Ryan took the time to explain the process thoroughly and presented me with a couple of options without any pressure to bargain. Even though I needed to order a part, they quickly scheduled an appointment for me during the holiday. Exceptional customer service!

Tyler came out to our house and fixed everything in a timely manner. He was very polite and informative about any questions that I had. Would recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues. I have a plumber who lives across the street from me but I would not recommend them to anyone. I called Cactus Valley Plumbing and they were on it. They sent someone out right away with reasonable prices. Again thank you Cactus Valley Plumbing for all your hard work and friendly employees. My plumbing issue has been fixed as Kyle listened to all my concerns and was able to locate a root mass of about 2.5 feet long under my toilet. Much appreciated thank you for the grand work and great price.

I had the company install an RV sewer line with a water access, and also to install a faucet to the side of my house. There were some growing pains caused by a misunderstanding of what was acceptable to me, however as stated, the final result is what is important, and it was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future!
