstanding. They explained everything that was going on and answered all of my questions. They really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for service in the area!

CORRECTION, CORRECTION, CORRECTION! I misjudged this business and I am truly sorry. My first review was quite negative. They have a lot of integrity. Triangle Plumbing installed a Kohler walk-in tub for us. When we had a slight problem with it, they showed up the same day to correct it. I then discovered that I could not fill the tub up with hot water. I called Triangle and they came out and determined that our water heater was shot. They told me that they were installing a commercial water heater called State. I found negative reviews of the company and felt deceived. State water heaters have many good reviews, too. We were not overcharged at all for this service! After the first installation, there was till too little hot water. I was disappointed and hurt because I trusted them. They have now demonstrated that they are extremely trustworthy. They returned, installed a new water heater, and I have had an amazing shower and a more amazing bath in my Kohler walk-in. I take all the words from the previous review back and apologize to the owners and plumbers. They have our business for life.

I found this business by browsing Internet for plumbers in the area. Had good reviews and was very close to my home. They were responsive and came out the same day I called. Joe provided excellent service, very professional, knowledgeable and likeable. My toilet was running constantly due to worn flapper. We discussed the needed repairs bec of the age of the tank but since I plan to replace the entire toilet soon only the minimum needed repairs were done. There was no pressure to do more and we reviewed the types and prices of toilets. He looked at my 2nd bthrm faucet also which has been slow running for yrs and found the filter to be full of deposits. Problem solved instantly! I was very pleased about that. I will definitely use this plumber again and recommend them to others.

The primary issue I had was that alley toilets, tubs, and sinks were flowing sewage water in the morning at 9:00am. I called Triangle plumbing and scheduled a free service call and they showed up at 11:30am. Talk about responsive! Other places said they couldn’t come until the next day and they would have charged me to for even showing up. Overall, the likely cause was that my main line sewage was blocked since every tub and sink was running sewage. Then when they quoted me they also provide monthly installment plans for payment as an option!!! (This was awesome).Hopefully you’ve stuck around to read this because the best part was that the problem of mine seemingly disappeared on its own after turning the water back on. So all they did was use a camera to see the main line and there was no issue. Since they did not use the snake. I PAID NOTHING. They didn’t charge me anything. They taught me all about the plumbing and were so awesome about everything. Other companies would have charged for even showing up and likely double the price that Triangle provided me. I’m definitely going to be using Triangle for any plumbing needs.

Our shower pipe burst in the middle of the night on March 19th (a Saturday) . We frantically tried to turn off the water, and realized we were in over our heads(no pun intended). Water was spraying everywhere, bathroom flooding. My husband went out back to try and turn off the main water, which of course didnt work and under our house was filling rapidly with water. I googled and found Traingle plumbing. Thank God for Nick. I called panicked, explained what happened and that no matter what we tried we couldnt get it to stop. He was so understanding and helpful. He got to us as quickly as he could and turned off our water at the street. He figured out what happened. Made a quick repair so we could get though the night and still have water. He talked us through all the steps we needed to do as far as insurance, and restoration. He was the calming voice we needed at the time. He turned a terrible to into something much more bearable. We even ended the night with laughs. Once the restoration inspector and insurance adjuster came through, we had a better idea of the amount of damage that had been done. We had Nick and his crew come back and do all the plumbing involved in the damage and some that just needed to be done. Great service with reasonable prices that the big chains would never meet. Triangle will now be our plumbers for as long as we have plumbing needs. We will recommend then to everyone we know, and some we dont. Friendly people who understand the working class.

Nick showed up with a smile and was pleasant to talk with. It turns out that we share an interest in music. Then we got to the issue with the kitchen sink. The faucet has a motion sensor that works when it wants to. Oddly, the faucet has no brand name. Nick explained that the faucet has about run its life span and is probably an off brand bought off Amazon. Nick changed the batteries, and the faucet started to work. He talked about the cost to replace the faucet and the labor involved. I thanked him for his time.

Really respect and appreciate Triangles business model and the quality of their professionals. My parents had a water heater that starting leaking late on a Friday. Most shops are closed on the weekends or charge extra for coming out. No Triangle. Despite never have done business with them before, they were able to have a technician (Doug) dispatched within 1.5 hours to provide a free estimate. Doug was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent about 20 minutes walking us through everything he was seeing and what potential options were, which we really appreciated since this was a free visit and taking time out of his day. At no point did the process feel rushed or like Doug was just trying to make a sale. We will definitely be using Triangle for our plumbing needs in the future!

Did a great job installing the 4 inch plumbing line from house to street ( approximately 30 ft). This involved trenching a 4 ft deep ditch from house to street and back filling same. The lawn was re-seeded and restored to reflect its existing appearance. Also, they installed a new toilet; removed the existing, which had been there over 70 years. The installers very patiently took apart the existing toilet, put in a new fitting, and installed the new toilet. This was a very difficult procedure. It was a well done job. All installers were courteous and professional. Work was completed in a timely manner.
