I cant Thank Rubio Heating and Cooling enough. They arrived fast and prompt and they tried to help me get my ac working again but it was done. I am so lucky because secondly we discussed replacing the unit and was quote a great and extremely fair price. We moved forward and Eron did a great job. I will never call anyone else ever again. We are forever friends for the honest pricing and not trying to take advantage of the situation I was in having two little ones and being in need of ac for this AZ summers. I would recommend Rubio Heating & Cooling to everyone. Thank You!

We have used Rubio Heating and Cooling for years. We utilize them for yearly tune ups, and even have had to call him when our ac broke over the summer. Every time we have been highly impressed with the quality of work he provides along with his customer service. Eron takes the time to explain what he is doing. He is very transparent, and informative. I highly recommend Eron with Rubio Heating and Cooling not only for ac emergencies but annual tuneups.

I have had a few small issues and he has quickly diagnosed them and got my ac running. He has also done two tune ups for me and never once tried to make an issue bigger than it was. He has laid out a plan on a good way to upgrade my system when I am ready and wouldn’t trust anyone else after these interactions.

Eron inspected our A/C unit and duct work. He gave me a couple options at different price points and explained their efficacy. We settled on brand new everything, as it would be most economical in the long run. He ran new duct work throughout my entire house and installed a new unit. This resulted in lower electricity bills and I was able to keep my house cooler in the summertime. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. He communicates every step of the way. I highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.

Eron came out and was friendly and more than willing to take the time to explain everything we had questions on. Good quality work. Checked over the whole system and gave input to previous work and general system health. We had faulty thermostat trip awhile back and a different tech came out to quickly remedy the issue, Eron was able to walk me through what the previous tech did and why, as well as offered insight to how to affected the system and operation. Very happy with the service.

Eron was quick to reply to my message and scheduled me the following day. With ease he diagnosed the problem and fixed it without costing me $$$$.I have a home warranty but I chose to call Eron instead because I’m tired of them sending me under-qualified, unprofessional, and rough looking repairman that can’t make it out for days despite the blistering Arizona heat. Plus, if they have to get any parts, it’s a few more days of waiting because they have to clear it with the home warranty company first. Eron had the part already with him, and he was on his way to the next job in no time at all. He also gave me great advice on thermostats and which ones stand the test of time.
