So very pleased with my services from Kendall’s Plumbing. Kendall came the first time to fix an issue with the toilet, fixed in 30 minutes. Then Matt came to fix the tub spout, took longer to fix but it was a more complicated issue but wow I’m impressed with his handy work. Caulking line was the most perfect I’ve ever seen. That’s a company that cares. Also big shout out to the women running the behind the scenes, you were so helpful and a great calming presence. I can tell the company runs as smooth as it does because of those ladies!! Thank you all!

Kendall Plumbing has been our go-to plumber for the past 10+ years. I figured Im overdue for a review, since we just used them again for replacing the water heater in our new place. Weve had them do a lot of various things at our old place. Everything from fixing clogged drains, leaking faucets, replacing garbage disposals on a short notice to hydro jetting the laundry line. Theyre always reasonably priced, honest, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They will explain everything so you can make the right decision. Always a pleasure working with this company. Finding a good plumber is easier said than done. I was referred to Kendall’s by another person in the trades. I had the good fortune to communicate and work with Christi, Cary, Blake, and the owner, Kendall. What a breath of fresh air. This company is friendly, punctual, and quite fair. I had a few items that required service and I was under an unusually tight timeframe. Kendall Plumbing truly went above and beyond. I’d recommend this entity to anyone seeking quality and professionalism at a reasonable cost. A+.

Scott from Kendall Plumbing came to our mobile home today to help us unclog a bathroom drain and also install a new shower head we purchased to replace the old one. Scott was very respectful of our property, efficient in his work habits and the price was reasonable. He made sure everything was working to our satisfaction before leaving. Setting up the appointment and getting answers to our questions and concerns was also a pleasant experience. We will definitely be calling Kendall Plumbing for our next project.

Had a leak we couldnt find, dripping from our upstairs to our downstairs, right at the start of labor day weekend. The technician, Brett, arrived less than thirty minutes after we called. He ran every step he was taking by us, found and fixed the problem quickly, and even cleaned up some of the mess we made trying to find the problem ourselves. Brett was even understanding with our very territorial dog. Great work right when we needed it and it came in under $200. Absolute top recommendation.Edit:3 years and a new house later I called Kendall Plumbing again for a clog between the cleanout and the street on an emergency weekend call. Scott helped diagnose the issue over the phone, kept me in the loop on his eta, arrived quickly, and got the job done in no time. Very grateful this company continues to provide excellent service.

This is the 2nd time Ive contacted Kendall Plumbing and Ive been 100% satisfied both times. Last time I needed the line reamed out in the wall that leads to the bathroom sink. This time I purchased a new kitchen faucet and toilet. The serviceman was Blake and he was everything you would like about a serviceman. He worked steady and he was professional and answered all my questions. And a big gold star to the girl who answered the phone, who guided me through the whole process. Good job Kendall Plumbing.

We moved into our new home a week ago and while getting familiar with our sprinkler system and putting some new plants in, I managed to break an already weak pipe that happened to be connected to our main valve. We have a home warranty, so I attempted to schedule a repair since we had to turn the water off to the whole house. Apparently, the home warranty company believes that no water to the house isnt a big deal, that 24 hours is an appropriate response time for an emergency and Sunday is a bit inconvenient. I guess I should have planned better. Anyway, after waiting for 4 hours for a call back, we gave up and Googled a 24 hour emergency plumber. Warren swept in and saved the day (or night, as it were). :) I got a call back within 5 minutes and Warren was on site within 20. He was happy, pleasant, friendly AND did an amazing job on the repair. He also explained what the cost would be before he came out, so no surprises when he got done. Seemed like a very reasonable price for working in the dark on a Sunday. Just found my life-long plumbing contractor. Thank you!!

I have used Kendall Plumbing for five different jobs at my home. Every plumber they send out is polite and explains very clearly the work and cost of needed repairs. They do quality work but there is no other way to explain their prices but as surprisingly inexpensive. On my kitchen sink faucet replacement I had a small drip leak a day later and they came out within a few hours did the job over again at no cost to me.

He put me at ease on what needed to be done at well as being understanding with asking him to wear a mask dude to COVID. They were also able to come out the same day,! We moved in to our house almost 1 year ago to the day and have been trying to figure out what was causing an intermittent sewer gas smell the entire time. We’ve had several people out to evaluate the problem and everyone said there isn’t much we can do without tearing your house up. We finally had Precision Locating out last week to do a smoke test to find the leaks and Kendall Plumbing was one of the companies they recommended to repair them. Scott just left our house after fixing the 2 cracked pipes and an improperly installed toilet. The sewer gas smell is completely gone! They even fit us in to their schedule a few days earlier than they thought they could, which we so appreciated. Their prices are extremely fair and their service is unmatched. I would highly recommend these guys and we will be calling them first if we have another plumbing issue.

