I had an issue with my septic tank and I have dealt with other companies before reaching out to united, when I called I reached them after office hours after leaving a message with their on call person it didn’t take more than a half hour for someone to call me back they told me to call them back the next day for a qoute I got a quote also after a half your the next day, the came the same day they gave me the quote and charged me a lot less then the other other company wanted to charge me. I am extremely grateful for their prompt and affordable service. Thank you

We just had our septic cleaned for the first time and could not be happier with this company. I did not think there are many companies left with such excellent customer service and a feel that people actually care! I called the day before and they were so accommodating and came out the following morning which worked best with our schedules. No hidden fees everything was just like that quoted in the phone. The woman who scheduled the appointment was super knowledgeable, sweet, and very professional. The man who came out knew exactly what to do and did an excellent job!!! Would give this business 100 stars if I could!!!

I cannot recommend this company more! First off, Amanda (receptionist) was one of the most pleasant people Ive ever dealt with. She was charismatic, helpful, professional and informative. She gave me a courtesy text the day before our appointment and was just so easy to talk to.Rob, (technician) called 20 mins before he arrived to let us know he was on the way, and I could immediately tell by his tone that, he too, was just as wonderful as Amanda. He was prompt, explained everything about our septic system, recommended the septic fluid, and just made this entire process so painless. We moved into our new construction 5.5 years ago, so this was our first experience pumping our system. I already recommended this company to my parents and HIGHLY recommend you turn to United Sewer and Septic for your needs. You will not be disappointed.

Very very nice man, easy to talk to, professional, etc. Thank you Rob and I wish you and your wife a Happy and Healthy 2024.I noticed more and more businesses charging a small fee to use your credit card to pay. I dont like this but I guess they are passing along the fee the credit card companies are charging their company. Oh well.Again, good job Rob!

As a new to septic homeowner, when we had an issue , United came highly recommended. Of course the issue happened on a weekend but, they picked right up and assured me that they would be there first thing the next day. The crew came out and immediately knew the issue and got to work. Within 20 min the clog was cleared and we got an education (and some entertainment lol) from the gentlemen that came out. I then called them a month or 2 later and had them pump out my tank and that driver was also just the nicest guy and also shared some tidbits of info to better maintain out tank/lines. I cannot recommend United Sewer & Septic enough!! Support local!

First, it was a quick turn around from the time I called for service to when I was able to get an appointment, one day if I remember correctly. My septic tank was backing up, they came out and had to find my tank. I had just moved in and didnt know where it was. Turned out that part of my septic system had collapsed and they had to rebuild it. In all it took two days to complete the job, mainly because they had to come back the next day with a excavator to dig out the tank. But the whole time they would explain to me what was being done and why and they showed me exactly what the problem was. I would definitely use them again if I have problems or if I just need to get the tank cleaned.

I dont normally write reviews for companies but this particular one I had to. I had four septic tanks pumped out and each one was at a different location. They did the job in one day, they were thorough and ensure that every single tank was done appropriately. The tanks that needed some repair was done the same day. Both of the employees that I had direct contact with (John & Steve) were on time, professional, and detail oriented to the task that was being performed. I would highly recommend them to anyone and not to mentioned, you dont fine that quality of service anywhere.

Jeff didn’t know us. But when I called and explained our serious problem he got one of his crew to work overtime. The issue was worse than we imagined. What started out as a simple clean out, turned into major excavation and replacement of our system. Jeff did everything he could to keep the price fair and reasonable, even to the point of extra work on his part. The work was completed and the yard was left in very good condition. We have recommended Jeff and his crew to a number of friends and family. And we will continue to have Jeff service our septic system.

We had an emergency involving our septic on a Saturday. Called United and Jeff called me back right away. He explained to me what the issue likely was and he was able to walk me through the fix over the phone. Being that it was the weekend he saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars on emergency call outs. He even assured me that if he couldn’t walk me through the fix he would come out right away. I had a pregnant wife and a sick 8 year old at home and being without water for the weekend would have been rough. I definitely recommend United!!!

The sewer line on our property needed to be replaced which required excavation near our gas line and through several beautiful and expensive trees. Jeff and his crew were the most knowledgeable and thorough of the contractors who came to give a quote. They scoped out the project by getting the water and gas lines marked before giving the quote and they worked out a plan that saved our expensive cut-leaf maple trees that the other contractors had told us we would need to cut down. They also managed to get the entire job done in one day. I highly recommend United Sewer and Drain Services not only for their efficient and professional service, but also for the care they took with our landscaping during the project.

Even though I reside outside United’s normal zone of business. Jeff responded to my call and agreed to help with my septic system problem. After supplying Jeff with pictures of my pump chamber, he supplied me with a quote ver quickly. Once we agreed on the cost, Jeff dispatched a crew the following morning. This is after I had tried fourr or five other septic system companies. None were even close to United’s response. Some did not even return my calls.Early the next day United team showed, Steven & Johnny. These young men are professional, polite and considerate. Steven explained every step of the process, taking the time to make sure I understood exactly what was transpiring. They even suggested I could stand by and watch them work, something I am always reluctant to do.They replaced my septic pump, piping and floats. Again explaining in detail what each component does. Jeff from United Sewer & Drain was fantastic. We had a break in our main sewer drain, I called and Jeff sent over a tech within a few hours. He confirmed the issue and within an hour they sent out utility surveyors to mark out the ground for digging. Jeff and his crew returned on time the next day, dug up and removed the broken pipe and promptly installed the new pipe. Entire crew was fantastic, professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.
