    Service provider Caleb came out today to replace our kitchen faucet! Thank You so much Caleb for your knowledge and know how. Turned out to be a little more work than he anticipated but was able to get it all done in reasonable time. Caleb checked our entire property for any preventative maintenance that we should have done as our home was built in the 80s. He was informative and more than helpful. Super friendly guy! Would recommend and requests him again & again!

    What an awesome experience. Had some issues with a tankless water heater and Tyler with JB Water & Air came out to ensure everything was in working order again.     Wow! We had a pretty good leak in our master bath faucet and our property manager referred us to JB. The woman on the phone Bree was exceptional. She was so friendly and efficient- they actually sent someone out THAT DAY! I’m very grateful they could send a tech out so quickly before our water bill got too out of hand. I will definitely use this company again.

    Someone came and turned our water on full blast and flooded the front and the backyard by the air conditioning units. Luckily, we caught them on camera and Dave with JB Water came within 30 mins to fix the problem.     “An above average Joe!” Today I had a plumbing inspection performed by JB Water and Air. The technician, Joe Callaway, was friendly, knowledgeable and punctual…which is very important for me. He performed a thorough inspection and explained what he was doing as he inspected each system. He pointed out some things that I should keep an eye on, but didn’t try to up sale me on any unnecessary work… I respected his honesty and I will definitely call on Joe and JB Water & Air for my plumbing or AC needs!

    We have used JB water & Air a few times since moving into our house. Every technician that comes out to our place is always very friendly and knowledgeable. The last visit Michael F was our technician and he went over and beyond for us. He arrived at 9am and ended up having to change out all 3 of our toilets he was super fast, efficient and super friendly. We felt like we could trust him and were very happy with his work. We definitely will continue using JB for all future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to an our friends and neighbors.

    Excellent Work! Thanks JB Water & Air, your employees Jose and Jeff came out to do an annual inspection of the AC unit, and Water Main. They thoroughly inspected the unit, thermostat, vents and all the water hookups in the house and outside including the hot water heater and laundry hookup! They were efficient, respectful and courteous. They came within the allotted time and gave their recommendations of what needs to be done. I will be letting my property management company know that I highly recommend them!

    As we all know, living in the Arizona broil oven summers isnt that bad when your AC is functioning. Over the fourth, our AC broke down. We have two little ones and two dogs, to which we immediately began having a panick attack. We knew the Temps were searing 100s, which meant we were now facing an emergency situation. Our stress levels skyrocketed.JB saved the day and made what could have been an even more stressful situation so very easy. They made time to come out immediately, and their technicians, Fred and Mike, were angels in disguise. Not only were they delightful and down to earth, but they took time to answer our endless questions and provided ways to ensure our systems continue to be well maintained and running. They both have extraordinary knowledge about HVAC and systems and clearly have a passion for what they do. They take it seriously and fixed our broken AC in what seems like minutes.They even went above and beyond to make sure the other unit was also in good working order before leaving. They explained their process upon arrival and made sure we were all on the same page before beginning. They even carry shoe booties to keep your white carpets clean! WHOA! Talk about going the extra mile! I cant tell you how refreshing it was to have such phenomenal customer care. Other companies need to take note on how to truly provide stellar services like these guys did.If your AC needs a doc... call this company. I have saved their number and will be providing it to all my friends and family because I trust them to take care of them like they did us. I sure hope Fred and Mike get fabulous bonuses or a raise!Many will remember bad service, but even more will repeat business simply because of on point customer service and friendly yet professional interactions. They turned what could have been a dangerous, stressful nightmare into a nice cool dream!     Excellent service! The technicians are so good , very respectful, they call when they are on their way (I appreciate the communication) , they explain everything in detail before they service and give a quote. The work is always professional and thorough. I would give it five stars but after over ten years of having a water distiller the price to maintain it has skyrocketed- I didn’t anticipate how expensive servicing the equipment would get - I just paid $460 to have it serviced- it used to be $89 for new filters annually, - now it is $189 annually, but if the pump goes out and it needs new parts it can jump up very quickly. Which happens every year or so, If cost isn’t an issue for you- the water is absolute wonderful!

    I called on a Saturday to schedule a routine maintenance and they called me back first this Monday morning at 8am, they were able to send someone out that same day, on Monday!     Update - I had this work done 1 month ago and a day ago, I found that the fittings were slowly leaking (not due to bad workmanship . . . just how life rolls sometimes) and I called JB Water this morning and they were out within 2 hours and right on it and addressed the issue and stood by the work 100%. This company continues to delight me . . . I enjoyed Joe and Brandon and Im grateful to have an exceptional company that I can trust.First, JB Water and Air was recommended by another plumber who did not have the opening on his schedule to do a quick repair (always very positive to be recommended by another plumber!) and I called them at noon and they had a wonderful tech (Owen) who came out within a few hours and he was able to fix the issue (pin hole water leak just past the water meter) and restore water to my home in a few hours. Owen will be who I ask for when I need help in the future because Ill definitely call JB again. And there was another company who wanted to rework the entire line for the low, low price of $7500. JB is an exceptional value and does not jump to the most expensive repair when the situation does not warrant it. This company and tech are who you want at your house.

