Tanner is extremely professional with a delightful personality. Estimated the costs before starting to work and did the work efficiently in adverse conditions. Heavy rain in Scottsdale the day that he was working. He filmed our sewer system with a good report and put a pressure regulator on our water intake. We will leave his name and Phend Plumbing with the HOA office with Strong recommendation in favor of using Tanner and the company.

Such a wonderful job and great service! We got some markers flushed down our toilet and they worked so hard to make sure the issue was solved and went out of their way to get everything in great working order. Highly recommend Phend Plumbing. The company was organized, timely, and communicated well. Scheduling was easy and responsive over the phone. When delayed due to longer than expected work at an earlier appointment, the company called to keep us aware. Our plumber, Crew, did excellent work. Provided a work estimate on the spot, discussed options based on our needs, and completed the work quickly and effectively. He was friendly, engaging, and professional. He put covers over his boots to avoid tracking in dirt. When completed he went over his work with us to ensure we were satisfied. Following work he cleaned up as if he never was there…except for the newly installed equipment.

After having a negative experience with a plumbing company our Home Warranty hired to fix an issue with our shower, we reached out to Phend for a second opinion. Not only did they come out day of, but they fixed our issue in 20 minutes whereas the previous company claimed we needed our pipe system replaced.
