We experienced a main water line break in our basement closet early in the morning.Derick from Robinson Plumbing arrived that very afternoon, promptly addressing the issue.He not only completed the repair efficiently but also ran thorough tests to ensure everything was in perfect working order.Derick was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain the likely cause and his repair approach.It was a great experience during what could have been a stressful home emergency.Thank you, Robinson Plumbing, for the excellent service!

I hardly ever take the time to leave reviews, but the service we received from Robinsons was just incredible, so I felt moved to do so. First of all, we had to call on the morning of January 1st. Jamie was at our house by 9AM - he was polite and friendly, despite the fact that he probably didnt want to be working on a holiday. (You would never have known that by how he interacted with us). He took his time trying to find every possible solution that didnt include replacing the entire water heater. This made me feel confident that when ultimately that was his recommendation, I could trust he had tried everything else. This isnt our first time working with Robinsons and it certainly wont be our last. Big thanks to Jamie for all that he did on a holiday!

Robinson Plumbing came out quickly and was very professional and competent. Their tech was knowledgeable and demonstrated excellent customer service. I would use them again and will recommend them to my friends. My only complaint is the price. $364 for two hours work including drive time isnt too shabby.

Woke up by my son at 4am after he flushed the toilet and said there was a leak. Called at 7 after I was able to get the water to stop flowing in our hall bathroom. Phone call was returned promptly and was scheduled immediately. Reece was amazing and as able to get us up and running in no time. We truly appreciate them getting to us especially with the holiday right around the corner.

I had a very slow leak in the crawlspace that was not an emergency (yet). I was still able to get an appointment first thing the next morning. Derick called ahead and was right on time. He was very friendly and professional, jumped under the house and assessed the situation within minutes. Then he gave me a detailed description of what he was going to do, the cost involved, and answered all of my questions and concerns. Derrck fixed the problem, showed me the repair and the bad section of pipe her replaced, answered some more questions about future concerns I had, and was on his way in just over an hour after arrival. I will definitely be calling Robinsons Plumbing Services next time I need plumbing work that I cant handle myself!

Robinsons Plumbing is the hidden gem of the plumbing world! My sewer drain was clogged, resulting in a disgusting backup. Thankfully, Lisa was able to work very quickly - on a holiday weekend - to get Reece out to my house. Reece expertly identified where the clog was and went to work.Thanks to Robinsons Plumbing, my weekend is saved and my house doesnt stink!I also want to highlight the professionalism and customer service they displayed! Lisa was very understanding of my plumbing emergency and worked me into their schedule immediately! I am so pleased with Derick of Robinson’s Plumbing! He and his associate always show up on time and clean up so well after they’re done working, always leaving things better than they found them. I hired them for a project in Midlothian, VA to plumb a new kitchen island and move a lot of existing plumbing to accommodate the renovations. I also have to add - they completed the rough-in the DAY after my quote appointment, and had the county inspector out the following day. Seriously cannot say enough good things 💯🙌❤️

Absolutely dependable, caring and fast. Derick was awesome, he saved the day. After calling 4 plumbers because we had an emergency with a water leak under the sink Robinsons came within the hour. We waited over 12 hours for a1 plumbing and all we got was I will send the tech a message, everytime. Dont bother calling them, call Robinsons Plumbing Service. They actually care. Also, kudos to James River plumbing, they referred me to Robinsons plumbing. So grateful to them. When in need Robinsons indeed. Again, thank you Derick.

The day after thanksgiving, we had a large leak in the kitchen waste pipe that goes down through the garage, right next to the electrical panel. In short, an emergency. We didnt know the exact source of the leak or the difficulty of a remedy. We called Robinsons and about two hours Nigel showed up to help. Again, the day after Thanksgiving. The leak turned out to be a break in the pipe in a remarkably inaccessible spot as it passed through the subfloor of the kitchen. Had we waited through the weekend the consequences could have been severe. Nigel found the exact location of the break, fabricated a fix with a series of couplings that had to be assembled in place due to the turns and location, and had us good to go within the course if about 2.5 hours. What started out as a holiday disaster ended as a minor inconvenience. I cant recommend him enough.

Ryan and John Michael did a great job and was a quick painless fix! The office was great about setting an appointment the same week, as I requested one for a later date but mentioned my availability and they were able to fit me in. I had a garbage disposal that I thought needed replacement. They came in, were professional, did not recommend a replacement as an option as it was going to run me closer to 300 dollars. Ryan dug his hand in, fished out a couple popcorn kernels, and gifted me a garbage disposal key to manually turn it should it happen again. In less than 10 minutes they had it running fine, taught me how to use the key, and started a run of the dishwasher for me. I appreciated the professionalism, communication and not trying to upsell me on a new one! Thank you to John Michael and Ryan! I would recommend Robinsons Plumbing without any hesitation to my family and my friends.

I had discovered a small leak in the water main line and called them to fix it ASAP. Per my home insurance company, I needed the plumber to be as detailed as possible. Derrick arrived promptly, I explained the situation and he understood what I needed. He replaced the pipe, gave me the damaged piece of pipe, showed me where the leak was and told me that I could give this to the claims adjuster. He also told me that he added all the details that the adjuster will need. Definitely recommend them!

