S3 came out to replace my toilet and valve. He was called out as part of a restoration due to an emergent water damage situation at my home. Ive had many tradesmen in my house over the past few weeks and Sultan was absolutely the most professional, friendly and informative. As I am Neurodivergent, I typically need to know all the details of a situation as well as the whys behind everything. Sultan explained everything in detail, why things were needed, what to expect, etc. I truly appreciate the time it takes to explain things and help me feel comfortable.Not only did he do an amazing job, he left my bathroom looking better than when he showed up. The painter had an absolute mess left in there. Sultan took the time to move the mess out, fix the plumbing, then place the painters items back in an organized, and neat manner. That did not go unnoticed, I appreciate this care so much. Generally only a family member would care enough to basically clean up after someone else.Thank you so much S3! Today, I walked out of the house to a nightmare! My front yard hose piping had sprung a leak. After numerous plumbing services telling me they couldnt make it today or not for 4 or 5 hours, I was relieved to hear S3 plumbing said they were on their way after getting my phone call.Sultan arrived 20 minutes later, shut off the water, and after telling and showing me what had to be done; dug out the pipe line and replaced the complete fixture for a very fair cost!I dont leave reviews, but I will ALWAYS call S3 plumbing services for all my plumbing needs.Trust me when I say, Call S3 Plumbing!

I called at 9:15 am, Sultan came out at about 3pm that same afternoon and explaiined everything to my brother as I was at work and it was fixed in no time. No leak. If i could leave more stars, i would!!! I called S3 plumbing after our water heater went out after coming home from work. Long after most plumbing companies close. I saw that he was 24/7, and he came right over and got to work! Knew what the problem was right away. Turned out we had a pretty big leak in the house from the damaged water heater. He was also able to call a restoration company to come out right away as well! It was such a relief. We’ve had plumbing problems before, and been given the run around with them having to leave and come back, but S3 plumbing stayed until almost 2am to install a new water heater and made sure the job was complete. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything he was doing, and what we could do to ensure the longevity of our new water heater. Not once did he attempt to oversell us on something we didn’t need. He ensured us that if we ever needed anything , to give him a call and he would come back. Overall, we are very thankful for S3 plumbing. And will be using S3 plumbing for any other future needs.

I am not an expert on plumbing, but it is clear that he did not do a lazy job fixing both leaks. One of the pipes was pvc and the other was copper. Sultan had come across a problem with the line at 50 foot snake that didnt work but he had another snake and the clogged was immediately removed. And he helped with the water damage.