I dont usually give 5 stars because I feel that so many times they are fake reviews, but this company deserves 5 stars! Sunday morning my main sewer line plugged and I called Kendall Plumbing because of the good reviews they received on Next Door. They came right out and fixed my problem. From the time of my call for help and having my sewer cleared was only 2 1/2 hours. I dont think you can get service better than that. Thank you, Kendall Plumbing!

Kendall was recommended to me by my regular plumber, Hacienda Plumbing Inc in Gilbert. I called Kendall Plumbing and Rooter about my clogged drain at 4pm in the afternoon. They were there by 6pm, cleared the drain and charged me a very reasonable price. Scott was the technician and he was professional, thorough and wore a well fitted cloth mask the entire time. I realize why my regular plumber would recommend them for clogged drains and sinks. Highly recommend!

Kendall Plumbing was called to fix an issue another plumbing company caused. The other plumber dropped a scraper tool down our toilet drain while doing a wax ring replacement. He then tried to retrieve it, but he only pushed it further back. We knew we needed to get it out to avoid possible back ups in the future. That is where Kendall Plumbing and Warren came in to save the day! They don’t make a tool specifically for this job, so Warren had to come up with an option to get it out. What I appreciate so much was he kept trying and didn’t give up after a couple of failed attempts. What a sense of relief I felt when I saw him pull it out of the drain! We will definitely be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future! Trust me, you don’t want to call the other guys! Thank you Warren and Kendall Plumbing so much!

My family has used Kendall Plumbing for as long as I can remember. Kendall has always been fair, kind, and knowledgeable!I bought my first home last year. Kendall himself came to help inspect my home and let me know certain things, and what to expect given the age of appliances/fixtures. Since then Ive had his guys out to my home 3 different times. Different reasons (clogged sinks, disposals not working) and the service has been the same. Great employees, who work efficiently and with great care.Today, Scott came out and replaced my hot water heater, removed a non working water softener that we inherited from the previous owners, he checked a sink that was leaking and discovered our disposal was leaking and he replaced that as well!! All was done quickly (for the amount of work needed), he was kind and patient and explained different things to me about the hot water heater, and the price was beyond fair.I wont go to anyone else for my needs. Im a Kendall Plumbing customer for life.

I love this company!! They are kind, courteous, and go over and above to ensure the job is done and done proper!!. From my initial contact with Christy to meeting Scott, I cant say enough. I initially called them for a plugged main drain. Scott knew exactly what to do and within 30 mins, everything was fixed. Ive now called them to install a new kitchen faucet. 100% recommend. I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling from my washing machine pipe on the second floor. I woke up at 4am saturday morning to water coming thru the light sockets. I called these guys because they had 24 service. Brett called back right away and came thru at 5am. Has a baby at home but came out right away. Fixed the leak in an hour, cutting out the busted copper pipe which was in the hardest to reach spot. Thank you guys for your quick and professional service. I will recommend you to anyone who asks.

We moved into a house built in 1972, we LOVE the house, but with time, things happen..... POOT happens, and unfortunately we had issues with a sewer line backing up into the toilets and bathtubs. After calling in our concerns and trouble to Kendall plumbing, they were very knowledgeable and responsive. They had a very nice gentleman out the same day AFTER HOURS, who flushed the air vents through the roof of our house, his name was Warren. Kendall plumbing tried to complete the easiest, most economical fixes first, to avoid higher costs. Unfortunately, but after a few days the fix was unsuccessful, so to avoid the expensive fixes, they utilized a camera in the sewer line, and again flushed and snaked all available sewer pipes; this we believe was the owner of Kendall Plumbing; very nice man. They discovered a broken sewer line underground in our front yard, and they had communication with a gentleman with a back-hoe/digging service, and coordinated that service together the NEXT DAY! **Scott** with Kendall Plumbing has been to our house 4 times at least my husband and I can remember, the most of anyone, and is VERY nice down to earth guy. Shane was a nice man that came out on-call on a Sunday. They are kind, and understood what a pain in the tush and issue we had with a broken sewer line. They dug up the front yard to replace the old and disintegrated pipe in the front yard; they used quality replacement pipe. They replaced all the dirt and rock nicely in the front yard, and used good caution in the front yard to protect our 30 year old peach and plum trees, and our big treasured climbing/swing tree in the front yard, which has all of our bird houses and bird bath. They were kind and respectful, and treated our family and our property/yard like it was their own. We truly appreciated the service they provide, and the courteous, skilled, efficient, honest, timely, wonderful plumbers/gentlemen that work for their company. Christy, is a very nice gal that works in the office and coordinates the plumbers jobs/schedule; she communicated with my husband Matt many, MANY times, to make sure we were all on the same page; my husband valued how well she communicates, like a long term friend. We would DEFINITELY utilize their services again should a plumbing issue arise, and we also would DEFINTELY recommend their services to other homeowners with major plumbing issues. They responded quickly, even AFTER HOURS, and made good time, were ON TIME, even coming from their main office in Mesa, and their road trip across Phoenix and the Valley to west/rural Peoria; a 45-50 mile EACH way trip. The valve on my water main broke while I was doing my own plumbing repairs in the evening! Yikes, water was leaking in the house! Kendall plumbing is the absolute best! Their prices are the most reasonable and they are professional, courteous, and do an excellent job. They have been my go-to plumber for the past 13 years.I have two trees with roots that have snuck into my main sewer line and I have needed to call them out several times for a clean out over the past 13 years. This is the second time Warren did the job but this time he went above and beyond (didnt know it was even possible). His attitude is so positive and really put me at ease.I know that, eventually, I will need to replace the main line, but I know who I will call when that time comes.These guys are the absolute BEST plumbers in the Valley. Do yourself a favor and give them a call right away!