I suddenly had no water at 7 pm and wondered if it was my pump or well. I was able to reach the emergency number ~7:30 pm at Robinsons Plumbing and they sent out a technician Reece. I cant rate him highly enough! He found the switch that had burned out that controls the pressure tank. He had the part and fixed it, tested it and made sure everything was working before he left. So grateful for his expertise and now I have water running!

I called last week (talked to Gabby, who was great) to set up an appointment and she had me scheduled for my service appt by the end of the day. Field rep, Derek, called ahead of time to let us know he was on the way, and arrived right on time, if not a little early. Derek was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and offered multiple solutions with everything involved. We made our decision on the repair and then he got right to it and made the repairs in a very timely manner without any lasting inconveniences to our water supply. Michael was on time for our service appointment. When he arrived, he listened carefully to the history of problems with our tankless hot water heater and assessed the situation. I had a previous bad experience with a plumbing service who did not fix the problem and then refused to come back out to do so without charging an additional $500! They were very prompt in an urgent situation.Unfortunately what I desperately needed fixed ( dishwasher, leak ) was not fixed at all and I had to call someone else.The person who fixed it did so in well under 5 minutes 👏Im not confident that these ppl are trained.Not saying this to be mean but we ended up with far more damage over simply finding the waterline and shutting it off until the dishwasher can be replaced.I did call the manager and he either didnt understand or didnt care.He then went on to say that he would talk to the guys he sent out for not doing their job(s) .Its the companys job to send out ppl who are trained and certified.

Our hot water stopped working yesterday so we called to see if we could set up an appointment with Robinsons. I did not want to pay for night time service so I called in the morning. Initially they were booked And I booked for the next day. I received a phone call letting me know an appointment had ended quicker than expected, so Ryan and Tom came same day. ( I didn’t have to wait the additional day). Come to find out my 6 year old water heater was rusted from the inside. They got a new one, disposed of the old one and had me set up with water, within an hour. They also recommended a few that would cover inspection of all areas of my house and it gave me a discount on the water heater. While they were inspecting they also found an issue that our gas company needed to be alerted of.While they were here, I had them take care of a water pressure issue I had in the master bath and they also caulked my upstairs bathtub.Although an unexpected cost, they made having to deal with a new water heater painless!Highly recommend!If I were to give Any constructive criticism… I would say it would be helpful for the night person answering the phone to know whether the day time schedule is booked or not, as it could be a deciding factor for some whether they would rather pay the extra and get things taken care of.Ryan and Tom were fantastic!

After looking through some feedback on reddit, we called Robinsons emergency services number (it was a Saturday morning) and they said theyd have someone out between 3-5PM. Sadly they werent able to come when they said, and called at about 7:30PM to postpone. (We assume the previous call they were on was a nightmare) and we had to keep going to a convenience store to use the restroom.On Sunday morning when their technician arrived, he was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. After a few hours he was able to get us up and running, made some improvements on the line, and advised us on how to prevent such a problem in the future.

RYAN came as planned and we talked frankly WRT my Tankless Hot water unit. Dominion Electric cut our water-line to the house and NEVER flushed the line before they reconnected to our home. The result was EVERY fixture in our 2 month old home was clogged with silt and mud. Ryan explained in detail potential solutions.Based on my experiance with Ryan, I would use Robinsons plumbing in a heartbeat for any futhure plumbing issues.

Highly recommend Robinson’s Plumbing! Older house installation of a combination heating and tankless water system. Got 3 quotes - Robinson’s was best. I called Robinson’s Plumbing day before yesterday sure I had used them before and discovered I was wrong. The woman fielding my call nonetheless scheduled an appointment for me within 24 hours. I was visited by Ryan and Tom who could not have been more helpful and informative. They actually arrived earlier than planned which was more convenient and fixed the problems with my toilet in less time than they predicted. I finally remembered the plumbing service I had called previously and I am so glad I mistakenly called Robertson’s because the former plumber tried to sell me all manner of things I didn’t need. I heartily recommend Robertson’s. I almost never do reviews but their professionalism deserved one.

He diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and then took time to look into several other things to make sure everything was running smoothly. He took the time to explain everything to me, and answered my questions thoroughly. Bruce and Tim have been here in the past year and have also been great. I really appreciate the professionalism and expertise of the plumbers at Robinson’s. Great place and I highly recommend it.

We had a supply line burst due to a rust issue, leaving us without hot water. Robinsons came highly recommended and was able to come out the next morning. Ryan was professional, on time, and took time to explain my options to me. He kept me up to date on his progress and cleaned up after the repair was completed. Ryan went above and beyond by making sure that the rest of the my plumbing was not at risk for the same issue due to galvanized pipes. They did so great, I referred them to my parents (who are super picky)!

They were able to get us scheduled the next day and sent plumber Ryan Frederick at the beginning of the scheduled arrival window with a timely heads-up. I would definitely recommend the tier one plan which includes an inspection.
