    Wow! What GREAT service! We experienced a plumbing emergency in the middle of the evening and Eric came to our rescue! He was professional and easy to work with. Eric was very honest. He explained everything and actually showed us. My husband was pleased with how he was patient and showed him all the problems. The service performed was also very clean and precise although intricate. It was completed very quickly and the pricing was manageable. We are so glad we called because we would have had to wait weeks for service we needed now. Excellent job Eric! We would recommend MR. SUNSHINE PLUMBING AND DRAIN to anyone! 🙂

    I cant speak highly enough of Mr. Sunshine Plumbing. I reached out to Louie during a plumbing emergency (sewer line collapse), and Kevin was there within a few hours. This was a really difficult situation, but they helped make it manageable. I have to say, out of any service provider we have ever had do work on our home, these guys were the absolute BEST. Kevin was super kind, respectful, and explained everything thoroughly. The crew kept everything VERY clean- from wearing shoe coverings in the house, to meticulously keeping dirt from the trenches dug out of the pool. Kevin called me daily with updates and decision points and would send over pictures and videos so we could make informed decisions. Our tenants even commented how kind and considerate these guys were. Thank you to Kevin, Louie, and the whole crew at Mr. Sunshine - we appreciate you!

    Hi there, Mr Sunshine plumbing quickly took care of our clogged kitchen drain. They called me within minutes of my request and said it would be about an hour and a half before he could head over. Then within 5 minutes another technician called and he was on his way right away. Upon arrival the workers cleaned the drain and were able to make a lasting impression on our household with their prompt response and service.     Mr. Sunshine plumbing did a fantastic job! I had an issue with my sewer line and causing a back up. Eric came out to assess the issue and was able to clear the line for me quicky.     Louie and the team at Mr. Sunshine Plumbing and Drain were so easy and so professional to work with!We needed a new water heater and Louie gave us a great deal and got our heater installed the very next day (non emergency issue so the timing was perfect for us).     I thought I bought the house of my dreams, which turned out to be the house of my nightmares...Both my toilets stopped draining at the exact same time. I called Mr. Sunshine plumbing and immediately Kevin responded that night to snake my toilets. While he was there we realized there was bubbling in my drywall behind my toilet. He called a buddy of his who brought a moisture reading device out and noticed that the wall between both my bathrooms was full of water. Then a restoration company had to tear down my bathroom in order to dry it out completely and fix whatever was leaking between my walls. Daniel from Mr. Sunshine came out to diagnose/fix the leak (the flange of my toilet was leaking due to a soft clog). To make a long story short, my house is super old and all the pipes underneath my house were crumbling due to the oringinal cast iron pipes (never buying another house with cast iron ever again). All the guys that came out to work on my plumbing were super knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. All of them were super proficient in there line or work (I never realized how much plumbers actually did until now). I dont remember all of their names, but a few I remember were Louis, Eric, Velience, Kevin, and Daniel.Now here is a big shout out to Daniel because Daniel went above and beyond for me when it came to fighting my insurance company! A simple leak between my walls that should have been covered was denied by insurance three times. There was no rout, mold, or any reason why it should have not been covered. Daniel called the insurance company multiple times months after my plumbing was finished. He fought my insurance company and ended up getting them to appeal my denial!!!!! He is such a saint and I am so lucky to have called Mr Sunshine Plumbing. I hopefully wont have anymore plumbing issues for a while, but if I do then I know who I am calling! Thank you again Mr. Sunshine for everything you did ❤️

    I had Daniel show up before schedule and he diagnosed and fixed my issue in minutes. He was honest about the main issue I needed fixed and he didnt try to up sale me or beat around the bush to try to get me to pay for more services than I needed. Yet he still told me about services I would need in the future and how much it would cost. Last time I called a plumber out he wanted to charge me for a few things I didnt need before starting the work. Definitely recommend this company for any drain issues.

    I called with a backed up sink emergency. I was scheduled for that day and Kevin was the technician who responded. He realized and showed me what was going on and agreed it was going to take a little more work. He even had to go to home depot for a part. He also had an opportunity to tell me that other things were also leaking and would need replacing. This was brought to his attention because I knew he could easily have claimed more work was necessary.     Mr. Sunshine plumbing did an amazing job for me. I called them for a leaking shower valve and because of the age of the shower valve, Eric came a replaced the shower valve and he also replaced the shower trim as well. Everything works perfect now and looks really good.

    Service was great and friendly. I have no complaints in that department. Erik was fantastic.I was not a huge fan of the Tip suggestions on the invoice, but after speaking with the ownership, it was clear that it was an issue with the CRM thats being resolved. I appreciate the humility and directness, and the initiative it took to make the change so quickly.Its clear to me they provide great service, and take customer feedback seriously.     I called up Mr. Sunshine to have Hydro Jet done. I talked to the Techs Kevin and Daniel about the backed up Kitchen line that i was having an issue with. After Hydro-Jetting the line everything is in good working order. They were a 1/3 of the price of what other companies charged! Thank you guys for scheduling me in so quickly.     Now a days you seldom find a company that’s honest and great of what they do, especially when it comes to AC-units in your home. I got pretty lucky choosing this company “MR. SUNSHINE PLUMBING AND DRAIN “ earlier today and sent one of their tech (Vicente) within 30 minutes. Vicente is very knowledgeable and very patient with me answering all my questions. He tested both of the units and did some adjustments and in less than an hour, he got my AC working again, but the great part is that he only charged me for the testing and the visit , which is pretty much nothing compared to some other who charged me a lot more over a year ago for the same kind of service. This company is amazing and a huge THANKS to Vicente for doing a great job and honest service.

    Kevin and his associate came out right away for a second opinion on my p trap and mainline , they were extremely professional, upfront and honest, this gave me a great first impression.     I gave Mr. Sunshine a call and they were here in leas than 2hrs, assessed the issue and gave me multiple options based on cost. We went one step at a time only agreeing to incur more cost after showing me what they found, giving me their honest opinion, explaining risks to not moving forward, and allowing me to make the decision. Money is tight so I appreciated this approach. They got the issue resolved and were on their way. I did get at least 4 quotes and Mr. Sunshine was not only the most competitive, they were the quickest to get to me! Highly recommend!!!

    Called on Tuesday night when my shower started backing up, this was the only company that assured me they would be here the same night. I got a call from the technician letting me know he was on the way and how soon he’d arrive. He was on time, introduced himself and went to work. He later showed me the issue he was having and a technician with a camera came out. They did the camera and showed me I had tree roots that went through the pipe. They presented treatment options with my family and had the issue fixed the following day. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

    We had a leak in our front yard and called Mr. Sunshine Plumbing. They came out the day I called and found out what was leaking. They had it completely fixed the next day! Eric is wonderful and we highly recommend them!!!
