Cannot thank Duff Plumbing enough. I called probably 15 plumbers and they were the only ones who could come out and fix my problem within hours. They were friendly and walked me through everything. Definitely will be a repeat customer but hopefully not too soon!

We have used Duff Plumbing numerous times at our Church and our home. We always feel very confident that the job will be done correctly in a very timely manner. They always explain the situation and give you a very fair price. You will never hear any vulgarity from any of their plumbers. These guys are amazing!! The first time I called them was to get a second opinion after a ridiculously high quote from another company. They ended up just adjusting a hose and didnt even charge us, it was so kind. Today they came out in under two hours and repaired our hot water heater and even told us if it fails us soon theyll apply those charges to the replacement down the road which is SO kind and great business. I am a loyal customer!!

Sherrie is very efficient and knowledgeable gathering all the information so the service techs are fully prepared to do the job. They do things right the first time. Had plumbing problems on Sunday night. Called a different plumber at 8 am on Monday morning. By lunch time I hadn’t heard anything and I had asked some friends for suggestions for a good plumber. 2 people said Duff Plumbing. I called them on my lunch and talked to Sherrie. She was so helpful!! I needed someone quickly. She said the schedule had already been made out for the next day, but she would try to fit me in. She called back promptly and said that Kyle would be out first thing this morning. Kyle and his son showed up and in no time he figured out the problem. Very knowledgeable and did the job quickly. Excellent service! This company was very knowledgeable and skilled. They were always on time, very professional and friendly. An estimate was given before the job began and they worked with me throughout the project to keep within our budgets. They got our plumbing lines setup, checked over and explained everything very well. I appreciate the honesty, promptness and integrity. I have known Dan Duff for many years , I also knew his father , I first met in 1977 when I bought a new home from Duff Bros. Realty. His father Robert Duff, was very particular before handing the keys over to me as a new homeowner. I remember him on our final walk through marking the walls with pencil where drywall finish didnt suit him. when he handed over the keys the home was ready, and to his specs. I gained a lot of respect for MR. Duff doing business with him. HIs son Dan has inherited his fathers work ethic and example of how things should be done correctly, and I know first hand Dan has handed this same trait down to his two sons also. I was out of touch with Dan for many years until around 2015 when I ran into some issues on my bathroom remodels. I called he came in and did a fantastic install on 2 vanities and a shower enclosure. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for. Duff plumbing does quality work and stand behind it. He is an honest business man and his company does quality work continuing his fathers legacy. He recently installed a tankless hot water heater , something Ive wanted for quite some time. Once again he and his sons did the install in a timely manner and it looks amazing. I converted from an electric tank hot water heater (240V AC) to Natural Gas tankless hot water heater which will be better in the long run , more economical , and more efficient, and hopefully will last a long time. I highly recommend Duff Plumbing. If you need a plumber Duff Plumbing is the company that will do it right.

Duff is the best, they go above and beyond to get your job done. Sherrie answered the phone and was our point person, she gave us a solid timeframe and nailed it both times. Kyle did the work, fixed two urgent issues we had, one with clogged washer drain, and a serious leaking kitchen drain. Both times the work was done quickly and cleanly, with top workmanship. I know I’ve paid for several kitchen sink installs in my life (and I’ve done a few), I’ve never had a clean-out drain installed. Hell, I’ve actually never seen one in anyone’s house before. This is just one example of the way these guys operate. Highly recommended!

No matter what DAY (Thanksgiving at my mother-in-laws) or what time of day I call, EVEN if I say no emergency, I just want a faucet replace, one of the Professional Team is at my house within 24 hours! If it is an emergency, ALWAYS same day!! They are my GO-TO Team in Middletown!!

I had Duff out to fix our bath tub faucet. Basically a piece broke off inside the faucet and the water was not able to be shut off. We turned the water off to the entire house. We called Duff first thing the next morning, left a message. We had a return call within 10 minutes of them opening and someone was at our house within 2 hours. Very informative, very professional and very polite was my initial reaction. Later the next night we attempted to use the shower and realized the hot and cold were mixed up. I called again and they came back out and informed us, after taking it back a part, that the initial installer from when the house was built put the part on upside down that directs the hot and cold water. He said he didnt know that when fixing the other issue. He fixed the original mistake, not his mistake, for us, and showed me where the original part was upside down. He also did not charge us for this. We are very pleased with their service and will use them again and highly recommend.

Kyle at Duff saved me a lot of time, demolition, and heartache after another company had given me the run around about fixing a leak in my foundation (thankfully because they were going to jackhammer my floor in a place they thought was the problem but was not). He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after he was finished. I cannot praise this company enough.

Kyle just saved us! A water line froze in our basement wall and then when the temperatures went back up it burst, spewing water into our daughters bedroom. We called four plumbing companies before going to the better business bureau to find local plumbers on our area. The quickest we could get someone out was four days out until we called Duff Plumbing. Kyle was able to get to our house 3 hours after we called and within an hour had sawed through boards, punched out ceilings, welded the water line and got us our water back.We cannot thank you enough for your prompt response (even though it had been a long day for you and I knew you had calls to get to after us) and your professionalism.Your work is greatly appreciated!
