He was very professional, explained everything he was going to do prior to the job, then, when the job was completed, he walked me through everything that was done as well as what to do to better care for the new water heater. I was honestly really impressed with NexLvl Services. We purchased a water heater from Lowes and they were the contracted company for installation. They were quick about contacting me to set up an appointment they had next day appointments available which was helpful since I had a small leak. The gentleman who came out I think his name might have been Clint. He was extremely helpful even giving information on needing a 30 amp circuit breaker rather than the 25 we currently had for the water heater. He even explained how easy it was to switch it out ourselves. The company and the installer were both extremely professional and made things as simple as possible.

My husband and I went to Lowe’s to find a new hot water heater. Our hot water heater was 30 years old. We were experiencing the heater not always heating. So we knew we were living on borrowed time. Lowes recommended NexLvl, and we connected with them. We told them we wanted a certain hot water heater. They were honest and gave us the pros and cons. We ended up upgrading and replacing the hot water heater on the day our old one stopped heating. NexLvl communicated with us, had us hooked up and back in business within 24 hours. My husband and I highly recommend. We are grateful Lowes makes recommendations. They quote you a price before they come. No hidden fees. It was great!

I have nothing but great things to say about NexLvl Services. They partnered with Lowe’s to replace our water heater. We got several quotes from other companies and their prices were between $500 and $1700 better than their competitors. On top of that, their customer service was top notch. They scheduled quickly, kept in communication about what we needed and what our options were, and were transparent about pricing. Anthony D. Was our installer. He was professional, thorough, and prompt. He answered all my questions and I felt comfortable with him in my home. Honestly, very impressed with every aspect and will recommend to friends.

Our water heater was leaking. We went to Lowes late Tuesday night to set up an install. Aliyah from NexLvl reached out early the next day to provide an estimate. She asked for pictures of our water heater to provide an accurate estimate. We agreed on a Saturday morning appointment 8 - 12 and that a technician would call before arriving. Communication after the first call was via text which is great for me since I work in the phones all day, I didnt have to step away from my desk to handle any of this. Calvin, the technician called this morning to say he was on his way. Calvin was extremely polite and well mannered. It is nice to see a young man like that in the trades he said it would take a couple of hours and true to his word at under 2 hours he was done, cleaned up and our hot water was back up and running. Thank you Aliyah and Calvin for the great customer service. We will very much use this company for any plumbing needs.

My water heater blew 2 nights ago so I ended up the 1st night mopping up and changing the wet towels every 15 minutes. Next day at 6am I buy a new unit and as stated online and on the package that if you call before 12 noon, its a same day installation. Didnt happen. Store manager stated the installer will call within 2 hours, again didnt happen. I call them and now theyre booked for the day. 1 more night, no sleep, up mopping. 1st appointment at 8am according to the lady, no tech. I call her and now she says between 8 and 12 so now I have to call off from work. The good part is the service tech Anthony, he calls at 10:30 on his way. Great guy, great service and does the entire job alone in a very short time while leaving no mess. Thank you for turning a bad experience into a good one sir. These 5 stars are for you..

I have a neurological disorder that comes with many multiple problems. I have many types of seizures. I can be uncontrollably dangerous to myself and others. That includes unhygienic problems sometimes. Sorry if there was a problem. The worker showed no sign of being offended. Which was greatly appreciated. He was clear concise about every bit of work he did. In every step necessary. He told me why I didnt need a stand with out me asking. There was need to tell me about taking it back. which there wasnt he took it with no cost. He even replaced a pipe that I didnt order that was good for the item. He was completely professional and did every job right. He was a genuinely nice and normal person. Which I highly appreciate. The bill was a excellent price. Remember people a job takes as long as it takes. And it was done right. Thats usually how its right.

Just had two gas water heaters installed. The technicians were great. Removal, installation, and instructions for use were top notch. Not a piece of debris in sight and they even swamped out the area of the old heaters before placing the new ones.This was a Lowes purchase and installation and they beat the pricing of the other major plumbing companies I contacted by quite a bit.Should I need services again, they will be on my speed dial.

It’s no surprise that these guys have the best reviews. I had my water heater replaced in 2023 by NexLVl Services and they do great work. My garbage disposal stopped working last month and I decided to replace the unit with a new one after trying some trouble shooting. Jerin showed up for the job on time and took 5 minutes to fix the issue. This saved me the cost of a new install. Jerin was so kind. I really appreciate an honest business and I will always call them for all plumbing needs.

Next Level Services was the only saving grace I got for a water heater install. They are the 3rd party company that does installs for Lowes. On the other hand, Lowes did such a poor job of communicating & giving out bad info, it took 3 days to finally get my water heater switched out. Next Level saved my sanity. They were responsive, followed thru on every issue, arrived on time as promised & were very professional. They, like I, were victims of Lowes poor customer service & ineptness. What should have taken an hour at most to arrange, took 3 days to arrange for an install thru no fault of Next Level Services. They knew what they were doing & everyone I interfaced with at Next Level were courteous, knowledgeable & customer friendly. I highly recommend Next Level. My plumber installer was Saul, a very courteous young man who single handedly disconnected the defected water heater, took it back to Lowes where he exchanged it for the new heater, brought it to my house & installed it. He did all this in a 3 hour time-frame. It would have been less time if not for Lowes making him wait 45 minutes to do the exchange. The Lowes store in Carefree, AZ has the worst customer service I have ever encountered, but Next Level Systems saved the day for this dissatisfied customer. Thank you NEXT LEVL SERVICES! They are the BEST!

I just have the pool pump installed, but the pump already no longer worked on the same day at night, I have called NexLVL office and left message regarding over charged me more than what was on the estimate, but no one call you back to help you during their business hours. I paid over $4K for the new equipment, but they were not working now. Can not get hold of any one.Following updated for the pump issue:I called on Saturday 1/27/2024, the office was closed, but It was very surprise that the operation manager Jarren called me back to find out what happened to my installation with 1* review, I told him my new pool pump not working, he said he will get the Tech. back early Monday morning to fix the problems for me, I was very happy that some one did care about customer service, I am very pleased the Tech Mike came back on Monday morning and got my pool pump working, the problems were some of the electrical trippers did not get remove from the old system that cause no power going to the pump; after the removed of the trippers, the pump back on business. Thank you Jarrent and Mike to get my pool pump working again.
