Both of our plumbers have retired and we had a plumber issue that was more than a DIY project. We called Plumber Near Me LLC after seeing their advertisement in the mail. Our new washing machine could not be installed because of the faucets.Making the appointment was very easy and Skyler was able to come the next day. We had a time frame and he arrived on time.Skyler was very professional and gave us the best case scenario and the worst case scenario which we really appreciated. Kevin was great! We moved into our house about a month ago and noticed that the faucet in one of our upstairs showers kept dripping nonstop even when the water was off. The faucet was not sealed tight enough and we were able to flip the faucet upside down in attempt to stop it from dripping and of course this backfired and the water ended up leaking right into our ceiling in our downstairs bathroom. He reviewed my options with me and obtained quotes.The quote was higher than I had expected (over $400 with no parts needed aside from tape/adhesive), especially considering there was no cutting, just applying tape/adhesive and screwing a few things together. The first time was to repair a toilet float valve, and since I was happy with that repair, I used them again a few weeks later to replace 3 bathroom faucets. Lee came out both times and did a great job for me. One of the faucets had an aerator problem, causing a leak, so Lee had me buy a new one and he returned to install it a few days later. When this new faucet developed a slow leak with the drain unit, I called Plumber Near Me again, and they were quick to respond, assigning Lee to come out to follow up on the problem. Lee was very knowledgeable and suggested that maybe a metal drain unit would be a better option than the plastic unit that came with the faucet. He went out and bought the metal unit, and returned soon to swap out the part and replace it with the metal unit. I found Lee to be very persistent, and professional, following up each time problems occurred, to diagnose and fix the problem. Plumber Near Me offers very good customer service, and were very responsive to quickly schedule a return visit, whenever a problem occurred, sometimes the same day or day after, no waiting around for days to get repair service. The mark of a good company is how soon they respond when issues arise, and I found Plumber Near Me to be very reliable and quick to take action when needed. I highly recommend them for outstanding customer service, and also to Lee, for a job well done.

Lee, from Plumber Near Me did a superb job in detecting a hot water leak under our home in the crawl space, and within minutes, he stopped the leak and repaired the broken pipe. As in the past, they communicate with you when theyre on the way, and are always dependable. I would highly reccomend this company, and especially Lee.

Wonderful service, on initial call Kevin was able to detect issues with a plumbing leak and fixed problem. After continued issues with plumbing system, their friendly dispatcher, sent another technician for assessment. Jeff came out and diagnosed the problem, actually reliance on city, servicing pipes due to tree root placement and not structural issue with my home. With each interaction, gentlemen were timely, knowledgeable and personable. I will continue to use this company for all of my plumbing needs and will refer others as well. Thank you, Carolyn K.

New forever customer.I found out my home had defective Quest pipes that were continuously leaking and had to have my entire home re-piped.I called Plumber near me, and Brandon came out the next day. Within two days he had all of the defective pipes removed and new pipes in. This guy was a machine and worked as hard as a whole crew.I appreciated the professionalism and quality of work from these guys as well as the speed and being able to work around my 2year old and 10 month old without disturbing their sleep.I have definitely found my new guy to handle any and all plumbing jobs in the future with Brandon at Plumber Near Me.

She was beyond helpful, and if she is any kind of reflection of the company, I know my plumbing issue is in good hands. UPDATE: Had the work done and it was quick & efficient, the charge was what I expected and the repair was completed by a very knowledgeable plumber.
