Joel with Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new water heater for us. He was courteous, knowledgeable, on time, and quick. He gave us a great price and helped us save some money by using some of our existing parts that were in good condition. This is the second time we have used Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing and with a different employee. Same great service and price! We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing. Tony came out initially to give us a quote on two projects. He was on time and explained options and the process. The estimate was half the price of another estimate I received from a different company and was very reasonable. I had to wait 6 weeks for a faucet to come in, but when it did Tony came out within two days to complete both services. Every interaction with Tony was pleasant. He was on time, respectful and up front. We needed an extension piece to install the faucet which I picked up after he left and he came back shortly after I arrived home from the supply store, the same day. He even stayed after he was done to answer some questions we had on a gas line installed by someone else. I will recommend Jimmy Joe’s to any of our friends and will absolutely contact them in the future with any plumbing needs.

I gave them a call, and Jimmy Joe arrived very quickly. Got to the drain clearing, and finished up quickly. He checked in, and out with us, and explained what the issue was that caused the drains not drain quick enough. Will definitely use the next time we need some plumbing work done.

Replaced water heater with a new one and replaced cold water flex line and reconnected t&p drain pipe in an efficient manner. First time using this company and will definitely use for future needs. We would recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems.

Best plumbing service I have ever hired. Very skilled, reasonble prices. If you are a landlord, they do a great job of coordinating with your tenant and keeping the landlord informed. Efficient e-mail invoicing and payment system. They also work on reverse osmosis systems and do a better job than companies solely dedicated to R/O systems. Be a good customer and have photos and/or detailed info of the problem and you can set everything up by text.

If you want an excellent plumber, honest, friendly, and very reasonably priced, then I highly recommend Jimmy Joe. I mainly called him to fix a bad leak under the bathroom sink. There was also a broken water pipe in the garage that entered the wall and I didnt know what it was. I showed him and he said it was a pipe that went to the refrigerator. He fixed that pipe and didnt even charge me for it. Again, I highly recommend Jimmy Joe. Hes the best.

We had a slab leak. Tony came out, looked things over, and gave us a fair estimate for the repair. There were hidden complications and the repair turned out to be much more difficult than expected. Jimmy Joe came over with a 2nd truck and together they worked out a solution. At the end of a very long and difficult job, our leak was fixed and Tony refused to leave until he had cleaned up every last speck of dirt. Were so glad we chose Jimmy Joes. Its like the motto on his trucks says: The best place to take your leak.