    Mike, with Jerry, the water softener guru, diagnosed the issue consulting with Jerry via phone. They got back within an hour with the part. Upon opening up the unit Jerry found another part broken. Everything is back together and the system is cleansing itself. Should have soft water in 24-48 hours.     We had a leak in our bedroom. Received a referral from my friend for JB Water& Air & Plumbing. Called this morning at 7:30. Miranda was here by 9. It took a bit of work to discover the source of the leak, but Miranda found it, fixed it, and she was gone Before 11 AM.This was an emergency that I could not fix on my own. I am dependent on professional people like Miranda. I was so impressed with the receptionist on the phone, the quickness of service, and fixing the problem in short order professional. Plumbing is not cheap, but it could have been so much worse. We need to dry out our bedroom and fix some drywall but I am so appreciative of getting the problem fixed. Thank you so much!!!! I will definitely be calling you with other future needs. I will also be referring you to friends.

    I’m currently having issues with a kitchen sink and am so grateful for these folks for coming out! Miranda and Charles first came out and were so polite and informative. I am so thoroughly impressed by Miranda. I hope I get these names right. Dave had to come back out later that night on a Friday bless his heart (not for any fault of the previous two) and Dave came right in and on time with the best attitude and willingness to help. As you can imagine it’s not fun and very stressful to deal with pipe issues but Dave was very knowledgeable, courteous and so pleasant - he put my worries at ease.     JB Water & Air on 2 occasions were available to fix my emergency issues. Once on Sunday for a leaking water pipe under the house and had to shut water down and today they were available when the Hot water tank hose had a leaking hose. Both times the technician fix it. I didnt suffer without not having water both days. I was so grateful to have their business card on my refrigerator and not depend on 50 line list for emergency given to me by the management.I felt I was leading the blind with this list of emergency plumbing and hvac. I said to myself, cant they recommend just 1. Now that I had this emergency today, I was grateful for the business card on my fridge. Who wants to call 50 phone numbers, and wait.God bless Rebecca whom answered the phone and God bless Dave and his training representative whom showed up in less than 1 hour because they were nearby and completed a prior emergency call.

They partner with my rental company and even though my rental company has given me issues, they have assisted with going above and beyond to make my service issues with my AC 100X easier.     I just had my water heater replaced by JB Water & Air and I can’t say enough good things about them. When I called, someone answered right away. The woman was very friendly and she dispatched the technician Zach, who called within a few minutes with an ETA and he was here within the hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to explain my options and to make sure the work was done right. He even took the time to add salt to my water softener when he saw it was low. It’s hard to find this level of service these days and Zach & JB nailed it. I would definitely recommend JB to anyone needing a water softener or other plumbing work.

    OK first of.. the guy was early!!!! So off the back we like this guy. He was fast and respectful. He keep the noise to a minimum when he saw me in a meeting. He even showed respect to my wife by giving her a update in what hed fix and his recommendations as to what may have cause the toilet leakage.     I received a $230 water bill and cried. Water company was no help just said you a have a leak somewhere. Luckily my rental management company calls JB Waters right away and in less than 24 hours they were out here.     I am a tenant renting a property. There was a miscommunication in scheduling with JB plumbing and I was charged an $85 fee when it was not really my fault. Long story short, it wasn’t really their fault either simply a miscommunication. I called JB Plumbing without high hopes of getting things resolved because now days businesses don’t listen and they are stubborn when it comes to money. I was calling more to get my frustrations out of me. I am a patient person but I was going to blow up at someone...whomever was on the other end of the phone.     We purchased a whole house filtration from JB last year, and overall are pleased with the filter and the service. I was initially disappointed with the install of the filter, as they had agreed to only install the filter on the cold water loop, but upon installation stated they could only install it for both hot and cold. I really didnt care to filter the hot water to the dishwasher and washing machine, and knew that would just decrease the lifespan of the filter. But I did see some benefit to having the showers filtered so I didnt make much fuss.Recently, we began smelling an obnoxious egg smell coming from our water, so we gave JB a call. Dallan came out and within 20 minutes had isolated the cause as coming from the 10 big blue post filter; he replaced the paper filter with a composite filter. He then shocked our water lines by flushing a 1/4 cup of bleach through the lines. The smell was gone and we are back to fresh clean water :-)Dallan really knows his stuff and I trust him with all our water needs!

    Jerry was very helpful and explained all the things to me. Totally grossed out by the water we get here in Phoenix (AZ for that matter). Make sure you get your RO system serviced regularly. The pictures 🤢 illustrate how hard the filters work to keep our water not only drinkable, but awesomely delicious! When first installed, these filters are bright white!
