I don’t know about you, but when a sink or toilet gets blocked, or water starts backing up in your tub…stuff like that…I want it fixed NOW! It freaks me out and all kinds of scenarios play in my head! So when we found that ROTO-ROOTER was still around we dialed that number in hope!Our kitchen sink was backed up and a plunger did nothing! We tried a snake and it did nothing. It was a sunday, today, and they told us someone would be out within the hour! I was shocked and thrilled!My kitchen gets a lot of use and something like this fills me with anxiety!Casey came out on time. It took almost two hours of snaking. He figured the blockage was about 35 feet down the pipe.We recently bought this home and prior owners did nothing to maintain this beautiful home!We believe that grease and/or oil was poured down the sinks without running hot water during. After years of this going on that stuff slowly built up in the pipe walls actually hardening and as the water drained a little slower no one paid attention enough to call anyone out and WE got lucky enough to be the ones to deal with that pipe totally closed off!Casey said lots of people don’t know how to maintain their pipes. He would get the water draining a tiny bit, then have to snake more, and then water would drain a tiny bit more over and over. It took him a few hours to get the pipe free and clear. Casey was so polite, kind and very comfortable to be around! If you get him out to your home count yourself lucky, he was a pleasure!In a HEART BEAT I will be contacting them as soon as anything concerning my plumbing is a concern!

If you have an emergency and you need fast, efficient help, look no further. We had a main line blockage during a wedding at our venue with 240 people! We called 20 different 24/7 emergency plumbers without any luck. Casey with Roto-Rooter was at our facility less than an hour after speaking to the company on the phone. David came through yesterday to fix my garbage disposal and was able to clear it out a bit but it still didn’t work; he still tried and did a good job and was helpful. Today, Mason and Mason came through to fix my tub drain and were very knowledgeable and helpful. Cleared the drain out and gave recommendations on how to keep it clear as well as other pointers. Went above and beyond not only fixing the tub drain but were able to get the garbage disposal working again!I 10 out of 10 recommend Roto Rooter! They came out both days for free to check out the issue and didn’t charge unless they had to do work, which was the second day. We initially had a local company come out to check out the tub but they were no where as knowledgeable as roto rooter. They left me thinking I would need to redo all the plumbing. Sometimes we want to use local companies but unfortunately they seem to up charge for everything whether or not they get the job done. Unfortunately they just can’t seem to afford to help the customers like a larger company but if you get a larger company WITH good customer, you’re winning. That’s Roto Rooter!

I had them come out and do it again 1 May 2024 to prevent any issues that may come in the future from continued tree root growth. Mason was my technician and he was very helpful and efficient with taking care of my preventive maintenance and he made some recommendations for additional cleanings and procedures to consider in the future. They charged me $100 for the service call. I was grateful as a local plumbing company quoted me $2600 to replace some pipes and clear the clog. Once the septic tank was pumped everything was clear again. I found them to be honest and reliable. Mark even called me the next day to see how I made out.

I had a clogged sewer pipe last year. Roto-Rooter discovered a VERY clogged pipe — tree roots. They replaced the bad section. I will add this was last July. Now in September 2023, another back-up! Not as bad, but Doug came and jetted the pipe. The weeds this time were further back from original clog. I was not charged for the work, which thrilled me! The entire experience was top rate!

Though the cost of 516.00 was being paid by the company I work for, I would have to say, that is pretty steep (even if the drain was cleared). Either way, they were quick to respond to my call and concerns.

However the company has enacted a very high flat rate that wasn’t in effect the last time we hired this company. Pretty horrendous day. We had the bathrooms and toilet leak water and a family emergency. We called another company who was going to charge us $200 weekend fee AND on top of that we would need to pay for repair. I called roto router and they said they could have someone by 6pm. The other guy hasn’t showed up so we went ahead with Roto Router. Anthony came with on an hour of calling. He was very kind and explained the process needed to clean the drains and the warranty that came with the job. He also provides us with additional information to follow up with the issue. Definitely using this service again!
