    I had a problem with my water heater, so I called Ox Plumbing and they came in 30 minutes and fixed it the same day! It was an affordable and amazing service. In my opinion they are the best in the valley! 10/10 service would recommend.

    It takes over-the-top service for me to give any business 5 stars, OX Plumbing came very close. I had OX come out because I was experiencing banging water pipes (loudly) whenever my irrigation system came on. I dont have any plumbing knowledge, so I relied on Erik from OX to troubleshoot and come up with a repair plan. He suggested a fix which I agreed to. But, ultimately, this repair plan it did not fix my problem. Overall, OXs customer service is top notch, and Erik was fantastic in communicating and explaining his approach. I did have someone comment to me that the work Erik did, was great quality work, and I would agree. Although their prices are a bit high, I would recommend OX Plumbing to my family and friends for their quality of work alone. If my plumbing issue had been resolved, OX definitely would have received 5 stars.

    We were doing a bathroom remodel on a Saturday and when we replaced the water lines for the sink one of them kept leaking. We had to shut our water off. I called a few places and they were either unavailable or 3-4 hours out. I called OX Plumbing and the owner Erik said he could be there in an hour. He was super nice and replaced the lines for us with no leaks. Thank you so much.

    I was referred to Eric with Ox Plumbing by Will at Paloma Plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Eric came out to inspect our shower drainage issue and discovered a broken cast iron pipe. We had been unknowingly dumping shower water into the soil under our foundation for the last two months. Our house, built in 1958, still had its original cast iron pipes, which had degraded over time and needed to be replaced.I really appreciated how Eric took the time to assess our needs and discuss all the options with us. As first-time homeowners, we weren’t prepared for a major re-piping just six months after purchasing our home. Eric showed genuine empathy and allowed us the time we needed to make this big financial decision.Once we decided to go ahead with the re-pipe, they were able to start within just two days! Eric and his crew were amazing—kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They worked quickly and had us back in our home within a week. I also appreciated their flexibility; I asked for a few changes during the work, and they were more than happy to accommodate my requests, helping me create a setup that would work for our family for years to come. They even went the extra mile to assist non-plumbing issues; adjustments for our cat while we were out of town!I also loved that Ox Plumbing collaborated with Paloma Plumbing.     We just moved into our newly constructed home in Queen Creek. The builder put in a standard stainless steel faucet for the kitchen sink. We wanted it swapped out for a really nice black one. We requested the services of Ox Plumbing to handle the installation for us. We were not disappointed! Erik was incredible! He is very professional and knowledgeable with years and years of experience. Bonus - he is such a nice guy too! He installed the faucet in no time and it is absolutely perfect. Quality of work is top notch and his pricing is very reasonable as well.We were so impressed with Erik that we are going to have him return and replace the builder standard stainless steel sink with a white porcelain sink. Erik will also be installing a reverse osmosis system under the sink with a dedicated little faucet for fresh water and also installing a built in soap dispenser.     I first tried to go with the bigger, established plumbing service groups and found I had to wait in line too long. I needed quick, efficient professional service, but also service customized to my circumstances (inoperative water heater and electrical inconsistencies at the breaker). My first experience trying to find plumbing services that fit my needs was a disaster--their diagnosis fee was cheap, but they tried to convince me my water heater (1 year old) was a throw away and the hard selling started on how it needed replacement, for 3,000+ dollars. OX Plumbing was the exact opposite of that experience-- Im very glad I found them. Starting with the receptionist and continuing with the two technicians, they each listened, focused on caring for my needs and tackled a complex problem. It took several trips and solutions to figure it out, but they were determine and easy to communicate with--including the manager who was happy to answer a few questions I had. In the end, they found the problem and the solution, and at a reasonable price. Their marketing says they are Reliable and Affordable. They are. But they also exceeded my expectations when I got help registering the water heater and having some parts covered under factpry warranty. Ox Plumbing gets a high recommendation from me.     WOW. Erik and Caleb at Ox Plumbing are our heros! We had a kitten stuck in a storm drain, trapped in a tube surrounded by water. We called animal control, the fire dept, the police, the city of mesa. All of them told us they wouldnt lift the storm grate so we could rescue the kitten. As a last ditch effort I called Ox plumbing and Erik said he would do it! They came out and it was a struggle to open the grate but these men never gave up. They used all their tools, strength and wits to get this grate up. The kitten was terrified, but Erik and his team never gave up and we eventually got the little guy out and to safety. These men worked on this for several hours. Its hard to find people that care, but Erik and his crew have heart, go above and beyond and I have no doubt they provide the same commitment and quality service on every one of their jobs. We have already told friends and family to use Ox plumbing if they have any issues and they will be our plumber for life! Thank you Ox Plumbing!

