Over the weekend, we found ourselves dealing with a slow pipe leak that had caused some damage to the ceiling. Billy, from Colin & Sons Plumbers, had previously done some excellent work for us. I quickly contacted Billy, and he responded promptly. Billy spent about 15 minutes discussing the issue with me, even though he was on vacation. He even encouraged me to call back if I had any further queries. As he was out of town, I considered other plumbers but was disappointed with their poor response and online reviews. We value Billys work so highly that we decided to wait a few days until he was back to deal with the leak. Upon his return, the repair work was carried out swiftly and professionally, even though the leak was in a challenging location. I fully intend to only use Colin & Sons Plumbers for all my future plumbing needs!

Billy did an amazing job fixing a leak in my shower upstairs, substitifying my bathroom sinks and faucets, repairing a dripping hose bib, and adjusting the hot water circulation so that I now get instant hot water in my kitchen. Billy was prompt in responding to my call for an estimate and was able to quickly schedule and complete the repairs. His pricing was fair and he kept me updated on any issues or concerns throughout the process. Billy made sure to check in at each step of the process to ensure I was happy with his work, and even made a follow-up call to confirm everything was still working perfectly and that I was satisfied. The leak in my shower posed a significant challenge, requiring him to visit four different suppliers to find the right part that could fix the problem without needing to tear out my shower. Despite this setting him back in terms of time, he managed to resolve the issue successfully. Showing his commitment and dedication, Billy stayed on the job until 9:30 p.m. with my agreement, to make sure everything was completed. He also fixed my leaky hose bib without having to damage the stucco or resort to welding the pipe, contrary to what others had suggested. Billy has been instrumental in resolving numerous issues that I had been procrastinating on. I am greatly relieved, and would definitely recommend his services to others. His dedication to his work and his commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.
