We use these guys whenever we have issues but today was critical. My 84 year old dad dropped his wedding ring down the shower. They were here in an hour and success. You saved the day.I am also sure they were able to retrieve it because they updated the tral the last time they did work.

I was recommended to use original RC Szabo Plumbing by a friend whos opinion I trust.The work on my cast iron drain line, that had rusted through, was perfect. The opening in the wall was made behind the bathroom vanity. The cut out wall board was then replaced and covered when the vanity was moved back into position. I am happy with the results and the price was resonable. I will be calling the original RC Szabo Plumbing for my plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend

I needed an outdoor hose bib replaced. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Bob called when he was on his way. He was friendly and professional, and did a quality job for a reasonable price. I will consider RC Szabo first next time I need a plumber.

We’ve used RC Szabo twice now, once for a simple drain cleaning and recently for a sewer back-up in the laundry room. We were happy the first time we used them and had no hesitation calling for help with the sewer back-up. The job was a bit challenging because the pipes are wonky so it took a while to fix it. Rich was very thorough and made sure everything was cleaned and and working perfectly before he left. We feel we paid a fair price for a tough job and highly recommend them. You even get a 60 day guarantee for the work. Hopefully you won’t need plumbing services, but if you do give RC Szabo a try. You won’t be disappointed!

This company was exceptional! My 16 year old water heater went out on Tuesday (8/31) and on Thursday (9/2) Bob Sr. came out to install a new one. I’m so happy we now have hot water! This is my new plumber and I will recommend this company to all my friends and family!!

Today, our toilet and bath tub would not flush and drain. I used google maps and for my area, RC Szabo Plumbing came up. I had seen good reviews on our neighborhood watch page, so I decided to give them a call.Bob answered and said he would call me back within a half hour. He called back in 30 minutes and said he was on his way. In less than 15 minutes, he arrived and went right to work. He rodded out our sewer line for over an hour and pulled out a bunch of stuff, enough to fill a garbage bag.He was honest and fair and gave me great advice on how to deal with this issue and maintain our plumbing in the future. I will definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing needs.To come straight out and fix this on super short notice, working outside in 15 degree weather, no complaining and with a professional attitude, I was beyond impressed and very thankful he showed up quickly and for the hard work done.Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing company! Quality work done at a fair price! I am a 2nd time customer both times were excellent experiences. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Very very understanding. I also recommended them to my mother for her building. She thought they were fantastic! They knew the severity of the of the situation and were able to squeeze me in and assist right away. Im very appreciative.The two negative reviews on here are ridiculous.... i mean come on have some compassion were human and people do actually get sick. Also, I dont blame the plumber if they are not willing to take a job or risk their reputation. I stand by these gentlemen nothing but great service from them. :)

THANK YOU!!!! I had a plumbing emergency when my kitchen pipe under the sink was leaking. I called and Bob (owner) was able to describe what exactly was wrong. I had several companies come to my home for an estimate and I could tell that they had never fixed anything like my problem. The pipe was behind the cabinets. Bob came out and replaced the pipe but brought it out from behind the cabinet so that it was visible and easy to get to if anything happened again. He was professional, cleaned the area up afterwards and the price was way less than all the other estimates that I had received. I saved over $1,300!!!! I recommend RC Szabo to anyone with plumbing problems. He did an excellent job and he is now my new plumber!!!!

Outstanding service from Dispatch (Deanna) to Technician (Bob). This company has been extremely busy due to the frigid temperatures we have had lately. They have been very accommodating to me to include a temporary fix so i can get out of town while they can take care of the more serious water main break customers. My mom had just moved into a recently renovated home when she began experiencing backup sewer issues and needed a sewer rot. After an unpleasant experience with a sewer company, I reached out to RC Szabo. They were totally different. They came in to assess the situation and provided an estimate. They then conducted a due diligence by confirming the location of the sewer line before beginning any work. RZ Szabo began to make me feel at ease and it turned out to be better than I hoped. They also did work at a fair price. I would highly recommend them for any future work.

I had an emergency in my house on November 7th and through my home warranty R.C. SZABO PLUMBING AND SEWER LLC came to my rescue. The service that I received from this company was OUTSTANDING. It took them several hours to get to me and I tried to be patient because my issue had just came in that morning. Nevertheless once the plumber got there He knew exactly how to address the problem and when one way didn’t work he would try another way. I was so pleased and I would definitely consider this a job well done. We also had to pay additional money out of pocket because certain things were not covered by the warranty but it was such a reasonable price I quickly said with no hesitation… “Let’s get it done.” Thank you R.C. After exhausting google searches and many phone calls, I finally found RC Szabo Plumbing to service my Aunt’s plumbing in Glenwood. The owner picked up the phone when I called. A good sign that it’s family owned and a local company. Got the appointment scheduled for the next morning.Rob S. called when he was on his way and arrived on time. When he saw our line up of shoes outside the door, he conscientiously offered to remove his shoes too. Rob is friendly and establishes rapport quickly (he’s got jokes too). He made my Aunt and wife feel very comfortable about the service; they were apprehensive about finding a contractor we could trust. Rob then gave me his assessment and a free estimate. It was a very fair price for the job! So we gave him the green light. Rob S. replaced the kitchen faucet and some of the pipes underneath. He gave me periodic updates as he worked. Rob even let me know which pipes needed replacement and which ones didn’t. He didn’t want us to spend any extra money on unneeded fixes as he sensed our budget for the project was limited. Rob was very mindful of our concerns. Once the pipes were fixed and he was on the last step of installing the new kitchen faucet, he called my Aunt over and asked if her preference was to have the handle on the left or the right. Just so happens that she is left handed and preferred the former. She’s always had difficulty with certain appliances (can openers, etc) since there usually made for right-handed people. This quickly turned into an emotional moment for her and my wife as Rob cared enough to personalize the faucet to suit her needs. So thoughtful!Afterwards, my Aunt said she’d take the old parts to the trash and Rob insisted that he would do that. He thoroughly cleaned up the mess and threw the old parts out.If you want an honest plumber that takes pride in their work, treats your home like it’s their own, and charges a fair price for the job, then call RC Szabo Plumbing. Highly recommended!

July 2017 had water backup in bsmn. Rcszabo plumbing was sent by home warranty company. Though repairs werent covered by warranty co I soon realized the price quoted was good price. I felt mr robert was sure of my issue and just knew plumbing. Though my dad suggested always get few estimates, after first call back quote of work to be done, I scheduled work with szabo. That company wanted 375 to rod and assess situation plus almost double szabo price to do work. I decided Im sticking with szabo he was able to locate clean out that previous plumbers hadnt or just didnt tell me was there to charge me to install. This will be my plumber. Highly recommend. I pray continued success with your business. Dont change!
