I had a garbage disposal replacement today. Tyler and Chad even showed up a little early before the scheduled time, which I thought was great! They replace the disposal in a very timely manner and were both courteous and professional. They even tightened my kitchen faucet which was very loose as a courtesy which I think is above and beyond. I also wanted to give a shout out to Alexis for being courteous and friendly when helping rearrange my original scheduled time. I highly recommend The Plumber, their staff is very courteous, friendly. professional and fair priced as well.

And he advised us on getting a pressure regulator since ours was too high and not good for our pipes (we just moved in and still learning about things) and he was able to install that the same day too. 1½ hours and got a 18 year old water softener replaced. Great price and great unit from a local company designed for our water. Josh, Tyler, Stratton and Alexis are great people and I really enjoyed their service and company. Judging by what theyve done, Im sure their other non-water softening services are great and will call them first if I need a plumber again. If you need a water softener specifically, I 10/10 recommend them, you dont even need to call around because these guys will be the best. If you needed a sign to do one from someone, this is it.

From the moment I called, the service was kind, professional, and fast. Within two hours, the owner, Josh, was at our home, quickly identifying we had a slab leak. Josh took the time to sit down with my husband and me, go over the estimate, and even drew us a basic picture of what the repair process would entail. In less than 48 hours of my initial phone call, Josh and Stratton were at our home by 8 AM, and had the leak resolved within a few hours. They took extra care to minimize any dry wall damage to our home, and left their work areas tidy before they left. This company Was very responsive and helped us even when there was nothing in it for them to find out some information about my old water heater. Because of that, I hired them to come do an inspection and found that we really did need a new water heater as I had suspected. Tyler, The Plumber, that came was really knowledgeable and knew everything he needed to know. He even offered to get our water softener working and we didn’t even know it wasn’t working. He got it working again and it didn’t charge us and he also fixed our toilet handle for free. They were all experience was his company was excellent and I highly recommend them.

I would recommend The Plumber. They have great customer service as they didnt charge me when a home depot installer erroniously said I needed a plumber for my refrigerator install because the valve was supposedly stuck. One of the plumbers came to the house and the valve was fine. They could have charged me a service call but they waived the fee. This shows that the Company has integrity. They willbe my go to plumber in the future.

Omg I cant say enough about this company and how wonderful it is. The connection piece in our kitchen sink broke and the pipe separated from the sink. I called several places that wanted to redo the entire pipe system and charge an arm and a leg. I called The Plumber and the wonderful office assistant (I feel so horrible I dont remember her name) helped us get someone out in just a couple hours so we could use our kitchen sink again. She called back with any updates on the driver and they sent us a text when they were on the way. Stratton was AMAZING! He was so respectful, so friendly, he even put booties on so he wouldnt get anything on the carpet that might have been on his shoes. He looked under the sink and saw it was a simple piece to replace, popped it in and was done in literally two minutes. And it didnt cost me an arm and a leg! He thanked us for our time, and was on his way. I will never use another plumber again. They made this process so quick and painless, and it was a pleasure meeting and working with Stratton. He was really on top of things and just wonderful to talk to.

Our water heater had a leak and we called The plumber on Thursday. They helped us check our warranty from when the previous home owner purchased the unit and we found out we had a month of warranty coverage left. Instead of making us pay for a whole new unit, we just had to pay a warranty replacement fee. This saved us over $400. They came out today (Tuesday) to swap the unit. They showed up on time and Jesse gave us a heads up call that he was heading to get our replacement unit and would be heading our way. All work was done with no mess. Jesse is a super cool guy and did a great job! I highly recommend The Plumber for any plumbing needs!

We always use The Plumber. Excellent service every time. Recently, we had Stratton out to replace a garbage disposal that was leaking. The repair was quick and the price was reasonable. In the fall, we had Chad out to repair a leak from the house to the pool. Big job that required him to get under the pool deck. Chad found the problem and addressed the deteriorating piping in the water fill valve. Chad was professional, courteous, and explained the repair. Previously we had Stratton out to address a drain clog associated with the washer leaking. He found a soft blockage and then showed me how to clear my son’s bathtub drain manually instead of using draino. Then in the past we thought we could have a slab leak but it turned out we did not and Josh shared how I could check for a leak. At the visit Josh did determine that the hot water heater needed to be replaced. Stratton came out and did the replacement…great work!

This is the absolute best plumbing company I have worked with in the Phoenix area! No fluff. No vague hand waving. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Their attention to detail is unmatched. They provided detailed written descriptions on their quotes which has been extremely helpful as the job was massive in scope. When the original job became more extensive they were extremely clear about what needed to be done and what my options would be to correct the problems. My technician, Stratton, has been fantastic during the entire process of correcting the plumbing in a 65 year old Tempe home loaded with corroded cast iron and galvanized steel. Stratton worked hard to contain the mess created by jackhammering and trenching floors. He and his crew always left the job at the end of the day with things organized and cleaned up. I think the best part of working with Stratton and The Plumber is the excellent communication that occurred. I never felt like I was left to guess what they were doing and why. Their name says it all, THE Plumber.Once again The Plumber AZ and Stratton came to my rescue. The prior homeowner did weird DIY repipe that left waterlines on the exterior of walls. He suggested that replacing the faucet would solve the problem. He provided quotes and he pointed out that it would be more cost effective for me to shop for the replacement. There was nothing urgent so waiting a few days was no big deal. He offered to schedule the install for the next day but I needed to go buy the replacement. I bought it and scheduled a time for the install. They offered late that same afternoon but I decided to wait for the next day. Both appointments were very prompt - maybe a little bit early. Stratton returned and took care of it all. Everything was cleaned up and we verified the problem was solved. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I couldnt be happier with this company! Found a water leak early in the morning, gave them a call, and less than an hour later they were at my house diagnosing where the leak was coming from. The Plumber was recommended on NextDoor by my neighbors, so I gave them a call for an outdoor leak coming from my main water line. Their tech Stratton came out that afternoon and wrote up several quotes depending on which option I chose. He answered all my questions before and after the repair, showed me a photo of the underground repair, and cleaned up the area afterwards.
