1st class people and a great job.They showed up on time and had everything they need to complete the work.They installed a whole new “main valve” along with a WiFi controlled valve I wanted installed.When we leave town I like turning off my water so if something leaks inside, I won’t have days or weeks of water damage.The WiFi allows me to manage it if I leave and forget or need to turn on and off for just a bit.

TruFlow’s technician came out right after we called and was able to quickly detect and repair a badly damaged hose bib and conduct a test to ensure there were no more leaks in our plumbing. Their prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced service was quite a relief to us as we dealt with this issue from the other side of the world!

Josh and Taylor were very diligent in finding the source of our problem. We have had a sulphur smell that comes through the house whenever we shower. They quickly found out we had no P pipe that connected the bathtub to the shower. They installed a new one same day and it took them less than an hour to do it. They also glued our septic tank cap which was likely also contributing to smell. So far we have had no more sulphur smell. Thank you TruFlow Plumbing!

He and his team were clean, fast and he even had a plumbing suggestion that has been a game changer on our little homestead. The technician ( Egan) arrived on time and went right to work removing the old one and putting in a new kitchen faucet! We have a water filter system under the sink which takes quite a lot of room, and I feel sure makes the work more challenging! However, the tech was able to maneuver around the tank and filters and did a great job and finished in a timely manner!
