We have used Absolute Plumbing for many many years now and have always been pleased with their service. But I wanted to give a special shout out to Jerry and his team (Rick, Brandon and Charles) for being so quick and efficient in helping us when our water heater broke down. They came out promptly and discussed all the options and suggested the best one. Then they came the next day and put in a new tankless system. Super friendly, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing and mechanical needs. They are our go to guys!

Wow. What a fantastic experience! Ive been using Absolute Plumbing for years and their customer service and efficiency never cease to amaze me. Recently, I called Jerry and let him know of an issue that I was having in my kids bathroom. He was on it and fit me into the schedule asap! The 2 technicians that came to my house were awesome! They were super kind and professional. They did a fantastic job! I am super grateful to have found this company. They truly work as a team and take care of their clients. Ive always felt like I was in good hands and will continue to refer all of my friends and family to them. They have customer for life!

I cant say enough about Absolute Plumbing and Mechanical. A water heater went out during the holiday weekend and he was able to troubleshoot and replace on Saturday when no one else was able to take a look until Tuesday. Life saver! Very responsive and knowledgeable. Will be my 1st call for all Property Management clients!

I was referred to contact the Absolute Plumbing team and I was not disappointed. Jerry was extremely responsive and easy to work with through the process. I literally sent him a couple pictures of my small leak on a water pressure regulator, and he was there in an hour to replace the part. He came because the other techs were booked up for the day, and he replaced it himself in no time. Very knowledgable and helpful. This was my first time working with this group, and will not be the last time.I highly recommend their work!

Absolute Plumbing is terrific. I had a leak in my yard and needed immediate help. They came right away and fixed the issue. Later I needed to replace my water and sewer lines. They came on time and completed the large job ahead of schedule. Everyone was courteous and extremely professional. I have used them three times now and am very pleased. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing.

Absolute did a great job extending the gas service to accommodate a new gas range. Jerry was very professional and provided a very reasonable estimate. He arrived on time and got the job done efficiently, handled everything necessary for the permit, and we now have a great new gas range. We are definitely fans of Jerry and Absolute Plumbing.

We had multiple plumbers try to diagnose our long-term issue with no success and at high price tags. In just one visit, Jerry at Absolute Plumbing found what no one else had - a crack running the entire length of our main sewer pipe. They replaced it with PVC at a cost that was less than other local companies and it’s been fine for the first time in 5 years. We couldn’t be happier and they now have a customer for life in us.

Our kitchen sink drain got disconnected on New Years Day and Jerry was able to come out and fix it within 15 minutes. He worked quickly, but did a quality job. He left the drain pipes better than they were (it had been a DIY project so was ready to be upgraded) and was very kind and considerate in talking the details over with me about where I had gone wrong in doing it myself and what I had done right. Overall, very pleased and will be using them again!

The folks at Absolute Plumbing are real professionals and I highly recommend their company for all plumbing services. We needed to have our entire house re-piped due to defective materials that were used 20 years ago. Jerry the owner came and estimated our job, explaining all the work that would be involved. The plumbers who did the job were very conscientious and careful with our house, arriving on-time each day and staying until the job was finished. They minimized the amount of wall damage, and made sure we had running water when they stopped work for the day. Afterward, they sent a drywall repairman who worked miracles, patching the holes so well that we cant remember where they were. Everything about our experience with Absolute was first-class and we are 100% satisfied.

After having had a toilet repaired twice by another company, I called Absolute. A Master Plumber and his Apprentice arrived on schedule, replaced various parts and made adjustments. Having been told I needed to invest in a new toilet, I was delighted to have this one working great. Professional, Covid-19 protected, and tidy. Highly recommend.

Called them on a Sunday and got a response within 10 minutes and set up an appointment for the next day for a hot water heater issue. They arrived promptly and installed a new hot water heater and got us hot water back. Very professional, quick and quality work. We will definitely use them again should we need any plumbing services.

This was problem with our water heater that we wanted fixed right away and after a call to another business who advised us that they couldnt get anyone to help us until next week, Absolute Plumbing said they would be able to take care of us the next day. They gave us a time frame when they would come and after a 30 minute notice call they were even an hour early.The water heater was in a really hard spot to access and was very difficult to change out but the technicians were extremely professional and knew exactly what to do. They immediately jumped into the job and within two hours we had a new water heater installed with plenty of hot water.I cant say enough about how well this operation went without the least bit of aggravation. From the phone call to the finished job, this was a relief to have a no hassle experience with a business. Every employee was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to do what is takes to make the customer satisfied.

Found Absolute in Angies List ad. My third plumber and hopefully final stab to get a leaking shower faucet fixed. He showed me why both other attempts failed and even tightened another piece without asking. This was my second plumber called to get a leaky ceiling pipe fixed. First one said he needed to get a light fixture out of the way. Not so as evidenced today. So far, all is fixed with great cost-saving recommendations for a hot water heater adjustment and potential disaster lurking in another shower. I waited a week for an appt. but it was worth it. I will invite them back when I take those recommendations.

Had a major clog in my master bath sink and a running toilet.and they cam out immediately and took care of it. They did such a great job that I had them do an install for a new dishwasher at work. Always professional and always clean up after themselves. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

My pipes burst! I had another plumbing company come out and quote me almost 5k to resolve my issue. Rick was excellent, he called me before arriving, talked with my partner at home as I was at work still. Once I arrived the issue was almost resolved, we went over what work he performed and came up with a game plan. I have water again, he capped off the bad section, and recommended that I replace the pipes after the frost was no longer an issue. I was pleasantly surprised at my bill for services rendered today, under $500. He also ball parked the other services that we will be performing come Spring which will be under $2,000. I am so pleased! Yesterday after getting the figure of close to 5 grand I had my first migraine in years - today you cant stop the smile on my face!

We have been using Absolute Plumbing & Mechanical for over 2 years for a variety of plumbing issues including repairing garbage disposal, leaking shower pipe and leaking sink water pipe. We had a great experience. Late last night (a Friday), we noticed a pipe to our water heater leaking.We called Absolute and Jerry called back. He talked us through getting the leak stopped by shutting off water to the house.When the spraying from the pipe stopped, he told us he would see us at nine.He showed up promptly at 9:00 this morning (Saturday) and and cut out the leaky pipes and connected new ones. He was very professional and friendly.As our water heater is 16 years old and looks it, we will have Absolute replace it in a week or two.We couldnt be happier.