I had toilet that clogged and leaked at the base in the early hours..I called a local plumber but he couldnt get to me till the next day...so I contacted a few other companies...but they said either the next day or later in the afternoon.So I contacted Kendall plumbing...and the could have a plumber within the hour. I was happy to hear that. But the plumber called me and said hell be at my house in 10 minutes. Even better. He came when he said he would andi told him the problem. He got right to work...fixed the broke wax seal and cleared the flage and drain. Cleaned up around the bathroom...made sure the toilet flushed ..and calked the base of the toilet. Real fast and very professional!He gave me a quote on the price and I was thrilled it was very reasonable and I left him a good tip! I HIGHLY recommend this company for quick response. . professionalism and doing a GREAT JOB!

Weve used Kendall twice now - May 2020 and August 2021. They repaired a pipe by an outdoor water spigot inside a cinder block wall. The other time they unclogged a pipe between our bathrooms. Both times they sent Chris and were quick to respond, up front about costs and most of all - did great work. I highly recommend them and will be using them exclusively from now on!

I called this company based on the positive reviews posted on NextDoor, and they were great! The person I spoke to at the office was very friendly and capable, and helped me feel very confident in their ability to help me. They were able to send someone out the next morning (it wasn’t an emergency) and he arrived right at the beginning of the 2-hour window they’d given me.Warren was also very friendly and professional. He was quickly able to determine how to resolve the broken pipe, and actually improved the set up so the shower is better overall, not just back to the way it was. The price was less than I was anticipating, too.Altogether, I am very pleased with my dealings with this company and would recommend them to others.

Kendalls plumbing was great! Replaced the kitchen faucet that I purchased and the insides of the toilet plus pipes all for $170 and in one hour! Brett was the 2nd youngest of 4 sons of Mr. Kendall. The service of this company is phenomenal. I called and spoken to Kristy about my problem. In less than an hour their technician - Darren showed up in my house and fixed the issues in less than 15 minutes - replaced the coupling & reconnected the burst pipe, dried & restarted water heater. The service was reasonably priced as well. Kristy actually made a follow-up call back 20 minutes after my initial call that the technician is on his way. Darren you are my savior man. Our bathroom tub upstairs had a faucet that would not turn off and was running full blast. We had to turn the water off to the whole house in order for it to stop. Our property manager was unaware that they offered 24 hr service and sent them our work order after hours via email. Of course I was livid when I looked the company up online and called to find out not only were they open, but that they would have came out that night had they recieved the work order by phone as they do not view emails after hours.Scott who was on call, called me right away even though he couldnt help me. He was kind and professional.First thing on the morning today, someone called me and stated they couldnt come out till the afternoon. Well... We have 8 ppl in our house. 5 who are children and 3 of those are teen boys who need to BATHE! I am also pregnant. Long story short.... We needed our water turned back on asap. She called me back less than 20 mins later and said a plumber was on his way.The gentleman whose name I did not catch was very professional. He was thorough and quick.I am very pleased with this company and encourage anyone to use them.

I recently moved back to the valley after being in Seattle for almost a decade. I spent my last three years there working as the only maintenance guy for a late 60s apartment complex of 104 units. With all the rain Seattle gets in the winter, how cheap the property owners were in getting good plumbers to come, and the fact that some of those buildings were old and had plumbing issues since they were basement level, I got used to plumbing quite a bit myself, and when things went beyond my scope I was lucky enough to see what bad plumbers are like and how much fun it is to work with them.Now, Im working as the only maintenance guy for a 45 year-old complex in west Mesa. Weve had to call Kendall Plumbing a handful of times since I started out here, a couple of times after-hours. They have been really efficient in coming when I was told they would come. They always call when theyre on their way. They always get the job done. I love when Kendall himself comes out because he is just really down-to-earth, nice, and a pleasure to work with. They always knock it out of the park and I feel really good knowing they always have my back.
