Mitchell, Evan and Rob were the most professional and knowledgeable plumbers with whom I have worked. We had a difficult sewage situation on an old building in the Fan on the New Years Eve afternoon... and they came out right away. They were able to diagnose and take care of it in less than a couple of hours. They even cleaned up the nasty mess that was not from their work. I will definitely be calling them again...and will refer them (as I am a realtor). Thank you Mr. Rooter!

New Review: Absolutely fabulous work on our bathroom remodel. They worked with us on scheduling and explained everything - even how to do a few small fixes ourselves.Old Review: The work was good (though it took them about three times longer than they estimated) and they mostly cleaned up after themselves. Not the most organized business and its been a nightmare to close out the job payment and get a receipt.

Our kitchen sinks, two side-by-side, backed up, and the water started leaking into the cabinet below. I do a lot of my own home repairs so I took apart all of the plumbing under the sink, cleaned everything out and reassembled it, but it did not solve the problem so I called Mr. Rooter.The technician arrived on time and was respectful of property. He told me what he was going to do, had me sign the authorizations and went to work.Within about an hour, he had the problem fixed. I checked it out, and thanked him. he was friendly and professional, and did a great job of cleaning up after he was finished.

My toilet clogged the Saturday before Christmas. I had called another plumber by google search who stated “due to the holiday, staff is limited and you will get a call if someone becomes available.” I then contacted Mr Rooter after another google search, and was told “I can absolutely get someone out to you in an hour.” He was at our house in 45 minutes! The price was more expensive than “ the other guys”, but maybe this is why! We did get a nurse/educator discount which knocked off $40! We will definitely call them again if needed.

After originally working with another plumber, we decided to call Mr. Rooters because we had a feeling they were not putting in any effort to fix our issues. Rob came out and was extremely helpful. After his initial inspection he told me that despite the other plumber saying we had tree roots in our pipes there was actually a misconfigured pipe beneath our house causing a backup where every time the washing machine ran all our toilets and shower over flowed. He came out two days later to fix the issue. He saved us 8k or more dollars and we haven’t had any issues since. Very transparent, honest and reliable. Thank you!

In the end it was cheaper than the original quote because he didn’t have to access the septic. Bad experience with stemmle charging me $700 just to camera and wire a pipe that fixed my issue for 24hours, they could not even explain my system to me as a new time home buyer who had a bad buying experience, with no knowledge of my current septic system. After a couple of hours of working on our plumbing system he resolved the issue to our satisfaction. He was extremely professional, punctual, and I would welcome Josh and Mr. Rooter back to my home for our plumbing needs.I was also impressed by the integration of technology into their services. Josh was able to show me exactly where the clog was in our pipes and then showed me how the clog was cleared after he was done with the job using a camera connected to the snake equipment he used.I also really appreciated that all services were explained to me in a way that I understood the problem and the recommended solution. Im very happy with the service I received from Mark at Mr. Rooter and wish I had called them first. I previously paid almost $500 for a different plumber to address a clogged sewer pipe. That guy wanted an extra $100 to put the toilet back in place after removing it to snake the line.I called Mr. Rooter to get hydro jetting done, which not very many plumbwrs in the area do. Mark was efficient and warned me of the cost beforehand. He was professional and cleaned up after himself thoroughly, and even showed me the camera view inside the sewer pipe so I could see that it was clear. He also didnt charge extra for putting the toilet back. The service cost exactly what he said it would.Highly recommend this company. Mark did a great job and was also a nice friendly person.

After working, very professionally, he broke through a large ball of roots causing our clog. He described everything in great detail. They replaced all the plumbing in my home. I had that awful gray stuff (Polybutylene) that was starting to fail and cause leaks. They also replaced my well pressure tank and hot water heater. They did this in less than 2 days and we actually had water during the first night! Just above and beyond our expectations. Polite crew, used booties when entering the house and really knew what they were doing! Paul was awesome about following up and making sure we were completely satisfied. They are my first call for any future plumbing needs!.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with this company from start to finish. They always answer the phone and schedule someone to come out within a day or so and the technicians are very courteous, on time and seems honest about the work. We had Paul come help remove and install a bathroom vanity and once he removed the original one, found that there was a big hole underneath to the crawlspace. He and his team worked to repair that hole - which i never would’ve even known was there- before installing the new sink. I could go on about the extra details he included. Everything was above and beyond and I’m extremely impressed and satisfied

Mr. Rooter was prompt and responsive throughout the entire issue with our sewage drain. I appreciate their friendliness and professionalism. While they had to come back multiple times to the house, they only charged us once for the fix according to their warranty. They also provided detail and showed us the camera feed in our main line revealing the clog. Had the original repair man had a camera, I believe the issue could have been resolved in one trip instead of three. But because he did not, he didn’t snake the line deep enough. The final repair man had a camera and located and resolved the issue quickly. I would give 5 stars except for this issue. I recommend they provide all repair men with cameras if they are going to fix a drain line clog issue. But I will definitely use them again and I’m grateful for the proper Covid protocol that their technicians follow.

Best plumbing experience I’ve had in recent memory.I made an emergency call on a Sunday with fingers crossed that someone would answer. They picked up right away, dispatched someone within 2 hours (it was Father’s Day), and they were exactly on time. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and options available to me with the cost upfront. Mark was able to unclog my sewer but with a camera inspection showed me what the issue was and how to prevent future problems. Me. Rooter plumbing was called at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon and was scheduled for a 4:00 to 6:00 time frame that evening. Again the technician was courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. They also did not charge me just to show up like a lot of companies now do. I had a leak in my basement that I paid another plumber to look at. He referred me to the septic company and did not uncover the problem but charged me for a visit. The 2 septic companies that I called, refused to come out as the water was backing up into the house. Mr. Rooter came out the day I contacted them, figured out the problem, got the septic company to come do their part and replaced the broken pump in a timely manner. Pleasant to work with and competent. Very happy with the service they provide!
