Zachary was very informative and wasn’t bothered by all my questions.I had the 37 point inspection done to make sure everything was working as expected.I called them after hours on Saturday and left a message I wanted to have my ac inspected. They responded to me within an hour of leaving my message to get an appointment set up for me. I wasn’t expecting to hear back until Monday so that was impressive to me.

These guys are great! They’re friendly, personable, and explain everything thoroughly.We used Weather Masters when we first purchased our home in 2022 for our initial plumbing inspection. Their first impression was great and so we’ve always stuck with them.A few weeks ago had an unexpected leak from the water heater to the kitchen sink. The water would leak from the kitchen wall and slowly pool in the carport. Laramie was able to come out for the estimate. He explained the process and why it happened. We were then referred to a leak detection specialist for accuracy on where the leaks were.Today Laramie and Chance were able to seal off the leaks and reroute the hot water pipes up through the attic and in the kitchen wall. They were done within a couple hours. They did a great job cleaning up all the drywall, plaster, rock sheet, and dust. Both technicians are extremely knowledgeable and reliable. They’re always willing to answer any questions honestly and without the run around. Weather Masters does the job right the first time. We will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.

Ive had extensive experience with Weather Masters. First I have contracted them for quarterly maintenance and replacement of multiple aging units at commercial buildings I am in charge of. Their techs are on time and professional. On a few occasions Ive also had my home units go out, always on hot summer days/evening, what else would you expect? Ive had to call at 5pm on a Friday and they were able to get a tech out that night to get us back up and running. Ive also called later and got their after hours person. Although I wasnt able to get a tech out that night , they were out in the morning and got us up and running. Something my family and I were thankful for. If you call and get Allie, she is amazing!

Daniel Dunlap is the person that came out and helped my family and I. The first interaction we had with him he kept assuring me that he would get a solution for me that same day. At that point I had been dealing with my property management for a little over a month and had sent about 6 technicians to look at the issue and none could find what the problem was or how to solve it. They are very responsive and communicate well with you as the client. Daniel explained the whole process in detail and in a way I could understand. I am very pleased with his service, I am glad he is working there!

Yesterday I had a good experience with HVAC Repair Tech Keith who was able to describe what caused the problem we were having and he had the unit back up and running in a couple hours. Also, the scheduling is efficient as we called after hours at 6PM and they had the tech scheduled and unit repaired by late morning the next day. I keep coming back as they have always been quick to respond and fair with price. They are an honest company.

I called two other plumbers prior and weather masters came out the same day (when the other places said it would take them 2 days to come out) and charged me $100 less then what the other plumbers estimated. Weather Masters Plumbing LLC was sent out to my newly rented home over the summer. Knowing this was an irrigation issue and not a plumbing issue, I was not at all surprised when Brent was unable to resolve the issue.But here is where Brents true nature shined through... Despite being unable to fix the irrigation issue, Brent noticed that there was a large amount of water flowing through the house, even after the irrigation was shut off. I imagine many plumbers wouldnt even have looked to see if this was happening once they realized they couldnt fix the issue they were dispatched to resolve. Brent took the time to walk around the property to see if there was a noticeable leak and then spoke to me about water running in the home. (There was no *known* water running at that time.)Needless to say, I was more than a little panicked! I had only moved into the home just shy of two weeks earlier. I hadnt noticed any leaks, but I had reported strange seemingly plumbing related noises on the day I moved in. Once he received approval from the landlord to enter the home to determine what was causing so much water to be flowing through the house, Brent very quickly recognized that the noises were related to a water softener. In a short amount of time, he found that there had been a water softener installed in the crawl space above the garage and that this water softener had been removed without properly capping the pipes. (Or something along those lines. Im not a plumber. Ask Brent. 😉 )Brent turned the water off to the home, per my request, and then finally received approval to return two days later to fix the problem and restore the water flow to the home. Were it not for Brent and the confidence he instilled in me, this would have been an even more stressful situation for me. Brent was the absolute best plumber that could have been sent out to my home. Im sure other plumbers at Weather Masters are wonderful, but Im not sure that any of them can hold a candle to Brent. I will literally never forget him and will recommend Weather Masters Plumbing LLC to anyone who will listen.

Had Weather Masters come out to my home when I heard they were offering an AC inspection and tune up. The technician was great. He didnt just get up there and poke around only to come down to tell me it was time to settle up. He and I went on the roof together and he walked me through the system and let me know where I should have the system serviced. He didnt try to push me into getting the work done. In fact he told me Im good for the time being but that they were suggestions. I would use these guys again. Very reputable company.

I hadnt ever had my AC system serviced in the 6 years I have lived in my home. The system is likely 18-20 years old.I called Weathermasters and Jason came out and did a thorough inspection. He found one issue that could cause problems for my motor down the road, but was completely up front that my system was currently running fine. There was no high pressure to sell me the new part. (I did choose to have the part replaced.)He also took time to answer all my questions about my current system and gave me a quote on replacement when the need arises down the road.Id recommend Weather Masters.

This year we purchased a new A/C and the care & time all technicians took to install the unit & air handler (heater) was amazing....5 GOLD STARs AMAZING! After the unit had been running a week or so, they came back to make sure all was well and checked everything and returned again after 4-6 wks to make sure the unit was to our satisfaction; a technician (Keith) did the second check - another remarkable tech! Diagnosed the problem was my compressor, replaced it then found the other issues, repaired them and stayed into the night until the unit was working properly. I don’t even have words to express how grateful I am. I rent and have had an ongoing plumbing issue since moving in 6 months ago. Every 2-3 weeks our drain clogs, the property management sends out a plumber, then 2-3 weeks later REPEAT! Today they FINALLY sent a new company and we got Dan. Dan was thorough and although when entering he initially said that house was old, cast iron pipes, sludge etc. But he actually took the time to dive DEEP and he solved this mystery! Thanks to his patience and attention to detail he uncovered our plumbing was not installed in compliance with code, in fact it’s been done horribly wrong and this is why no matter what we do, the pipes continue to drain. I’m so happy I literally have tears as I write this, I don’t think anyone knows how frustrating it is to not be able to use your kitchen, washing machine, and sometimes even the shower for multiple days every single month. We plan to buy when our lease is up and we absolutely come back to this company!

I was really bummed when my water heater quit working on a Saturday morning. I looked at the manufacturers website to find an authorized repair contractor. I started contacting them, and most of them never got back to me. Weather Masters however got right back to me and I got on their schedule in a very timely fashion. Because I didnt consider this an emergency, I was worried it may take some time to ge a plumber out to fix it. These guys were very quick and responsive to come get it taken care of. When the tech arrived (which was right on time), he was polite and professional and got the job done very quickly and the price was VERY reasonable. I was very happy with Weather Masters from start to finish! Highly recommend!!