    Amazing work!!! Had a leaky shower faucet for days. We called to have it fixed (on a Saturday no less), and Erik was at our house to fix the problem within 2 hours.     We have been using OX Plumbing for 4 years now. I have referred friends to them because I TRUST them and they do AMAZING work. They are always fast and friendly. The first time we used them was because the first plumber we had was absolutely terrible and Erik fixed all the issues in the bathroom. He has been here two or three other times for different plumbing issues and every single time they are here quickly and get the work done right the first time. Today we had our hot water heater go out, they installed a new hot water heater and we are up and running same day. By far the best plumber we have ever used and won’t call anyone else.

    Have you had water pipe break issues recently in your home? Are you looking to get your home upgraded with Pex? Doing your research and trying to decide who/ why /options /costs/ trust/ care?.well we were too! Our final answer! We are pleased to have chosen Erik Caballero with OX Plumbing to complete our whole house pex install. With past cpvc pipe breakage I believed it was only time before our home would have more water issues. It is crazy with the range of price variance (with the same needs discussed) upselling other products without focus/vague discussions and lack of quote itemization. I did A LOT of research/asked a lot of questions and met with many local companies (7 actually) to give us $$ quotes/info to what our home needed/required.     I can’t say enough positive comments about this company and the amazing guys that came to my home! It was barely over an hour from my call until they showed up! They were in this horrible August afternoon AZ heat for hours repairing the main water line to my home! The call was for one break in the pvc piping, however as they dug to uncover the line 2 additional leaks were found. Their price was more than fair and you would have never known I had an issue when they left. In fact, I think the landscaping looked better than before they got here lol! I had 2 things installed.Pressure regulator: Pretty straight-forward but a very clean installation. A plumber who takes pride in their work does not leave solder drips all over the place, and Ox Plumbing left the cleanest pipe fittings Ive ever seen. Pressure was tested and adjusted properly.Water softener: Again, a super clean install. Works as described. System doesnt eat through salt like others Ive had. Warranty is great, and having soft water is amazing.

    We called Eric around Christmas 2023. Despite busy holiday season, he came out and looked at our shower handle which had broken off. Other plumbers had told us that extensive repairs were required and quoted us thousands of dollars. Eric was honest and did the repairs in under $300. We recently had another issue, and Eric dropped by the same day. He is very reasonable, willing to work with peoples budgets, and stands behind his work. I plan on using Eric for all my plumbing needs going forward and rely on his referrals for other maintenance work around my house. If you’re looking for an honest person for your plumbing needs, who is going to tell you what you need and charge you fairly, is willing to accommodate your schedule and emergencies, then Eric is your man.     Eric at Ox Plumbing always comes thru, we had a bad toilet leak that was ruining our bathroom tiles and dry wall and we werent sure what to do about it, so we called Ox Plumbing to get an estimate and an idea of the repairs. Eric answered and gave us an extremely fair price, was very helpful and was over right away to fix the problem. His work was superb, he fixed the connections and properly sealed the toilet. NO MORE LEAK! After this project we also had him install a REVERSE OSMOSIS water filter in our kitchen, again he was a pleasure to work with. He had it installed in no time at all, a well-done job with no hidden costs.
