Mark Oswalt came highly recommended by a friend and he and his team didn’t disappoint.You can immediately tell they know what they’re doing and are very competent. I felt like I could trust him. They were very reasonable with prices and honest and there was no nickeling and diming. We had a gas leak and needed excavation and a whole new pipe placed and they had someone come out the same day. I had another company come out first before I knew about US plumbing and they were nickeling and diming us just for every diagnosing and would give us a high prices then say they could try to bring it down so it just felt shady.I’m going to refer US plumbing to all my friends and family and just glad we now know a good reliable plumber we can trust and call!!

Yesterday your employees Jose and Juan came out to relight my appliances since we had Atmos gas work in our neighborhood and were very nice and professional. But I wanted to see if I could make the water warmer and asked them back and they had Fernando look ar my water heater but because the knob was broken off it made it hard to adjust. He made it higher but said he would come back if I needed it. My burner did not seem to light so this morning I spoke to Maria who is also nice and she said she would see about getting Fernando back this morning and she called me back and said he would be back at 10:30. Fernando came back at 10:30 and got the burner on and got me all fixed up. Fernando was so nice and professional and I really appreciated his help. You have a great company and will call the next time I need plumbers. Thank you, Debbie Brooks

The pvc pipe, from my well house broke. U.S.Plumbing and Remodling was recommended to my son, working in Calif., while Im here in Texas. Jorge came out, in the rain, to dig through mud and repair my well pipes. He was extremely professional. He explained what had happened, noticed a large amount of water was running, after the repairs had been made, and he suggested we look for other leaks. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber or remodling. I will always ask for Jorge when I need help. He goes above and beyond what is expected of him.

Swan plumbing came to look at the issue first but later in the night the alarm went off again. This is when Alfredo from U.S. plumbing came and were able to get the problem resolved and were quick and responsible in figuring out the issue. I was thankful to hear the issues and explanation as this is my first time having to work with a plumbing service. This was a great experience and they truly are good people. They even checked to ensure everything was running smoothly! Highly recommended

Josh and Jose were fantastic. They had to coordinate with Atmos the replacement of my gas line and meter and everything was done efficiently - including the city inspection. Everything was explained clearly, and they showed great care when they came inside the house by wearing masks and booties. And when the work was done someone came back and installed sod where the lawn had been dug up. Highly recommend them.

Freddy and his team are lifesavers! During this crazy winter storm we had a pipe burst, I called him around 9am and he got someone out here to fix our busted pipe by 1pm. These gentlemen are experts you can trust to do quality work. The gas company had busted sewer pipe moved pipes around under the house . We had been without hot water for over a week and the sewer smell was only making matters worst . Then U.S Plumbing & Remodeling were called and they took care of everything in 1 day. They cleaned up the sewer mess added new pipes fixed plumage under house. They communicated with us what they were going to do and explain why. They answered our questions and cleaned up after they finished. I highly recommend U.S. Plumbing and Remodeling.

I hired the Service Dept, they sent out a young man named Ronnie, and he went beyond his duty, not only to put in a new facet, but also installed my countertops. I was extremely satisfied with his work, and was very nice and left everything in great condition. We had also had a problem with a toilet stopping up, done everything we knew to fix it, we told him about the problem. he had it fixed within 5 minutes and never have had a problem since. I highly recommend calling this Co., ask for Ronnie, he did a great job.
