My bathtub stopped draining almost completely and after having a great previous experience with Juan at JM Plumbing Services a few months ago he was my first call to address the problem. He was very accommodating and despite having a full docket for the day he squeezed me in and came out right away to help clear my drain prior to me going away on vacation. When he discovered a flaw in the configuration of my pipes (an old and problematic set up and an improperly slanted drain pipe) we scheduled a return visit once for once I got back from vacation. I really appreciated him taking the time at the end of a long day to explain to me what was causing the problem and what would need to be done to remedy the issue.Juan and another team member showed up on time and completely replaced my drain pipes and p-trap which resolved my issue and set me up for fewer future problems. As a solo homeowner I can’t say enough about how nice it is to find great contractors who I feel I can trust, who keep their word, and who do good quality work on time and at a fair price. Juan is a great guy, super friendly, honest, and reliable. I would highly recommend him to anybody needing plumbing help and would feel confident telling any of my friends to give him a call.

Juan did a great job with a variety of plumbing services at my home. He arrived on schedule and texted to let me know he was on his way. He expertly completed all the work and answered any questions I had along the way. Juans pricing was very fair and competitive. During his initial estimate, he provided clear pricing that matched the final cost exactly, while also highlighting possible additional costs from common issues that could be uncovered during the work.As an owner/operator, Juan is a great combination of many years of experience and personal service to get a job done right the first time. Ill be happy to hire Juan again for any plumbing needs I have!

I had an unexpected gas leak causing the gas company shut off my gas line for safety. I called Juan and he was over in 10 minutes. He was professional, fun to chat with, and fixed the issues fast. Great guy, great service, and great work. I highly recommend JM Plumbing Services! OOHRAH!

II highly recommend JM Plumbing Services for all your plumbing needs.Juan Mercado installed an undersink recirculating pump for me. He actually did some research for me to make a recommendation of the best value for my money. Once I received the pump, he promptly installed it. Juan came when he said he would and was very professional, respectful, and kind. He also educated me as to how the pump would work or I might say should work. During this visit, he also took the time to tend to a few minor plumbing concerns that I had and answer my questions.Unfortunately, the pump was defective and I had to order a replacement. Juan assured me he would be back when I got the new pump. Indeed, as soon as I notified him, he did return to remove the old pump and install the new one. He was very willing and patient in dealing with the extra effort (for no additional charge) that was required.He was very responsive whenever I either called or texted him. He prioritizes giving excellent customer service at a moderate price.

I contacted Juan to have him come out to replace a faucet for my mom. She said he did a wonderful job. Not only was he 100% professional, but he was courteous and went above and beyond the job by giving her some feedback and assistance with a few other things around the house. We will definitely be contacting JM Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Juan helped repair a water line near the meter over a year ago, and it was fixed no problem. We most recently set-up for him to replace an old outside water spigot. I cant recommend him highly enough. He does what he says, hes professional and friendly, and offers excellent service with competitive prices. Well reach out to him for more work in the future. I called Juan because I was having issues with 2 toilets. He gave me a estimate over the phone and we set up a time to do the job. He arrived on time, was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was doing and cleaned up when he was done. He even fixed a shower head for me while he was here. I will definitely call him the next time I have a problem.

Was able to fit me in same day without an emergency rate. Great general price, came on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Had toilet replaced and was able to fit in a refrigerator line that I was just going to do my self. Definitely recommend 100% will use again when needed and tell friends about.

Based on the positive reviews from Next Door, I contacted JM Plumbing Services to repair a leak that was coming from my toilet. Juan promptly returned my call and was able to work my repair call into his schedule. Juan arrived at the time he promised, was friendly and professional, thoroughly explained everything to me, made sure the leaking issue was resolved and my toilet worked correctly, and charged me a fair price for his services. I will now trust JM Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
