I received prompts along with a photo and name of who was coming to service my home.I was greeted with a friendly hello and walked through the steps.I had my dryer vent cleaned and my boiler serviced. Obtaining an appointment was easy with Quality Heating and Cooling and they came to my home from a neighboring county when local companies wouldnt even return a call to have my furnace serviced. Ryan from Quality was very personable and very knowledgeable. He didnt have all of the parts he needed (through no fault of theirs) so he went to pick up what he needed, returned and serviced the unit so that it runs much better than before. He went above and beyond in my opinion and Im truly grateful! I feel much more at ease now before winter really sets in. I highly recommend Quality Heating and Cooling!

After discovering a leaking pipe that had not been properly set, I was worried about the potential damage and disruption to our lives. Robert arrived quickly and immediately put my mind at ease.His efficiency and expertise were evident as he assessed the situation. With 25 years of experience under his belt, he clearly knows his stuff! Quality installed a hydronic space heater in a workshop area. Since it was connected to our boiler, it was a less common installation. There was a hiccup in the process, however Quality figured things out and even improved the installation at no additional cost. They are a well run business. Good price, great communication, and friendly team.

What an amazing company! Our central AC stopped working and they were able to swap in a new unit the next day! Plus their prices were so reasonable. They even vacuumed up the area where they worked when they were done. Very professional and polite. I have known Terry Randolph for a few years, via being an Architect, always having HVAC questions pertaining to my certain projects. When my own boiler starting leaking oil, I called Terry to tell him another company tried to diagnose the oil leak; they made the leak even worse, and tried to sell me a new pump and drain valve, and they eventually tried to sell me a new boiler. Terry sent his son Korey over the next day, to diagnose the oil leak. Korey was fantastic! He subsided all of my fears of needing a new boiler by analyzing my system, making me aware of certain parts that needed fixing/replacement, and by being honest in letting me know my boiler still had some life left in it. The oil leak was nothing more than a loose cap, which he tightened. That loose cap would have cost me $1600 with the other HVAC company, and I would have replaced a pump that I did not need. I would recommend Quality Heating and Cooling to anyone who asks for a honest reference, to both my clients and my personal friends. Thanks again Terry and Korey! Cant begin to tell you how great it was having Korey come do the annual tune up on my AC system. Not only was he one of the most pleasant people Ive had service the system he was also very knowledgeable. Despite the 90 plus degree heat he took the time to explain everything to me and help me understand how everything works and what could help make it more efficient. Im so pleased with the service that I will be having Korey and Quality Heating and Cooling service my boiler this fall. Thank you for great service!

Very informative and extremely considerate of my hardwood floor they even cleaned up afterwards. Ive used them for my HVAC system and now for my hot water heater and they got me running like new.. Quality came in with a very great bid, professional service, removed existing 20 year old AC system. They then installed mini split system in each of 7 rooms to produce heat and ac. The units are much more efficient, more targeted and very quiet. The staff was wonderful to work with and talk to.

Terry has shown the difference between a plumber and a true HVAC Mechanic. We asked him to install two new furnaces that continually broke down in a 4 family apartment. He didnt only beat competitors prices, but he explained why they kept failing and installed efficient units. On top of that he will service the lousy furnaces that still exist in any building.
