John was a technician that right away, put me at ease with the problem we were having. What impressed me the most? This is concern for our individual problem and issueHe got right to work and checked and rechecked his theories on what could be wrong until he decided on the probable issue that we were dealing with. As soon as he diagnosed it, he would write to work. He completed the job in a clean and neat manner. It was very explanatory. He diagnosed and fixed what he thought was the issue. It turned out that I agree with him. It was totally correct, and he checked it several times to make sure that it was conclusive. As not to leave those with a problem and have to come back. I give this young man John a 5 star rating and he was very proud of the company that he worked for and the team that led him to the jobs and coordinated all that he said it was a great group of individuals to work with. I had a main water valve leak. The field supervisor Tony Houston was awesome. He helped me do an insurance claim and took care of everything. I had an issue during the job with a tech and Tony took care of that too. I was highly upset about my leak and Tony reassured me. Without him I am not sure what I would have done. If I had questions he was there. He always responded & was polite yet professional and knowledgeable. May you be lucky enough to have Tony working on your job. Also I worked with Kelly in billing and she helped me with my insurance claim questions!What an awesome lady. I was so pleased with Roto Rooter.

Entire process of getting my water main replaced was super efficient and done correctly. When another issue popped up and caused more issues, a field supervisor, Adam, did a great job getting me set up and ready to go before I had to go on vacation. Overall a little on the pricier side, but honestly you get what you pay for, and with the risk of water damage its worth getting the job done right.

I ran into a really $hi+¥ situation. I contacted root rooter to have someone come help and they sent Adam. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our motor in our septic tank wasn’t running. With in 15 minutes he fixed the issue. I’d recommend him to the secret service if I could, to get them out of the $hi+ they’re in.

We had a flood we called Roto Rooter to come in and give us a free estimate. At first, the person that came in was disingenuous and told us that everything was dry and did not use a moisture meter and did not do his job. After we called the management and told him what went on, they sent out several people. Ultimately, they sent us Their best specialist his name is Ben and he stayed with us for weeks doing whatever he had to do to dry out our sub floor and our kitchen. He was sincere and did everything he could to spare us from a nightmare of having to rip up our floor. He did whatever it took and came on Saturdays , evenings, etc. he went and did extra things for us.He even put our floorboard back that he had lifted and he also even put some insulation that we had back up in our basement so my husband would not have to climb the ladder. Ben is a gem and Roto Rooter is lucky to have him, but the management immediately took care of the whole problem and did not at all argue about what their employee did. They stand by you and you can trust them. I would use them again just not that original employee that came. I have his name written down.

Ben Jones with ROTO-ROOTER (Montana Avenue base location) worked wonders in the cleanup of a sewer stack backup in our laundry room. He was professional and personable as he expedited a very unpleasant task. He established a sealed environment to prevent any airborne contaminants from reaching the core living area of our home; however, still providing access to a bathroom and bedroom adjacent to the laundry area that had been contaminated. He was able to accomplish this feat by installing a zipper to the heavy grade plastic bivouac he created to keep any airborne particles from reaching those areas as well. I had never seen any single person master such a custom bivouac with such speed to seal off the area yet provide us access if needed—and all in one day. He then set upon removal of the contaminated flooring, drywall, baseboards, etc. Finally the drying fans and HEPA filtered equipment—again all in the same day he began the cleanup. Ben redefined what constitutes being a hard worker. I would gladly give him more than five stars if this form provided the means. —Hal Wood

Adam did a very thorough job installing our water softener. From the beginning when he was testing our water, he was very transparent and honest, giving us a precise and clear quote and informing us honestly how billing and sales works.Adam scheduled us for a quick turnaround so we didnt have a long wait, and stayed with us from the first test to the final cleanup after installation. Whenever we had questions he couldnt answer, he ensured wed have an answer quickly.During the install, he had a few moments of bad luck, but he stayed calm, light hearted and professional while he worked through the obstacles he encountered. He worked the problem to conclusion and made sure the install was done right. He kept us informed of progress the whole process.Adam was easy to work with and get along with. Hes very honest and transparent, chill and personable. His install came out clean and though I am writing this review very shortly after the install, before Adam left I tested every outlet and started a load of laundry, amd everything worked as it should. And if it for some reason breaks or we find something wrong, he informed us of the manufacturer and installation warranties, so we know well be fine.During the install, another gentleman, Nick, came to assist in the install. While I didnt talk to him nearly as much, Nick was also well informed and professional during his visit. He was quick in getting supplies when needed to shorten the work time as much as he could. He also brought new perspectives that correlated well with what Adam had told me during his two visits.I definitely recommend this service, especially Adam and Nick, specifically.

Ben was the lead technician that worked on my basement. I am a night shift nurse and he was very understanding and willing to work around my hectic work/sleep schedule. The entire project took about a week, Ben texted me every morning to finalize arrival times and kept me updated on how things were going. I am very satisfied with how everything turned out and would recommend RotoRooter (and especially Ben) to anyone in need of their services.

Roto-Rooter came in a timely manner. To locate leak another person had to come first day to use a moisture monitor to locate leak. Filled out paper work 3rd day and on 4th day the holes were cut in the walls and ceiling to find source of leak and drying equipment/ mold preventative was set up. The repair was made. moisture was monitored another couple days until it was dry enough to fix drywall. It was a long process but all is ready for drywall. The men- Darren, Jamal and especially Ben were very polite and returned calls to keep me updated.It was a good experience in a stressful situation .

I called Roto-Rooter out on a Sunday for a leak in my laundry room that turned out to be a major issue. The plumber, Jake, did an amazing job he explained to me everything that he was doing he fixed the leak issue and gave me really good price. Tony the man who came out and inspected my home as well as Tristan and another Jake who were the cleaners were also very professional and tried to explain everything as fully as they possibly could. Tony assisted me in beginning and insurance claim to cover the repairs that are going to be required on my home. Ive never claimed anything on my homeowners insurance before so I wasnt sure how to do it and he was very helpful.

You cannot go wrong with a straight shooter and an honest company. Quality costs (less than you think!) in money, but can you really ever go wrong doing things the right way?
